I have purchased a car DL8CY3276 from cars24 there was some minor issues in My car so I request for repairing on 13 sep 2021. My car was pickedup on 15 09 2021. But still we not get any reply from your side even after 5 days. About the status of my car. Even your customers care executive can not reply my call from my registered mobile no. Every time I used new mobile no to get in touch from your customers care executive.
Even after that my problem is not resolved. Please do some necessary action.

Your recovery agent named Sourav Malik ([protected]). he is constantly pressurizing me to pay the instalment and is talking to me in a bad manner, my financial condition is not good at this time, yet I had told to give half payment and the rest for 4-5 days. But your agent are threatening me saying that if you have to do it then do it or else don't. Please help me and tell me soon what to do because my financial condition is going very bad.

I m they dealer my id is 100440 I was purchased 2012 etieos G from cars24 on 21 aug 2021 they mentioned 2nd owner when I went to transfer the car to my costumer rta said this is 3rd owner car my costomer told my I don't want this car becoz 3 rd owner other wise u decrease they amount 50 thousand then I will take so I complaint to cars24 they tell me I will give you 10 thousand back so I told him take your car back or give me 40 thounsand they were not response me yet so please help me out becoz I arrange they money on intrest

I had sold my old car through cars24 in Feb'21 and they had promised ownership change within a month (min) and Max of 180 days ..However no updates on RC Transfer even after 200 Days. Really bad customer service and no proper response to the customer, every time we call they say it's in progress however the stays is same from last 3 months

My Car MP20CC 4613 was sell in March 21 to Cars24 but six months have passed still the vehicle is in my Name . No proper Response is received ... If any issue my vehicle may be return to me and amount transferred to my account will be sent back .. I am a senior citizen and can not bear the unnecessary tension . Without my concent the deal is cancelled. I have heard alot about cars 24 but this experience is something which is not welcomed.

My money is blocked and I didn't recieved what is committed to me.

Need immediate resolution.

I had called CARS24 around 11:23 am IST on Sep 12th, 2021 and after a brief discussion with the customer service executive I hung up the call as I was not satisfied with the service.

The customer service executive then messaged me back on my personal number and I quote "kya ghatiya service ha tere baap ne banaaya ha kya cars 24 saale".

The number from which he has sent was [protected]. This is a very serious concern as an employee of CARS24 took my number from the system and messaged me with unwanted remarks against me and my family.

Worst customer service experience.

Pls delete my account. Receiving calls from other states of cars24 employees. Also getting 100s of messages of car inspection reports daily. I don't see a way to block your spam calls and messages pls stop them. I'm hating cars24 for these spams

I am getting car requirement calls everyday .
I have complained in there customer care but the calls are still continuing.
Please help me stop this sick calls from the company .

I am getting 2-3 calls everyday from CARS 24 for selling my car, which I have already sold. Inspite of do not disturb service activation still I am receiving it. PLEASE STOP YOUR EXECUTIVES TO CALL ME EVERYDAY. Today I received call from Mr. SOM [protected]. Please ensure genuine business practices within your organization.

Cars 24 did not mention in inspection report as migrated car and when I need documents transfer sharing tax is pending at rto my ID is 63861 and ticket raised in cars 24 app with ticket ID 281379

Ac heater is not working and the deskboard blower

is going direct on windshield which makes my car foggy and can led to very dig damage

As per sells deed, the RC transfer condition was 180 days (Max.), but not transferred after completion of 6 months. I am continuing followup there team, but they aren't responding. Due to this i also lost my bonus after new car purchase. If Car 24 not able to transferred RC, I want a return back my car with them.

I have sold my car in July 2021 and then they holded 10k for party peshi transfer. The party peshi is completed and I still did not receive my amount after 10 days. I tried calling customer care, but number is changed. I tried calling Mahadevapura branch team but they are very irresponsible in providing the update.
