I have purchased hyundai grand 10 from cars 24 on june 14, 2021, but since beginning i have faced issues like hard clutch, air conditioner not working the same had been shared to cars 24 feedback team.
They told me to get the car inspected from an authorized service station and share the repair estimate so they can verify and approve / reimburse .
I visited hyundai authorised workshop and get the repair estimate of rs. 31500 + gst which i mailed on to their email id [protected]@cars24.Com on 14th september and also uploaded the same on their phone app on 15th september 2021 .
Now they had told me and as per their warranty card booklet the tat for the resolution is 48 hours, but 7 days have been passed and still no response . Every time i call to their call center i get the same answer that the service team is working on it.
As a professional company cars 24 should try to comply their promises .
Please help and resolve my query.
