I had called CARS24 around 11:23 am IST on Sep 12th, 2021 and after a brief discussion with the customer service executive I hung up the call as I was not satisfied with the service.

The customer service executive then messaged me back on my personal number and I quote "kya ghatiya service ha tere baap ne banaaya ha kya cars 24 saale".

The number from which he has sent was [protected]. This is a very serious concern as an employee of CARS24 took my number from the system and messaged me with unwanted remarks against me and my family.

Worst customer service experience.

    Unwanted Emails and SMS

    I keep getting emails and SMS asking me to sell my Car.

    I have not subscribed to your website and I have not asked for offers.

    Its highly irritating and unwanted.

    After I had sent the mail on 18.6.21, your mails / sms have increased.

    Pls Stop sending. Anyway, you have forced...

    Pls delete my account. Receiving calls from other states of cars24 employees. Also getting 100s of messages of car inspection reports daily. I don't see a way to block your spam calls and messages pls stop them. I'm hating cars24 for these spams

        I am getting 2-3 calls everyday from CARS 24 for selling my car, which I have already sold. Inspite of do not disturb service activation still I am receiving it. PLEASE STOP YOUR EXECUTIVES TO CALL ME EVERYDAY. Today I received call from Mr. SOM [protected]. Please ensure genuine business practices within your organization.

                As per sells deed, the RC transfer condition was 180 days (Max.), but not transferred after completion of 6 months. I am continuing followup there team, but they aren't responding. Due to this i also lost my bonus after new car purchase. If Car 24 not able to transferred RC, I want a return back my car with them.

                  I have sold my car in July 2021 and then they holded 10k for party peshi transfer. The party peshi is completed and I still did not receive my amount after 10 days. I tried calling customer care, but number is changed. I tried calling Mahadevapura branch team but they are very irresponsible in providing the update.

                    I have purchased one car and returned it within the 7 days of purchase as i didnt like the car and since then i am waiting for my refund.

                    So far no one contacted me, i am keep on contacting customer care but still no luck. No one calling me back.

                    i am fed up with their service, let me know how can i get my money back?

                      I have purchased the cars24 dealer portal app from cars24. Earlier they told me that they will provide the various cars in good prices but once I purchased that app they didn't fulfill their promise. Even they didn't call me. I had submitted 10.000 rupees as a security amount. Even their auction system is totally fake and Operated by themselves. They didn't provide any single car to me. Their auction and car live auction system is totally fake. I want my money back and i am requesting to cars 24 kindly back my money. And donot waste the time of others. I called many times but got no response.

                        Yours is the most fraud company, I had sold my car in the month of January and till now you couldn't get my RC transferred... You have such fraud channel partners that they have shared my phone number to a person whom the channel partner had sold the car to... I had a first owner car and the person who had bought the car from the channel partner is asking me money for RC transfer and sending me threatening messages...i have sold my car in half the price what your channel partner has sold it for.. And you guys are asking me money for RC transfer... This is ridiculous.. Give me a resolution or next step would be legal.

                          I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service received from your CARS24 Gurgaon office.

                          This letter to bring your attention towards the delayed payments after car sold agreement.

                          I have handovered the vehical No. RJ 27CK 4041 to the Nish ( Sales Manager). Today almost more than 15 days has been completed but payment not received yet.

                          The vehicle that I bought is not giving satisfactory output and is not as it was expected to be. The vehicle Number is RJ 27CK 4041 having multiple problems that traveling is not at all reliable.

                          I rejected this vehical due to above said problems on 20th and 23rd Aug and my assign manager Nish has been accepted the same and commited for payment refund with in 3 days but yet she has not been fullfilled the commitment of refund value Rs.35, 75, 889/-

                          With reference to our last meeting held at your office on Date20th and 23 aug.
                          I have been noticing the weird behavior of Nish ( sales Manager) and his senior Mr. Adhar not answering my calls from last few days.

                              I was sold a car under transaction ID: HYD#108848 for HYUNDAI EON. I paid for GPS sytem and since Aug 9th 2021, I am waiting for access of the same.

                                Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                I am suresh shukla, channel partner of your reputed company ( Dealership Code : 101090 ). I had bid on Ford Figo ( App Id : [protected] ). I am a new dealer. I check all reports of cars before bidding & then I make a decision to buy this car or not. The ford figo car clearly mismatches exterior rating (i.e .- 3.5 star). It is not even a 2 star exterior. Car's exterior is badly rusted or totally damaged. I have already checked way better 3.5 star rating exterior cars from your reputed company. So it creates Co. credibility issue on the rating system.Against this car, I am ready to buy the same budget hatchback car right now. I am not able to bid because of the 10K deduction. So kindly cancel the ford figo car and refund my 10, 000 Rs. Thanks

                                  I had book the honda activa 125 with booking id- PPRXT2 on 29/08/2021 at Rs 39000 and paid the booking amount of Rs 2000, next day I checked the booking page and shocked to see that price of the vehicle was changed to Rs 69000. I had share the screenshot of booking to customer care. After I Recieved the call from team and giving irrelevant excuses that vehicle was not working properly so they can't deliver and asked me to to cancel the booking. This kind of thing is not acceptable from the company and making to loose trust. This is how they fraud and mislead customer.

                                    I had made an enquiry on cars24 site to check resale value for one of the vehicle and post that Cars 24 is calling me 3-4times a day unnecessarily. I told them I am not interested in your service still they keep calling from different numbers.
