Sorry for the late complain., but I consider my duty to inform you about the employees behavior towards customers.
This incident happened in December 2019 .when I brought my car for inspection to the kolhapur outlet o[censored]r reputed company.
The employee's made me wait for about an hour .after that they examined my vehicle .keeping the oil stick out they accelerated the car, due to which oil in the chamber came out in a fountain and black colour smoke was expelled outrageously.
Leading to completely shut off the engine and causing rupture of the gasket.
I asked the so called manager to get the vehicle repaired, as it was his fault.
But he spoke to me with abusive language and indecent behavior.
So I went and complained to shahupuri police station.then he promised to repair the car.
After some temporary alterations, with problems not permanently resolved I took the vehicle and set off for my hometown. I had to get the entire oil change and checked.also I had to replace the gasket and was liable for a hefty bill.
Such indecent manager, who calls himself the owner of cars24, should be immediately sacked out .these people are not quality conscious and least care about cars24 reputation.
Such employees bring down and tarnish the image of organization built on pillars of hospitality and continuous hardworking of the owners.
Please take appropriate action against the employee and keep cars24 ahead in the industrial race.

    I sold my car MH04GZ5680 to CARS24 on 14th September 2021. They promised we they will not use the car without RC transfer and car will be kept at their ware house. Only after getting the buyer, first they would transfer the RC and then hand over the car to buyer

    On 16.02.2022 I got a notice letter from lok Adalat, Thane, maharastra, to pay the challan at the earliest or be present at lok Adalat on 12.03.2022.

    Kindly pay the challan at the earliest. And don't use car until transfer of RC Is completed.

      This complaint is against Cars24, I have purchased Creta Car in Aug'21 from Cars24 & after purchasing when I taken the car to service center I came to know that there are several mechanical as well as aesthetic issues with the car. Mechanical issues are clutch & exhaust relates issue & aesthetic that entire car has been dented & painted. Which Cars24 has not declared while cars sold to me.
      Later on, i came to know one major issue regarding the front left axle which is costing me Rs15k & when I reported to Cars24 then they are not reimbursing the amount which I have paid for the issues which were in warranty period.
      I request all who are buying car from Cars24 should rethink & take action accordingly.

        I have sold my car at Kolkata and during transaction car24 didn't mention that I have to go out of station for RTO. Now after one month they called me to go Siliguri for rto for ownership transfer and other wise they will not give my 10k . Leaving all work it is really impossible to go Siliguri from Kolkata for this. Car24 saying they will not give my 10k back. This is completely cheating.Such a bad experience with car24.. Will alert everyone not to make any kind of transaction with car24. I will not any kind transaction with car24 in future. Car24 is completely fuard, cheater company. Hope car24 will destroy soon

          I was sold car by providing wrong information (car as zero imperfection). Next day after delivery car started showing engine related issue . Its been 4 month now since the refurb team is trying to solve catalytic convertor and engine check light issue and still not able to identify and resolve Issue. soon I will run out of 6 month warranty as well. Please return and refund my money.
          Since last 3 months the car has been picked up by refurb team but they are not able to fix this issue. This engine check light came right next day after delivery but sales advisor fooled me by saying its due to tire size and in scanning it would go away, They picked up car kept it for 7 days so that they can pass my 7 day trail period and after that its been 3+ month the issue is still not resolved.

            Sir i purchased a car from Cars 24 i am one of the dealer of cars24 as soon as i took the car i came to know the car is black listed and still they are selling these cars which are black listed, Now when i am complaining about the same there is no response from cars 24 concern persons and no resolution of my complaint.I am suffering because of cars24 company.
            i purchased a Car No HR01AH9897 ON dated 16th of february.
            Sir kindly take a strong action against cars 24 and teach them a lesson for selling cars without cross check.

              We are pan India dealers . We have 6+ id’s in cars24 we buy cars from cars24 and sell for spinny cars .. we don’t know that spinny is blacklisted on cars24.. without any notice our all ids are blocked… cars24 blocked our 42+ lacks … after that we made a big strike in HSR LAYOUT BRANCH… so they released our half amount by informing after all Rc transferred we will refund remaining payment.. till now its more than 1 year even all employees are left there jobs and present management of HSR LAYOUT BRANCH is not responding calls
              I just need our money back orelse we are strike and fill FIR Against Cars24 fraudulent
              I hope it will be clear soon

                  I send him a what's app message today the 18th February, he replied to get back to me in 1 hour, till he has not responded to my message.
                  I feel cheated by card 24 employees,

                    I deepak kumar kanodia have sold the Honda CRV car to Cars 24 on 29.11.2021, but as the car was with Cars 24 after selling to them, neither they have submitted traffic violation challan done on 03.01.2022 as Mumbai traffic police gave the notice to me, as it was entirely Cars 24 responsibility after selling the car to submit any violation fees.
                    Made various calls to them but they say will do but actually dont do at all

                      On 24 Jan 2022 I got notification of traffic violation against my car, challan no. AGCCM[protected].
                      I talk to cars 24. They told me they will settle it .
                      On 16.02.2022 I got a notice letter from lok Adalat, Thane, maharastra, to pay the challan at the earliest or be present at lok Adalat on 12.03.2022.
                      I have talk to cars24 regarding this. They raised a complain ticket no. 498769.
                      Kindly pay the challan at the earliest. And don't use car until transfer of RC Is completed.

                        And cars24 noteriety continues. I got a challan and notice from lokadalat to pay up inr 3000/- or be present in march. SMS pasted below.

                          I sold the vehicle in August 2019 to Cars 24.Your channel partner has sold it to his customer on June 2020 and It is under registration process. It is pending since June 29 2020. It is on HOLD in RTO.
                          Please look into this and let me know what has to be done further. See the attached snap shop from Vahan (RTO portal).
                          I am really worried about the long pending of registration process which is nearly 2.5 years and also Vehicle is running on the roads without Fitness Certificate (FC).

                            Subject : Complaint on My TVS, Car24, MYTVS Kishore and people from Cars24 repair team Mr Ganesh Pandiyan, Ratheesh Kumar, Robert Anand

                            I have last raised a repair request with Cars24, when they had collected my car. They had return the car after performing the concerned repairs but I was shocked to fine several parts / accessories missing or broken in my Car, then I went to MyTVS where my car was serviced and collected the Center Console Cup Holder which had it's clip damaged and also one of the hooks of the car spare tyre cover.

                            I am still missing the below items
                            A. Car spare tyre cover hooks - 2 Nos
                            B. Rear Left Floor Mats

                            I also have the following accessories/ parts damaged
                            A. Booth Cover Hook is damaged and missing one part.
                            B. Rear Bumper Tow Hook cover clip is damaged
                            C. The front bumper has the paint chipped and bottom right side scratched.
                            D. Center Console Cup Holder which had it's clip damaged.

                            I had been in contact with MYTVS Kishore and people from Cars24 repair team Mr Ganesh Pandiyan, Ratheesh Kumar, Robert Anand and now these individual don't pick my phone after promising to return the missing items and solve the issue.

                            I have been trying to call them several times to return back my missing parts but they do not take my calls.

                            Please take necessary action to settle this issue.

                              I sold my car mh04dy0810 way back in 2020 @kolhapur, the car has not been transferred by the buyer yet and i am getting police challans for the same for the drivers rash driving, there has also been a lok adalat case for the same car, needless to say if the case isnt solved i will take proper legal actions for all the issues caused.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I have very disappointing experience from CARS24 team. I have received the final deal for my car after detail inspection, so far very good experience and have received deal code and post which received email with best quote and final amount which can receive after service charges. I have confirmed the deal and submitted all required documents. After this there is no communication and i tried calling retail associate Anjum Shaikh multiple times but no response from him neither courtesy to call back.

                                  I fail to understand if CARS24 do so much advertising that CARS24 gives hassle free experience but ground reality is something different. I would request to look into this matter and get me resolution at the earliest

                                    I had bought a car on 20th January 2022. Customer reference number - BOM#202192 .When it was brought to me for a test ride I heard some noises and some vibration. I was told by the sales advisor that it is some engine mount that’s probably broken but if you like the car otherwise you can get it repaired and the amount of repairs would be reimbursed to you in full. I trusted the sales advisor and paid the total amount and got the car. Now the process wasn’t told to me for reimbursement . Anyways I went to two different workshops to get the correct diagnosis. Both the workshops pointed out that all the three engine mounts (ABC) need to be replaced. I got an estimate and submitted and didn’t hear back from them for many days. Later when I followed up they said they can’t understand the parts involved and then said the estimate does not have GST number of the workshop. Then I took the car to the authorised service centre of the brand. They gave me an estimate which also had their GST number on it . They approved the repair amount ( they deducted some of the labour cost )after a few follow ups. But they asked me to get the invoice in their name that is CARS PAVILLION PRIVATE LIMITED and with their GSTIN on it which the brand in question clearly and categorically later called unethical and illegal and amounting to falsification of records. Cars 24 hasn’t resolved this but more than that I am appalled that cars 24 has audacity to ask me to something which is illegal or unethical. Moreover it seems to be well thought out strategy to trouble the customer so much that he gets frustrated and pays for the repair himself despite giving a so called no questions asked warranty or making false hollow promises during purchase. When I asked if I could go to third party workshops that i is go mechanic . They asked me to get yet another estimate on their name as an unsuspecting customer I Am expected to comply. My car with full amount paid, is lying in the parking lot and is m not able to drive it around the way I would like to for the fear that without repairs there could be further damage . I am taking whatever legal action possible against CARS24 and their sales team.

                                    How can CARS24 make a customer ask for repair invoice in their company name when the customer is paying for the repair and it’s the customer whose cat is registered in the records of car brand . As I have informed them that the cat brand has categorically called this unethical and illegal and amounting to falsification of records, cars 24 is making an unsuspecting customer become a part of their illegal way of working

                                      Dear sir
                                      I have purchased maruti ciaj from cars24. Based their warranty period based on cars24 confirmation i have handover the vehicle to the Cars 24 authorised person. Now 13 days completed. But as of now they have given any clarity about my vehicle problem and moreover mechanics are using my vehicle unauthorised in daily basis.
                                      I have given complain to the customer care people. But as of now there is no confirmation about my car delivery And about unauthorised usage of my vehicle.
                                      Please help me and please arrange my vehicle delivery on priority please sir.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have sold my Car (FORD FIGO 1.4 ZXI DURATORQ) to Car24 on 21 July'21 which is more than 6 months from present and they have lost my Car's RC and my Car is still on my name. They themselves apply for duplicate RC without my knowledge and few weeks ago, I received a duplicate RC at my address. Now I'm informing the Cars24 team on a daily basis but no action has been taken from their side.
