I registered for sale my WagonR model 2006. I got SMS that it's valued between 39 to 48K .
I visited nearest Car24 office at Tirumalgherry, Hyderabad . The concerned staff were helpful and polite. I have no complaints against them. They did all the formalities and told me that the auction amount will be known soon. I got SMS price code C24 9861.
Finally when they quoted me the value of the car at scrap value of 30000 excluding...

-First of all test drive is less than 20 minutes
-Relationship Manager, never is available you have to call the call center to send him a reminder to reply back
- they dont have. A customer service team just people who answer the phone to say “ we have raised your concern and someone will get in touch”
- Finance team is incompetent! They didnt know what’s the bank process! I had to deal with the bank directly to...

I sold out my car on 15-Apr-2021. But till now i didn't got any confirmation regarding the RC Transfer. I already sent few mails to [protected]@cars24.com. But no response from them....
