Complaint marked as Resolved Today I got a mail from bikes 24 regarding process completion, I check same on parivahan app and found my name is the registration
The application was filed on 2 Sep and on 15 Sep the RTO cleared it (also it was on hold due to pending doc for some time in between)
As per the process, it should have to start on 26 Sep (day I submitted updated Aadhaar card) after then till 2 Sep I got only two comments "Request has been escalated to the concern department and previous owner documents are pending"
I really appreciate Miss Apeksha Sharma(bikes24) for expediting my request since she was assigned
If anyone is facing the same problem, guys keep in touch with the company Via mail / call in a high frequency if u guys will wait for things to happen by itself it will never happen and ask them the right questions always don't fall for some wage statement.

I already followed the process as suggested by your people and after not getting any solution from any buddy I am complaining hear

"As communicated earlier, We have initiated the RC transfer for your vehicle. In this case, we require the seller's presence in the RTO for RC transfer. Presently, the seller's documents required for RC transfer are incomplete and hence the transfer has been delayed. Please be assured that we will keep you updated on any further developments and will follow due process to ensure the RC transfer is completed as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.
Please be assured, we are working on your complaint regarding the non-delivery of the helmet and have escalated the matter to the concerned department. Kindly allow us 24 hours of time to get back to you with an update."
I got this reply on 19 Aug and Iam taking followup on mail since 14 aug

IF documents were not complete why the bike was even sold, this is a must to follow step as per RTO rule such formality work should be taken care on the 1st step.
