    Warranty issues

    I bought car a month back and since then facing issues. Made multiple complaints but no solutions. I shared repair estimate with them as per our discussion and they suppose to approve that within 24-48 hours but it’s more than 72 hour neither they are responding on mail nor giving solutions on call....

    I have sold my car On 08th august 2021 but still not recived my fund.. They have taken all the Aggrement from me..they confirmed me, they will do partial payment to me but I did not recive after 10 days later they are confriming they need NOC . But no payment happened till now 28/08/2021, no response from sales person MR. Naveen /cars 24/ koramangala 5th block. Now I need to cancel the deal because of miscommunication... Today 28/08/2021 I visited For cancelling the Deal they are asking me to pay some charges.
    Do the needful to cancel the deal without charges... Because of wrong commitment I am cancelling the deal. I worried about comapny...you people are giving adds that India's no 1 car selling dealer's, but they are making money with people by giving worng commitment...

      I am Ratha krishnan, I book the chevrolet Beat car(2012 model) at (June 17, 2021).
      And, I pay the advance amount ₹15000 to that car at (june 17, 2021).
      After some my personal issues I cancel that car.
      But, still now[protected] I didn't receive that amount.
      Nearly two months I still waiting.
      Please take a immediate action to my complaint.

        I blocked a used Tata Harrier which was priced 14.9 lac while paying token of Rs. 2600/- approx. should I go with CARS24 finance I would end up paying 30k more and the cost would be over 15 lacs, which was understandable and I agreed for the finance option.
        As per the 140 check list record the car had no defect. However, during the test drive I felt the clutch was extremely hard and hence, I asked the service advisor Girish to ensure this issue is sorted which was escalated by him the very next day and I was told the car is out for service and the whole clutch plate would be replaced.
        Since, I had zeroed on the car, i started engaging with the CARS24 team for finance and submitted all the documents they would require.
        In my app, the car advertisement was moved from reserved to sold. When checked with an advisor I was informed that since the car is blocked for me and has gone for service it shows sold. I need not worry about that. I was asked by Girish to rebook the car as it is featuring up for sale again. Which, I could Not understand why as the car was shown sold and it was initially explained that it was blocked for me. However, since all advisors came across polite I tried to rebook it. Which is when I sa the price of the car is increased by over Rs. 15000/- I reached out to customer service and spoke to Himanshu who informed me that the car was actually priced at 14.9 lac and as mentioned earlier including finance charges it would cross 15lac.
        Based on this recommendation, I rebooked for a test drive today and paid Rs 999 online. The app prompted me to pay a balance of 6lacs which is when I thought of double checking with Girish, whether there is no price increase. To my surprise Girish mentioned to me that the price is increased when advertised again. And I would have to pay an additional of 30, 000 for the finance charges.
        I spoke to customer care and incidentally got Himanshu again in line and I explained the entire scenario, He apologised for the mess up but did not come to any conclusion and neither did he seem convincing to help me out. I did mention to him in several times that I have felt cheated and taken for a ride and I would need to reach the higher ups. Which is when Himanshu offered to escalate the complaint and register the escalation with number 271008, with a commitment they a solution would be giving between 24 to 48 hours.
        I have to also compliment that In all my conversation each person I spoke to sounded very cordial and polite.
        If I am buying a car worth 14.9lac a 15k would not mind much. However, I have to bring forth the mal practice in CARS24, which makes then customers feel cheated.
        Truly hope the Customer engagement system in the company works and solution is offered.

          I have booked for an jnspectikn for my car to get sold but there no response till date i have booked in before 2 days. This is not good from cars 24 employees there should be an immediate response but they were only postponing my inspection.

            Booked for Warranty support a week back. To pick up the car from my residence, your Team took 4 days, despite many follow ups.

            After picking up, I am trying to reach your team many times. No mail responses and no phone pick up. Once they responded on phone and replied that, they will come back with updates. So far, nothing happened.

            I got a travel plan tonight. I want the car serviced and delivered today before 6 pm.

              I had an appointment for 12 PM today where cars 24 executive was supposed to come for home inspection ( appointment ID - [protected]) but nobody visited. Nobody informed me, nobody called me. I reached customer care thrice, all I got is someone will call you back which never happened. They have no supervisor, They have no local contact where I can reach. They have no escalation matrix. All I had to do was to wait at their mercy

              There is still no update on if anyone will come or not.

                I already sold my car yet the cars24 people keep on calling me saying please sell your car i have revieved almost 40-50 calls in a week and i would like not to be disturbed
                I never wanted to give me number but it was impossible to get a quote without sharing my number biggest mistake by checking my car quote on cars24 please put me on DND list else i would have to file a harrasment complain against the company for this

                      I had book car for test drive. Test Drive not provided on the requested date. there is no prior initiation give that test drive is canceled. totally a waste of time. now asking for refund which is not yet done. Please provide me the refund on urgent basis. All are frauds unprofessional people. pathetic service.

                          Hi Team,
                          It's quite painful to inform you of all that I have been getting harrassed by CARS24 for last 6-7 months. They are in the habit of calling me everyday anytime and checking my patience. I have initially I have told the executives mANY TIMEs that I don't want to sell any car and asked to update their data but unfortunately these bloody ### are not ready to change.
                          Today only I have received a call again from [protected].

                          I was about to shout and abuse but the guy disconnected my call.

                          I request you team to kindly take strict action on this team so that they are not able to create problems in future.

                          I also want to know the status once any action is taken and what action has been taken, kindly let me know.

                              I registered for sale my WagonR model 2006. I got SMS that it's valued between 39 to 48K .
                              I visited nearest Car24 office at Tirumalgherry, Hyderabad . The concerned staff were helpful and polite. I have no complaints against them. They did all the formalities and told me that the auction amount will be known soon. I got SMS price code C24 9861.
                              Finally when they quoted me the value of the car at scrap value of 30000 excluding their charges. They told me that the offer is valid until 24aug 1200 hrs only.
                              I told them that as per SMS from Cars24 says the min sale value is between 39253 to 48000K and it may go upto 16pct further depending on condition of the vehicle.
                              My car is well maintained and it is in good condition.

                              I am surprised how the company can invite the customer which such kind of SMS and not stand by their own commitment, which is against the principles of business ethics.

                              I want a responsible head of the company to reply to me and keep up the offer given in SMS and revalue as per car condition.

                                -First of all test drive is less than 20 minutes
                                -Relationship Manager, never is available you have to call the call center to send him a reminder to reply back
                                - they dont have. A customer service team just people who answer the phone to say “ we have raised your concern and someone will get in touch”
                                - Finance team is incompetent! They didnt know what’s the bank process! I had to deal with the bank directly to get the approval
                                -Relationship manager is off, they dont let someone else assist you to not waste time, instead i was told to wait till he gets back from his off!!
                                - Relationship Manager has no clue about anything! All he does is send emails and forward
                                - after paying part of the downpayment to them and getting the bank approval and receiving the insurance certificate under my name, they called me a day before delivery to inform me that the car has already been sold to someone else !!!.
                                -Some lady called me refused to reply to my email with the reason why they didn’t deliver the car because she’s afraid to show their scam!
                                THEYRE SCAMMERS!!!
                                I wouldn’t even recommend them to an enemy! horrible experience!!!
                                DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

                                    Made Payment For AUDI Q3 On 5th August 21, Car Yet Not Delivered, Unprofessional Executive Has Been Making Excuses & Delaying The Delivery.
                                    Delivery Was Promised In 48Hrs, Its Been Over 2 #Weeks Now

                                      I have contacted Cars 24 for sale of my car. I have paid Rs 49 for inspection. The inspection was done on 31.07.21 and they offered me a price of Rs 377000 for my car. On that day itself I informed them that the car was registered in the name of my company(LIC) and after the term of its use the car was given to me by the company but the transfer of registration was not done in my name. I have also informed them that the payment is to be given to me on transfer of registration. Now after 20 days of holding the vehicle, I was informed by your company representative that the amount can only be paid to the company.
