Today is 14 Jan and no body has visited till now . however I daily gets a call for rescheduling the visit for next day, I have attended almost 30 calls and have more than 20 rescheduling messages on whatsapp. can share the screen shots also.
Most pathetic and worst service level on any organization...

I purchased a WagonR on 04 October 2021 from Cars24, Gurgaon and registration number is HR12AA8869. Till now Cars24 has not submitted the RC transfer file to concerned RTO. They are making excuses and after more than 90 days status is still same. Although they claim the transfer activity done with in 30 Days. I wrote so many mail & Calls but no feedback. Kindly intervene to get the topic resolved.

When car delivered to me that time an engine error light showing, that time concern agent told car 24 will repair, I send car for repeating two times via car24, but my car not repaired by car 24. I had many time request to customer care about this but they politily talk 24 hours to 48 hours will give you response. But I have not received any response about this. Pls any senior authority...

Cars24 asked me to pay 55000 token money for the car which i was buying, then i paid 55000 to them, after few hours they blocked my account, even not delivered the car to me, my 70-75 thousand total money is stolen by them, and 6 months gone nobody is responding from last 6 months, i am continously calling and mailing them but nobody is responding, its my humble request to you that help me to return my money back to me.

In maruti nexa showroom, I got maruti ignis sigma 2022 on road prize 5.70 lakhs (including RTO and insurance). Here in Car24, maruti ignis sigma 2020 model prize is 6.0 lakhs.
I am really surprise. Is it any technical issues?
I discussion five times with customer support department but they not give satisfied answer.

I purchased a Honda City from cars24 and at the time of delivery there was an engine light. I asked a guy why is the engine light is blinking and he said
" Sir you scan this car and engine light will be despaired" then I took the delivery in August. next month when I sent my car on service my mechanic said there was a problem with the oxygen sensor but I activated it. whenever you cross 120kmh then only you will get to know about it...

I was selling My Creta. Their customer support representative offered a quote after inspection and negotiation. Then he asked to arrange foreclosure loan letter and visit branch for final payment and deal.
When I visited Zirakpur Cars 24 branch, RM completely denied to offer that rate and said their customer support don't know anything.

Time and efforts are wasted.
