This is to understand what exactly CARS24 is doing to me, when I am selling my CAR with CARS24.
Is it a favour or service ?

I was trying to sell my car with Cars24,
My inspection got done and I received the offer amount directly from Cars24 (without Auction)
Inspection Date : 30th Sep 2021
I Received a call from Mr.Murali (+91 [protected]) and was given 24hours to accept the call.
I asked him to call at 5pm the next day for my feedback, but havent got the call.
On 2nd Oct 2020,
I contacted him and accepted the offer, he asked me share following documents,
AAdhar (shared on same day)
Pan (shared on same day)
email (shared on same day)
Cancelled bank cheque book (which i couldn't share)
I also informed on 2nd Oct, That I am not available on 4th and 6th Oct 2021 due to some personal reasons,
As he asked for a Bank loan foreclosure certificate, I asked him to understand the process, he guided me that I should go to the bank Head office to collect the same.
I went to SBI Bank head office on 5th Oct and understood that the process is different and I need to go to the branch office of the bank, I called Mr.Murali and checked the same,
He checked with someone and said that i need to go to the branch office and not head office, as HO and Branch are in two extreme sides of city i couldn't finish the same on 5th OCT. He also said that if it's delayed I will be charged a fee of 500 INR, which I denied on the same day.
I couldn't call him back, and the next day I was busy with some personal stuff and couldn't get in touch with him.
On the 7th Morning I called him as I was on the way to the bank's branch office.
I realised the tone difference in his way of speech.
It was a bit rude and I was told there is a fine of some 1100 INR,
I again denied and said I can't pay the same.
I also wanted to understand from him, that this whole deal is a service that Cars24 providing me or its favour,
He said with firm and extremely rude manner saying that its "Favour"
I said I don't want the deal to happen if its a "Favour"
After that, there was no contact between cars 24 and me.
So, that's the story.
Again I would like to know, what exactly cars 24 doing to me,
"A Favour" or "A Service",
If it is a favour, then I am sorry I understood the company in a wrong way.
Do let me know what it is, so that I can communicate the same with my connections.
I am morally hurt that someone is trying to favour me by buying my car.
I want to take this on a serious note.
Also, I wrote to their complaint email IDs, no response.
No call back given to me yet.but everyday including Sunday, I am getting sales calls from Cars24.
Sunday morning I got a call, who didn't understand English. He said it was a feedback call. I thought it's for this mail
After me explaining the issue for more than 5min, he asked me is my car available for sales.
I asked him to connect to his higher authority, and the next person connected said it's a sales call and sorry for the miscommunication.
This is really annoying and unacceptable.
Is there anyone who respects the customer service? Or to provide proper assistance to customers ?
This gives me great disappointment and sadness.
