Dear sir,

I had booked a used car Hyundai i10 with cars24 on 17th July with reservation amount of Rs.2999/- and requested for test drive appointment on 18th July 2021 2.00 PM - 4.00 PM. Since then I haven't got any call related to test drive. All calls are related to loan and finance of the car. I'm asking them to get the test drive done but no one calls. It's been 4 days I haven't got to see the car. I have been clicking on option need help so that someone call me but no one calls. There is no direct number to call on the application. This is very unprofessional especially when a customer is buying a product for 2.56 lacs. If they can't provide a test drive why are they giving appointment slots to user. Very frustrating and I will be no suprise if I cancel the booking my booking amount will not get refunded.

    I have purchased a grand vitara DL9CK9674 on October 2020. And submitted my documents with original r.c to the selling person of car24. I have contacted several times to call centre and team members regarding my transferred rc and noc and also write few emails to them.
    There I no response from their end and after 10 months I have got a reply of email which I have written them two days ago that my concern has be closed .
    How your team will do this at their end with contacting me and where is the money and my documents which I have submitted with rc and noc charges rs. 7500. To Cars24 team member which has sell the car to me.

      I had bought a car off cars24.com bearing in mind their 6 month warranty. When the car developed fault, treid to reach warranty company who are not reachable via phone, email or form on their website after trying all means severla times.

      Fed up with this, tried to claim via cars24 customer care who haven't done much either. They opened a case but after several follow ups, are yet to get back to us with resolution.

      AVOID THEM AND THEIR FAKE PROMISES AT ALL COSTS !!!

        Terrible services I have received

            Once I visited cars24 and got my car inspected and I rejected the offer as it's below my expected price. they're going on calling me everyday and irritating me.

              Dear Team,

              I have bought a car model 2010 - I20 Sportz Registration number DL 8CT 2805 from your company Cars24.com, Metrowalk Rohini Branch, Delhi on 7th February 2021.

              The car is not working fine as its AC has not worked for two months. We were not able to complain due to Lockdown. Now we had a word with customer care through your toll free number and they told us to send the complaint via email as the car is in the warranty period of 6 months, which your company claims to its customers.

              After putting the emails to cars24.com and talking on their customer care numbers also no one is looking into the matter and they are just fooling us and wasting our time and guarantee period of 6 months..They are just torturing us mentally.

              Therefore kindly look into the matter on priority and tell us how and where to get the AC of the car repaired as it is still under 6 months warranty period or give our entire hard earn money back and take back your car as it is of no use to us without AC.

              Cars24.com is just fooling people but not providing any sort of services even though the product is still in guarantee period which they must.

                My name is naveen and home visit for selling my Vehicle done by Car24 team and also my vehicle HR-26-BV-3255 sold to Cars24 team on March 2021 and to date RC is not transferred no delivey challan copy received. Post several complaints they ignored my complaint. .Now it looks like they have sold this car also to some one else.Cars24 is fooling me i am totally disappointed kindly check and resolve as soon as possible In short, my experience w/ Cars 24 was unforgettable.I request everyone not to sell to Cars24.

                        Hi, I have been receiving promotional calls to my DND registered mobile number for the last 1 month. This has become some sort of harrassment that they continuously keep calling from random numbers and ask me about used cars. When I disconnect the call, immediately I get the message from Cars24.com that I was on a call with their executive. Each time I block the caller number, they keep calling from another number and everyday atleast 2 times...

                        I sold my car to Cars24 on 24 January 2021 (App ID [protected]).
                        Till date the RC transfer hasn't been done.

                        They are not giving any date and making excuses. Please help me on this.

                          I have sold my Altor car KA05 MF 1085, to cars 24 Mangalore Derebail Branch on October 2019.

                          The car documentsis still not transferred by name to the new owner. I keep getting messages and call from insurance company to renew the policy. This is irritating me always, when I keeps on getting calls.

                          Please make sure that all car related documents get transferred by my name to new owner who purchased that car.

                            I booked a home inspection for sale of my car on 27th Jun 2021 for 30th June between 2-4pmAppointment ID: [protected]. I took a half day from work and specially came back home to get the inspection done. To my surprise no one showed up inspite of a confirmation message that I received that the executive was on his way, no call no message for cancellation of appointment aswell. When i called their customer care number I was told there was some emergency and executive couldn't make it. I was given another slot and this time also no one came and the excuse given was systems were down and they couldn't pass my info to filed agents, another slot was booked and as always no one again showed up with no information on cancellation of appointment. My final try was on 10th July and still nobody came, no call no message nothing.
                            I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now and they just don't value your time.I already paid Rs49 for home visit and wasted so many hours waiting for them but all in vain.
                            How can a brand who claims that sell your car in 1 minute be so unprofessional and casual about missing out on appointments and not value their client's time.

                              Plz find attached:

                              • Bill of diagnosis charges and gear problem Rs. 4154/- paid
                              • Estimate charges for heater core & AC switch
                              • Copy of cheque for refund
                              As per trailing mail and your guidance, diagnosis of the vehicle done they have solved the gear problem and given estimate for heater core & AC switches 10100/+GST.

                              So kindly arrange to refund the charges paid of Rs. 4154/- and send the confirmation to repair the charges of heater core & AC switch.

                                I abhay kumar, I am purchased car honda city MH 02 BR 6891 on 08 jun 21, car is not as per inspection report and after one days some problem occurs in car, so that I have given to car to car 24 workshop that is also taken late after 10 days, my car was taken on 19 jun, and car 24 sell rep was told me sir your car will be delivered in 4 to 5 days, than he said car will be delivered before 30, than again said car will be delivered on 5 th july than said 8 july, I am totally frusted, when I am calling and msg they are not pick my phone and not give me details, pls help already 20 days passed

                                    I got my car valuated at cars24. I was given a price at the showroom which I rejected as they had written all wrong details about the car. When the car is automatic it was written as manual. They were trying to explain that there are some issues with the car on their screen whereas in reality the car doesn't even have the components that they were telling me are damaged. As i rejected the price I got a call in a 4 days with a new price after a new auction which I accepted right away. Post that I was told I will get a call and someone will collect my documents within 24 hours. After multiple calls to check when the documents will be collected I was continously told 24 hours. Which ended in over a month and no one contacted. Post that I was told that there is a mistake from cars 24 side but they can't do anything to rectify it as it in not in their power. Till now I have not even received a courtesy apology. All I have been told is that yes the mistake is from cars 24 side but we can do anything about it. Despite that I decided to go and get the car inspected today and at the showroom there were people who came after me given first preference because they new someone at the showroom. It looks like you guys are running a goverment office. Now a days even goverment offices are more customers centric. Please do not believe the evaluators most of them will not be able to answer basic questions on car checking.
