I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service received from your CARS24 Gurgaon office.
This letter to bring your attention towards the delayed payments after car sold agreement.
I have handovered the vehical No. RJ 27CK 4041 to the Nish ( Sales Manager). Today almost more than 15 days has been completed but payment not received yet.
The vehicle that I bought is not giving satisfactory output and is not as it was expected to be. The vehicle Number is RJ 27CK 4041 having multiple problems that traveling is not at all reliable.
I rejected this vehical due to above said problems on 20th and 23rd Aug and my assign manager Nish has been accepted the same and commited for payment refund with in 3 days but yet she has not been fullfilled the commitment of refund value Rs.35, 75, 889/-
With reference to our last meeting held at your office on Date20th and 23 aug.
I have been noticing the weird behavior of Nish ( sales Manager) and his senior Mr. Adhar not answering my calls from last few days.
Now I want to agreement sale value 35, 75, 889
