Dear Sir / Madam,
This is regarding the payment has not been settled from CARS24, Its been 4 days. I have delivered the car and taken the delivery note from Cars24. I have raised complaint in cars and also raised to grevience team. My issue is not getting solved. Now they are saying take the car back after keeping the cars at their place for 5 days.
In Detail:
Actually, I went for Documents Verification on 24 sep'21, they said(Name of the person 'Karthik'), they need only form 28, 29 & 30 three copied each and Insurance transfer from registered owner and I asked, do you need any other documents, they said no. Then again, on 25 Sep I have been to their store Cars24 hsr LAYOUT BANGALORE again to show same document, they said ok and told deliver the car on 26 september evening.
Note: (Registered owner ( My Uncle) stays in Mumbai, I have taken a all the documents through courier)
On 26 Sep evening I went to their store and submitted the documents with original RC Card, as they said. Now, they are saying they want other two documents "Sale Affadavit" and "Clearance form". I said, No sir, not possible registered owner is in Mumbai. They said ok, I will approve it and process the payment. But they did not do it. I have raised the complaint first in CARS24, It did not get resolved and then I have raised Grevience Ticket. Still It dint resolved.
Sir, Its been 4 days, None of the them properly responding. My Amount got stuck. Now they are saying take the car back. I said no, I want my amount back. They have given delivery note of the car. Kept the car with them for four days, now they are saying take the car back.

I am getting same response from CARS24. But nothing did not work. I have raised multiple complaints in CARS24 domain. No resolution.
