Subject : Complaint on My TVS, Car24, MYTVS Kishore and people from Cars24 repair team Mr Ganesh Pandiyan, Ratheesh Kumar, Robert Anand
I have last raised a repair request with Cars24, when they had collected my car. They had return the car after performing the concerned repairs but I was shocked to fine several parts / accessories missing or broken in my Car, then I went to MyTVS where my car was serviced and collected the Center Console Cup Holder which had it's clip damaged and also one of the hooks of the car spare tyre cover.
I am still missing the below items
A. Car spare tyre cover hooks - 2 Nos
B. Rear Left Floor Mats
I also have the following accessories/ parts damaged
A. Booth Cover Hook is damaged and missing one part.
B. Rear Bumper Tow Hook cover clip is damaged
C. The front bumper has the paint chipped and bottom right side scratched.
D. Center Console Cup Holder which had it's clip damaged.
I had been in contact with MYTVS Kishore and people from Cars24 repair team Mr Ganesh Pandiyan, Ratheesh Kumar, Robert Anand and now these individual don't pick my phone after promising to return the missing items and solve the issue.
I have been trying to call them several times to return back my missing parts but they do not take my calls.
Please take necessary action to settle this issue.
