In 2020, I was looking for a second hand car, by that time I saw i10 second hand car n cars24, so I was interested and then got a call from executive name soundar (fraud person) .
I was planning to buy n finance only so I asked about the finance details and also asked him to check ma elegibility details after getting my documents.
After two days he called me and confirmed that ur eligible for car loan and he asked me to pay intial amount (down payment) and cars24 fee charges of 15k.
He also promised that they will deliver that car n 1 week.
I did test ride and paid the amount and got a receipt
I called after 7days they told next week
Again when I called they repeated the same
But I was waiting for two months got no reply.
One day I called him ten times no response and also I called his manager Parthiban no response
Both are big culprits.
After trying to call so many times, one day they are replying casually that ur not eligible for car loan because u got an issue in your cibil score, I got shocked and got confused (they verified my documents initially and got advance but now they telling like this )
After that no response from soundar and Parthiban
(Before getting advance they will call u tentimes a day, but after that thy won't even reply to ur mess)
One day, I went to their company to get back ma advance money atleast, but it got hard to contact soundar itself,
One good executive called from his mobile to soundar, he attended call at that time.
I was asking him about my advance money, he put conference call to Parthiban and another manager fellow ( forgot his name)
After too many talks, atlast they told that we took service charge 5500 from ur advance amount, for that itself I asked them why u took that amount, u did nothing then y that service charges
No answer from their side
For remaining amount they told that seller got that advance they are not returning so we can't return u that amount also
Atlast after too mny conversation thy only returned 2k...
Persons like soundar, Parthiban are becoming big threat for cars24 company
Company has to refund my amount back, orelse I vl go to grievance
Pls don't mke ur customers unhappy
Then u won't b n the market
