With regards to the above subject, i have complained against car 24 where company from the last one month giving different prices and misguide the customer that validity of rc expired and vehicle to be scraped and says that in auction different prices, though car will be sold in scrap where other mnc scrap company provided directly sales price for scrap car.though as per central government various notification the rc validity extended time to time and as on date the validity extend upto 31st october 2021 (from feb 20 to till date rc expired)
Company offers some time price of Rs. 46000 on message then other person says it is by mistake that price quote then company on telephone offers 31000 one day 33000 on next days then 16000 and changing the price for scrap car.
Further 4 times inspection done by your engineer and everyone knows that the car is in basement parking and the car is not in running condition. Though after a deal for Rs. 27800 the company took charges of Rs. 1180 and now the company denies to pick up the car from the basement.
Further as per proforma at the time of deal final share the terms and conditions says that you will be given a token amount of Rs. 1000 but your company provides a token amount of Rs. 1 and conditions says that on 4th october i will receive money and company will take delivery . If customer delays then late fees Rs. 500 now company has delayed for last three days kindly reminusre the Late fees of Rs 1500 and further penalty of Rs. 5000 which is part of your conditions if the deal was not executed. Requested you to give me Rs. 6500 but mentally harassing from the last month regarding various prices and commitment due to this i have to let go of the opportunity to sell my car to another dealer/local vendor where i have to sacrifice Rs. 8000 because of your message dated 20.09.2021.

Since one month the company has not been clear about their dealing and not able to comply with the terms and conditions and due to this i have to pay one year extra parking charges in the society because the car was not picked up on the due date i.e. 04.10.2021.

Further the company has not mentioned in the documents that the car was scrapped by the company.
From the above you sel[censored]nderstand that due to not timely comply the terms form your side i have to bear loss financially as well as mentaly,
I hope you will revert within 24 hours, otherwise I will take legal action against the company for misleading the customer and harass.

    I was calling Cars24 for so long.
    From 3-4 days it’s happening they called me and said we will send someone to pick up Car for repair but no one came now no one is reverting and I’m not getting any calls now.
    I hope Cars24 is a reputed company that kind behaviour disappointed me a lot.

        I have shortlisted a Car to buy & i have recieved a Discount coupon of 5000/- on mail too. But the same was not getting applied while making the payment, So the local executive & the online executive both agreed that I will get refund of the same after i complete the payment, So i made the total payment & took the delivery. But after one month passed still that cashback is not credited to my account. & now th Local executive is not picking up the call & the online chat is just replying same reply that i will be contacted & it will be sort it out, But nothing happening, So hopefully you can raise the issue & provide resolution.

        The tickets ID given from the online team are #278846 & #278970 ‬‬‬.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              This is regarding the payment has not been settled from CARS24, Its been 4 days. I have delivered the car and taken the delivery note from Cars24. I have raised complaint in cars and also raised to grevience team. My issue is not getting solved. Now they are saying take the car back after keeping the cars at their place for 5 days.

              In Detail:

              Actually, I went for Documents Verification on 24 sep'21, they said(Name of the person 'Karthik'), they need only form 28, 29 & 30 three copied each and Insurance transfer from registered owner and I asked, do you need any other documents, they said no. Then again, on 25 Sep I have been to their store Cars24 hsr LAYOUT BANGALORE again to show same document, they said ok and told deliver the car on 26 september evening.
              Note: (Registered owner ( My Uncle) stays in Mumbai, I have taken a all the documents through courier)

              On 26 Sep evening I went to their store and submitted the documents with original RC Card, as they said. Now, they are saying they want other two documents "Sale Affadavit" and "Clearance form". I said, No sir, not possible registered owner is in Mumbai. They said ok, I will approve it and process the payment. But they did not do it. I have raised the complaint first in CARS24, It did not get resolved and then I have raised Grevience Ticket. Still It dint resolved.

              Sir, Its been 4 days, None of the them properly responding. My Amount got stuck. Now they are saying take the car back. I said no, I want my amount back. They have given delivery note of the car. Kept the car with them for four days, now they are saying take the car back.

                I sold my car at cars 24 and they said the all payment I get instantly but Some amount has been hold by cars 24 due to NOC submission and Now today I go to cars 24 for NOC submission they said I'll get the remaining amount in 7 working days they not able to speak truth about process first they said I'll get instant remaining amount
                and now they said it will take 7 working days. And Now I couldn't submit my cars NOC if I'll suffer they need to be. So cheap working style So I recommend don't use cars 24 for sale or purchase

                      Phone abuse by cars24 continues. Be aware and think before registering on cars24.com.

                      I made a mistake and put my number and have been receiving calls from their call centre, non-stop. Here are some of the callers via their call-centre:

                          I got a call from executive that he couldn't reach my number, while I was at work and was receiving calls throughout. He called be an hour past the scheduled time slot and confirmed that he will reach in another half an hour. After the time communicated passed, he said he won't be able to make it due to rains and confirmed vist for next day. today there was no calls and update from him

                                I have been getting continuous calls from this company asking me to sell my car. I informed the caller many times that asking me every week to sell me car wont change my mind. So kindly delete my number from your database.

                                It got worse after that as they are now calling me daily. I feel this as harassment as they are liable for compensation for wasting my valuable time as I am a full time businessman.

                                I request you to stop calling me & give out the call recording confirming my claims.

                                  I have purchased hyundai grand 10 from cars 24 on june 14, 2021, but since beginning i have faced issues like hard clutch, air conditioner not working the same had been shared to cars 24 feedback team.

                                  They told me to get the car inspected from an authorized service station and share the repair estimate so they can verify and approve / reimburse .

                                  I visited hyundai authorised workshop and get the repair estimate of rs. 31500 + gst which i mailed on to their email id [protected]@cars24.Com on 14th september and also uploaded the same on their phone app on 15th september 2021 .

                                  Now they had told me and as per their warranty card booklet the tat for the resolution is 48 hours, but 7 days have been passed and still no response . Every time i call to their call center i get the same answer that the service team is working on it.

                                  As a professional company cars 24 should try to comply their promises .

                                  Please help and resolve my query.

                                    I got my car inspection done from your company executive. After 2 days I get a call from someone saying he’s Mr. SHRESTH GAUTAM from Cars 24 Moti Nagar delhi branch. Firstly I wasn’t happy with the price which was quoted to me on the first day which was 2.50 lakh, on the second day I got a call from this guy asking me if I was ready to close the deal at this price to which I answered No. So he said what price do you expect to which I replied I need 3.20 lakh as I was already getting 3.10 lakh that evening I was about to close the deal at that place. Shresth said sir I can offer you 3.20 lakh and we can close the deal to wich I replied okay on monday I’ll provide you the NOC from the bank. On monday when I spoke to him he denied about saying this and told me that the other day he said my car will be RE AUCTIONED. He never said this word on the first day (saturday 18/9/21) when I got the first call from him I wasted 2 days because of his wrong commitment I had cancelled the deal at other place to close the deal with cars24. I never expected this kind of forge behavior from a company like cars 24. I’d like you to take an immediate action for this pathetic behavior.

                                        I have purchased a car DL8CY3276 from cars24 there was some minor issues in My car so I request for repairing on 13 sep 2021. My car was pickedup on 15 09 2021. But still we not get any reply from your side even after 5 days. About the status of my car. Even your customers care executive can not reply my call from my registered mobile no. Every time I used new mobile no to get in touch from your customers care executive.
                                        Even after that my problem is not resolved. Please do some necessary action.
