These guys stole data and keep on calling everyday. Doesn’t have the common sense to understand that I sold my car already.
I tried registering DND for the number still these useless guys keep on calling....

I bought TUV300 in June 2021 and till date its been a headache for me to get it serviced from cars24 (under 6 month warrenty) . For even small issue they take 15 to 20 days to get it resolved.

My first service took 15 days to complete and on 4th of August i raised another one which is not even moved to next step

No SOP
No fix TAT
Zero service quality

The inspection executive from Attapur branch has put up a wrong inspection on my vehicle. Stating it as a water logged . Although I asked him for a justifiable reason he did not give any.
The water stains were due to washing and the executive has booked them as a waterlogged vehicle.
I request to the higher management to have a proper cross check on the executives who without any specific reason declare any wrong inspection...

I booked a car using car24 website and paid 2999/- . i was promise for test drive which never happened. after utilizing the fund for 7 days. my request was auto cancel and i was informed that the car is already sold. how is that possible. after making 100 call and many email i never got any reply from CAR 24. horrible experience. no one is even acknowledging my complaint. need the same car...

I took Car on Jul 22nd and I did raise return request 9 days back. Still no one reached me to collect vechicle. How long Car24 team will take time to pickup vechicle. In policy mentioned money will back in 7 days but already crossed 9 days. What action should I take? I have raised ticket 229017. Have Car24 team looking on this ticket....

This is a grievance in regards to the SMS i receive from CARS24 asking to reschedule my appointment where as i waited for almost 4 days from the time i booked the slot. Right on the scheduled slot i receive SMS asking to reschedule an appointment.

I sold my Toyota Corolla Altis to cars24 on 23rd January 2020, its been more than 16 months and the vehicle is under my name and I got to know this when I received a traffic challan in july 2021 of the same vehicle that I sold to cars24 on 23rd January 2020.
This is just not right and I request cars24 to either transfer the car within a week or else technically its still my property so return it back.

I have sold our vehicle Maruti Swift dzire vxi with vehicle number KA50Nxxxx on 21-November-2020 to CARS24 Services private Limited(Appointment Number: [protected]) in Bangalore Sarjapur road branch.
As per the initial agreement from cars24, it was informed that within 90 days, name in RC will get transferred with the new owner. We have been waiting for eight long months for Change of RC name and still cars24 is forcing me to wait for...

I have booked Nissan Sentra 2018 on 27. 07.2021 I have paid 300 aed as booking fee... Next day I had road test... I liked the vehicle and I had paid token amount 1000 aed through the link send to my mail ID... Relationship manager texted me to send visa, emirates ID bank statement etc I have forwarded all document within 1 hr...
After this there is no call or response from this relationship manager... I have called customer care number...

I once registered in CARS24 to sell my car and was not satisfied with the negotiations, hence dropped the idea of selling after inspection. Ever since that I keep getting phone calls from CARS24 atleast 4-5 times a week. It's highly infuriating and on top of that I'm unable to block the calls since they contact me from different numbers every single time. Kindly stop contacting me. Can't tolerate this anymore....

Repair estimate bill sent on 20.07.2021 and 2 days once calling their customer care and asking updates no response from them. Very worst experience. Vehicle Number TN07CM7976...

This is regarding the RC transfer of the vehicle, Ford Figo KA51 MC 2053 that I sold last year November, 2020 through OLX Cashmy car service.

On further investigation, it has come to light that the car has been further sold to Cars24.
