I had bought a car on 20th January 2022. Customer reference number - BOM#202192 .When it was brought to me for a test ride I heard some noises and some vibration. I was told by the sales advisor that it is some engine mount that’s probably broken but if you like the car otherwise you can get it repaired and the amount of repairs would be reimbursed to you in full. I trusted the sales advisor and paid the total amount and got the car. Now the process wasn’t told to me for reimbursement . Anyways I went to two different workshops to get the correct diagnosis. Both the workshops pointed out that all the three engine mounts (ABC) need to be replaced. I got an estimate and submitted and didn’t hear back from them for many days. Later when I followed up they said they can’t understand the parts involved and then said the estimate does not have GST number of the workshop. Then I took the car to the authorised service centre of the brand. They gave me an estimate which also had their GST number on it . They approved the repair amount ( they deducted some of the labour cost )after a few follow ups. But they asked me to get the invoice in their name that is CARS PAVILLION PRIVATE LIMITED and with their GSTIN on it which the brand in question clearly and categorically later called unethical and illegal and amounting to falsification of records. Cars 24 hasn’t resolved this but more than that I am appalled that cars 24 has audacity to ask me to something which is illegal or unethical. Moreover it seems to be well thought out strategy to trouble the customer so much that he gets frustrated and pays for the repair himself despite giving a so called no questions asked warranty or making false hollow promises during purchase. When I asked if I could go to third party workshops that i is go mechanic . They asked me to get yet another estimate on their name as an unsuspecting customer I Am expected to comply. My car with full amount paid, is lying in the parking lot and is m not able to drive it around the way I would like to for the fear that without repairs there could be further damage . I am taking whatever legal action possible against CARS24 and their sales team.

How can CARS24 make a customer ask for repair invoice in their company name when the customer is paying for the repair and it’s the customer whose cat is registered in the records of car brand . As I have informed them that the cat brand has categorically called this unethical and illegal and amounting to falsification of records, cars 24 is making an unsuspecting customer become a part of their illegal way of working

    Dear sir
    I have purchased maruti ciaj from cars24. Based their warranty period based on cars24 confirmation i have handover the vehicle to the Cars 24 authorised person. Now 13 days completed. But as of now they have given any clarity about my vehicle problem and moreover mechanics are using my vehicle unauthorised in daily basis.
    I have given complain to the customer care people. But as of now there is no confirmation about my car delivery And about unauthorised usage of my vehicle.
    Please help me and please arrange my vehicle delivery on priority please sir.

      Hi Team,

      I have sold my Car (FORD FIGO 1.4 ZXI DURATORQ) to Car24 on 21 July'21 which is more than 6 months from present and they have lost my Car's RC and my Car is still on my name. They themselves apply for duplicate RC without my knowledge and few weeks ago, I received a duplicate RC at my address. Now I'm informing the Cars24 team on a daily basis but no action has been taken from their side.

      Dear team i have book one wagon-r Zxi 1.2 car with your company. At rajkot at date of[protected] and my order id is #L8S58T.

      And that time gaurav told that Rto charges and insurance charges and shipping charges are waived.

      So i have completed my loan application at hdfc bank and my loan is approved.

      But this time they told me rto charge and shipping charge is not waived.

      Very bed experience and this is very bad situation for me one side my loan is approved and one side my deal was Cancle.

      So plz team cant do this next time with any customer.

        I sold my car Hyundai i20 HR26BA3719 to Cars 24 on 07 Oct 21 (App ID [protected]) and was told that the RC transfer would be completed in 4 months maximum. However, the 4 months have elapsed and their app shows RC transfer is still pending. I am planning to file an FIR against them as I am not sure how else I can ensure that they transfer the RC in the name of the new owner. Please help.

          I am a new channel partner of car24, i won first bid of my car renault duster and paid the full amount online to deliver car at doorstep. They promised to deliver within 48 hours but now 1 week gone neither car delivered and no one is responding on calls and mail.

          Pls suggest how to get my money back. Such a big beand and such a poor services

            I m Dr.Sulaiman
            In 2020, I was looking for a second hand car, by that time I saw i10 second hand car n cars24, so I was interested and then got a call from executive name soundar (fraud person) .
            I was planning to buy n finance only so I asked about the finance details and also asked him to check ma elegibility details after getting my documents.
            After two days he called me and confirmed that ur eligible for car loan and he asked me to pay intial amount (down payment) and cars24 fee charges of 15k.
            He also promised that they will deliver that car n 1 week.
            I did test ride and paid the amount and got a receipt
            I called after 7days they told next week
            Again when I called they repeated the same
            But I was waiting for two months got no reply.
            One day I called him ten times no response and also I called his manager Parthiban no response
            Both are big culprits.
            After trying to call so many times, one day they are replying casually that ur not eligible for car loan because u got an issue in your cibil score, I got shocked and got confused (they verified my documents initially and got advance but now they telling like this )
            After that no response from soundar and Parthiban
            (Before getting advance they will call u tentimes a day, but after that thy won't even reply to ur mess)
            One day, I went to their company to get back ma advance money atleast, but it got hard to contact soundar itself,
            One good executive called from his mobile to soundar, he attended call at that time.
            I was asking him about my advance money, he put conference call to Parthiban and another manager fellow ( forgot his name)
            After too many talks, atlast they told that we took service charge 5500 from ur advance amount, for that itself I asked them why u took that amount, u did nothing then y that service charges
            No answer from their side
            For remaining amount they told that seller got that advance they are not returning so we can't return u that amount also
            Atlast after too mny conversation thy only returned 2k...
            Persons like soundar, Parthiban are becoming big threat for cars24 company
            Company has to refund my amount back, orelse I vl go to grievance
            Pls don't mke ur customers unhappy
            Then u won't b n the market

              06/02/022 was my schedule visit for inspection to sell my car.This is my appointment id [protected]. Today I visited your branch your branch was close. There is no prior intimation given to me. I called at toll free number four times they said higher authority will call me in 10 minutes. No call receive from Cars24.My time was waste i travel total 40 kms for inspection. This is so poor management and poor service.kindly schedule visit to my home only.

                I raised the request for account closure on 31st December 2021 they revert me on that ticket as I will get my 10000 refund amount In my DTA by 21 January but since that till now 6th February I can't able to login in my account and money not credited in my DTA or in my personal bank account if it is credited to my DTA for that I need to login in my account and transfer to my personal account but they block my access on 10th January and I'm foolishly waiting to resolve this problem everyday I call to my PA/KAM but they don't respond I tried to connect to their customer service but they told me to connect to PA. PA told me my account is in audit I have to for few days for that more than q5 days passed but no response they don't even answer my call or they don't even respond me when I was their customer they litterly call kelela 5 times per day without any reason and now this treatment is headache 10000 may be lesser money for them but for me it's to big please help me with my problem

                  I want to cancel the deal as i have good a better offer than your company and I'm ready to pay the fine of 5000, it's been only 25 hours and according to terms and conditions i can cancel my deal within 3 days, but the regional assistant is not cancelling the deal, reason that they already taken the money from purchaser.

                        Absolutely not happy with the Cars24 after buying I am facing lot of challenges. Raised multiple requests but response is pathetic.

                        1. The sales executive committed he will get the Comprehensive Insurance but I am following with them since long time now response from them, Sales Executive Mr.Sathish and his Manager Mr. Harish. from bangalore Need further escalation metrix to get this resolved.

                        2. I have shared the photos, where it is spoilt during the removal of Seat Cover By Cars24, this was committed that they will get it done.

                          Iam planning to sell my car through car24, I had booked an appointment to inspect my car at my house today between 9.30am to 11.30am. But no one turned up for the inspection or called me to inform their availability. I had called the toll free number provided 8 times since morning but no positive reply till now.

                              I am trying to sell my car through Cars24. Got an offer from the cars24 representative and had accepted the same on Jan 19, 2022. But the deal was not completed since the representative was not reachable for 3-4 days. The case got transferred to another representative who tried to start the bidding again.

                              Since then when ever I try to contact the RM regarding any updates, all they say is there is a technical issue and price is not visible so they will have to start the bidding again. And this cycle keeps on repeating.

                                I sold car through cars24 last year. 2 days before I was informed car has been sold and partpeshi to be done. I asked them to check for Bangalore rto. Post that I get SMS stating 10k is forfited because of no documents. I called the numbers in SMS line was too bad and could not make out. Customer care number was clear but when they redirected the same issue occured. I was asked to call between 10 and 6. Next day I called and 2xplained the situation but the representative disconnected the call. Post that there was no response. Called up customer care and they tried redirecting with no success. Next time customer care directed to grievance team who mentioned ticket has been raised and that details will be shared by SMS and mail. Complaint deatils have not been shared yet. I also emailed support I'd and got auto response with ticket number 481509.
                                Still to hear back as company seems to have taken decision to not pay, which is very unprofessional way of doing things. I was told we will have 120 days to complete this party pashi so surely this can be done.

                                  I have been chasing with CARS24 team since last week Friday 28th Jan-22, to help me with the procedure for foreclosure of a loan which I had taken in Jul-21 to purchase a cat from CARS24, however there has been no response to my email with the same. Also daily I am calling the cars 24 desk to get an update, but I am not been provided with a proper solution and my query still remains unanswered. I am in deep financial crisis and I need to foreclose the loan this month, else I will not be able to make the remaining payments of the loan. I am also going to escalate this matter to higher officials as there is no proper service post sales. I humbly request you to kindly help me foreclose the loan to avoid further EMI misses.

                                    I sold my ritz car to cars24 on oct 27/10/21 . My acknowledgment number is [protected] and my car number is KA09MA6255. It’s been 3 months that we delivered our car to cars 24 but yet the RC name transfer hasn’t been made. There are no proper updates regarding the process. And we are getting calls from cars 24 saying that our loan document is missing and asking us to resend the document even though we have submitted it to them before the delivery of car. Kindly request u to make the RC name transfer as soon as possible . And the toll charges was also paid through our fast tags money so kindly request u to transfer the money back to us. And keep us updated regarding the car RC name transfer .

                                      I sold my ritz car on Oct 27 2021, to cars 24 but it’s been more than 3 months since I delivered the car. But there is no update regarding RC transfer and the toll charges are also paid by our fast tag so kindly we require u to pay for that and make the RC transferred as soon as possible. We got a call saying that our loan document that was submitted was lost and asked us to resend it. Please we ask u to handle the documents seriously and not to ask us to resend it. Please look into this matter and kindly update us as soon as possible. And hope u transfer RC as soon as u can.
