Sir, my husband is a regular buyer of cars from cars24. His I'd is 87496. On 13Jan2022, a swift car stock in his account, when he went Delhi to pick this car, there are various major issues related to car. But the had gave totally wrong information on their app. Regularly, we are calling them and asking for slove are problem, but no response. Now we fed up from them. Our money had blocked in their account. It is their mistake, why they gave us wrong information. It is worst feeling to see my husband in stress. We can't afford this big lose .. please take a serious and fast action on my problem.. thanks

I have been chasing with CARS24 team since last week Friday 28th Jan-22, to help me with the procedure for foreclosure of a loan which I had taken in Jul-21 to purchase a cat from CARS24, however there has been no response to my email with the same. Also daily I am calling the cars 24 desk to get an update, but I am not been provided with a proper solution and my query still remains unanswered. I am in deep financial crisis and I need to foreclose the loan this month, else I will not be able to make the remaining payments of the loan. I am also going to escalate this matter to higher officials as there is no proper service post sales. I humbly request you to kindly help me foreclose the loan to avoid further EMI misses.
