I have sold the car dl8cx1150 in 2019, a challan has been recd yesterday for the same . i donot understand what is the difference between normal car dealers and company like yours if customers have to suffer .

    I have sold my car to Cars24 in month of March 2021 and they assured of the RC transfer within 180 days. Till today they have not transferred the RC and whenever I call them they give standard answer that we will do it and there will be no issues for you. But till today they have not transferred it.
    I guess, I will have to register FIR citing all details to avoid any concern in future. Cars24 please resolve this issue at the earliest.

      I had sent my car for repair about 10days back but there was no update about status of repair. I kept calling customer service and they have been saying it will be delivered today. Then they gave a logistic issue and was promised car to be delivered in first half today but same has not been done and there is no call or communication from cars24. Absolutely unprofessional experience. I am still not sure when my car is going to be delivered. I need resolution on this matter immediately.

            I am getting calls from cars 24 since last 2+ years. I have told them multiple times not to call me but they do not stop.

            I have also written to their team but it is useless.

              These guys keep harrassing me with their calls almost every day or alternate day if I want to sell my car. I never said I want to sell or anything and even after saying them no they keep calling me. I am so frustrated with these people because of which I stopped taking calls from unknown numbers and missed some important calls.

                This is regards to my experience of selling my car with them ; car got inspected and i was shared the quotation for the same with Quotation App ID : [protected].

                I agreed to sell my car ;they took my pan card, Aadhar card, cancel cheque details, 1 rupee was transferred to my account to check the account also

                After that there is no response ; i followed up with them what happen, no response they kept me waiting for 5 days saying give us some time and after 5 day there representative sends me what's up sorry they can't buy

                what the hell this is really bad not honoring the commitment

                    Last 15th Oct'21 I bought a IGNIS 2019 Delta 1.2 K12 Model from Cars 24 Chennai Vanagaram for 5.36 lacs

                    They didn't Shared any Doc's of the vehicle Till the Delivery. While Delivering Time They Shared Insurance & RC by WhatsApp. After a day i Checked the Insurance Copy & Found Car Registered in 2019 for 5.15 Lacs & Insured for Same Value for 3 Yrs.
                    It shows
                    1st Year IDV - 5.15 lacs
                    2nd year IDV - 4.34 Lacs
                    3rd Year IDV - 3.86 lacs

                    How Can they sell 2 yrs Old Car in to Higher then Actual Price . Actually it has to be less than 30% atleast.

                    Now Sales team Blabbering that they dont have know anything & They use to sell what price shows in App ..

                    Its Ridiculous..

                      There is a lot of noise coming from the engine of the bike, please get it fixed as soon as possible. Once the engine service was done but it did not matter, I am very much worried about the engine.

                          I have submitted a loan for car and got a msg from cars 24 that your loan is approved please book your kwid now I don't know where is the listing of that perticular car and second thing since 5 days my loan status is showing under process taking longer then usual but then why im getting msgs that my loan is approved and if i want a car now what procedure i have to do i have no clue

                            I Had purchased a car from cars 24 on Sunday 10 October, As per cars 24 report car is non accidental but when i checked this car with Maruti after purchase as per Maruti record car is accidental which is happened in month of March 2021 and same will be repaired by Maruti cost of repair done by insurance 210000 Rs all body repairing done as per Maruti report .Fake site cars 24 cheated with there customers .I want to refund all my money which i had waste to buy car from you ASAP .

                                In the September 2020 I have sold my old car to cars24 with a commitment from them that they will transfer the RC from my mom's name to the new owner of the vehicle within 90-120 days.

                                Right now we are sitting in October 2021 and still they have not done the needful.

                                I am chasing them on phone and emails since August 2021 and the only answer I get from them is give us sometime and nothing else.

                                A day before yesterday one of their legal person told me that the new owner is not reachable and so we can't do anything in this matter.

                                Now after following up with them numerous times the final answer I got was that they will provide me some documents that I have to submit to my respected RTO office. It's been 3 days I'm following up with them for the documents but no one is replying or providing.

                                Please help me in this matter as my car is under my mom's name and I am really worried that may be the car is being used for any sort of illegal activities.

                                  This is to understand what exactly CARS24 is doing to me, when I am selling my CAR with CARS24.

                                  Is it a favour or service ?

                                  I was trying to sell my car with Cars24,
                                  My inspection got done and I received the offer amount directly from Cars24 (without Auction)
                                  Inspection Date : 30th Sep 2021

                                  I Received a call from Mr.Murali (+91 [protected]) and was given 24hours to accept the call.
                                  I asked him to call at 5pm the next day for my feedback, but havent got the call.

                                  On 2nd Oct 2020,
                                  I contacted him and accepted the offer, he asked me share following documents,
                                  AAdhar (shared on same day)
                                  Pan (shared on same day)
                                  email (shared on same day)
                                  Cancelled bank cheque book (which i couldn't share)

                                  I also informed on 2nd Oct, That I am not available on 4th and 6th Oct 2021 due to some personal reasons,

                                  As he asked for a Bank loan foreclosure certificate, I asked him to understand the process, he guided me that I should go to the bank Head office to collect the same.

                                  I went to SBI Bank head office on 5th Oct and understood that the process is different and I need to go to the branch office of the bank, I called Mr.Murali and checked the same,
                                  He checked with someone and said that i need to go to the branch office and not head office, as HO and Branch are in two extreme sides of city i couldn't finish the same on 5th OCT. He also said that if it's delayed I will be charged a fee of 500 INR, which I denied on the same day.

                                  I couldn't call him back, and the next day I was busy with some personal stuff and couldn't get in touch with him.

                                  On the 7th Morning I called him as I was on the way to the bank's branch office.

                                  I realised the tone difference in his way of speech.
                                  It was a bit rude and I was told there is a fine of some 1100 INR,
                                  I again denied and said I can't pay the same.

                                  I also wanted to understand from him, that this whole deal is a service that Cars24 providing me or its favour,

                                  He said with firm and extremely rude manner saying that its "Favour"

                                  I said I don't want the deal to happen if its a "Favour"

                                  After that, there was no contact between cars 24 and me.

                                  So, that's the story.

                                  Again I would like to know, what exactly cars 24 doing to me,

                                  "A Favour" or "A Service",

                                  If it is a favour, then I am sorry I understood the company in a wrong way.

                                  Do let me know what it is, so that I can communicate the same with my connections.

                                  I am morally hurt that someone is trying to favour me by buying my car.
                                  I want to take this on a serious note.

                                  Also, I wrote to their complaint email IDs, no response.

                                  No call back given to me yet.but everyday including Sunday, I am getting sales calls from Cars24.

                                  Sunday morning I got a call, who didn't understand English. He said it was a feedback call. I thought it's for this mail
                                  After me explaining the issue for more than 5min, he asked me is my car available for sales.

                                  I asked him to connect to his higher authority, and the next person connected said it's a sales call and sorry for the miscommunication.

                                  This is really annoying and unacceptable.

                                  Is there anyone who respects the customer service? Or to provide proper assistance to customers ?

                                  This gives me great disappointment and sadness.

                                    I have raised a compliant on the repair happened to my car on the 4th day of the delivery. Ticket#337304. No one called me back from the local service team for repair.

                                    The customer care representative is quick in calling back but says apologize for the delay but no one came for repair even after 3 days after the compliant due date

                                      I recently went to sell my car to E-City Cars24 store based on the online quote reference.

                                      Post inspection the actual quote received was very shocking. They are not even quoting within the range of online quote given, it's almost 50% less than online quote. I asked them on what basis your giving actual quote when the online quote range is in line with market rate and now the actual got given is so where near. They said the online quote on websites are shown high due to some technical issue. Then I asked why are you booking for inspection on that quote as based on that of many o[censored]s come for inspection.

                                      Based on my experience, I can clearly say the online quote are given inline with market to attract people. But when you get actual quote it can be shocking to an extent of 50% less than online quote reference. This clearly shows they are trying to fool customers by giving different online quotes

                                      It looks like our country has become free country to publicly publish / Advertise anything and in actual do something totally different even if it is not Ethical.
                                      We have to put a stop for all such unethical practices now.

                                        Hi,

                                        I sold my old car to CARS24 in the month of April 2021 and till date the RC has not been transferred to the new owner of the car. I keep getting calls from traffic police for any issue related with the sold car. I do not understand hw much time do they still need for transferring the RC?
                                        RTO offices are working fine now so how long CARS24 plan to take to make this transfer?

                                        In their TV ads etc. they keep praising their services but even after so many months, nobody bother to follow up and get this transfer of RC done. Hope they are not expecting the new owner to do that, which in most cases people do not do.
