We have been following up with your employee- Mohsin who has mentioned he has resigned from Cars 24, we are still in receipt of the
RTO acknowledgement /Ownership change copy for our record.

I had book the honda activa 125 with booking id- PPRXT2 on 29/08/2021 at Rs 39000 and paid the booking amount of Rs 2000, next day I checked the booking page and shocked to see that price of the vehicle was changed to Rs 69000. I had share the screenshot of booking to customer care. After I Recieved the call from team and giving irrelevant excuses that vehicle was not working properly so they can't deliver and asked me to to cancel the booking....

I had made an enquiry on cars24 site to check resale value for one of the vehicle and post that Cars 24 is calling me 3-4times a day unnecessarily. I told them I am not interested in your service still they keep calling from different numbers.

Kindly take some action against them....

I sold my waganor to car24 nearly 4 to 5 months, till RC not changed....

I bought car a month back and since then facing issues. Made multiple complaints but no solutions. I shared repair estimate with them as per our discussion and they suppose to approve that within 24-48 hours but it’s more than 72 hour neither they are responding on mail nor giving solutions on call....

I have sold my car On 08th august 2021 but still not recived my fund.. They have taken all the Aggrement from me..they confirmed me, they will do partial payment to me but I did not recive after 10 days later they are confriming they need NOC . But no payment happened till now 28/08/2021, no response from sales person MR. Naveen /cars 24/ koramangala 5th block. Now I need to cancel the deal because of miscommunication... I am Ratha krishnan, I book the chevrolet Beat car(2012 model) at (June 17, 2021).
And, I pay the advance amount ₹15000 to that car at (june 17, 2021).
After some my personal issues I cancel that car.

Nearly two months I still waiting.
Please take a immediate action to my complaint.

I blocked a used Tata Harrier which was priced 14.9 lac while paying token of Rs. 2600/- approx. should I go with CARS24 finance I would end up paying 30k more and the cost would be over 15 lacs, which was understandable and I agreed for the finance option.

I already sold my car yet the cars24 people keep on calling me saying please sell your car i have revieved almost 40-50 calls in a week and i would like not to be disturbed
I never wanted to give me number but it was impossible to get a quote without sharing my number biggest mistake by checking my car quote on cars24 please put me on DND list else i would have to file a harrasment complain against the company for this...

Hi Team,
It's quite painful to inform you of all that I have been getting harrassed by CARS24 for last 6-7 months. They are in the habit of calling me everyday anytime and checking my patience. I have initially I have told the executives mANY TIMEs that I don't want to sell any car and asked to update their data but unfortunately these bloody ### are not ready to change.
Today only I have received a call again from...

I'm receiving their calls daily asking me to sell my car.
I told them numerous times asking not to call me.
Its nuisance.
I'll take this up to consumer forum if I even receive one more call from Cars24...
