    I have a purchased one Royal Enfield in feb month (almost six month gone) from your cars24 moto center in EDM Mall delhi but still my RC not received and full payment already submitted in feb month at the time of purchase and very casual approach from your staff side.

    At the time of bike purchased your store manager promised me to give RC in 45 days and i am still waiting and Can't even get any satisfied reply from your side, its not my responsibility seller has not come in RTO office.

    look like a stolen bike

    Tell me who will take the responsibility if something goes wrong.

      I booked appointment 2 to 3 times for my car inspection but no one called nobody turned up for the inspection.
      This was my first experience with cars 24 and seems you guys not bothered only to listen to your customers.

        Hello I'm Bhem Interprise a Car 24 Chanel partner,
        Recently I bided for a car accident and that car comes into procurement in few minutes. In details I can see this car not matching the standard of rating shows. My request is to can canceled this bid as I did not got the sufficient time and information to think about this deal.

        I'm looking for your support to resolve this issue. And avoid any kind of penalty on us.

        Suggestions don't rate high rating for such car which not meets the standard/specifications
        E.g. 4 start for AC which is not even working!

        I'll keep this thing will not repeated in future

          Car Cancel / Refund - Pickup Not done - Return Requested on 14th August Saturday - Pickup was on 16th August 10am to 12pm.

          Audi A3 - 2018 Model in Ahmedabad

          Pick up was not done nor call came. Repeatedly have complained and nothing has been done.

          Sales Agent says to raise a complaint email as its central controlled so he can't do anything.

          Email was also sent to care.[protected]@cares24.com

          I have raised 3 complain requests over the last 48 hours and not one person has called and collected this car.

          The experience has been absolutely bad. If no pickup or refund is done, I will take legal action as you have. a guaranteed pickup date and time and no calls were made.

            Hi, On 13th of August, I went to reserve a Hyundai i10 Car for test drive but your app shows payt failed. Then I again made the payment but the failed transaction amount was also deducted from my account and not reversed. I mailed the proof of transactions but still hadn't received my money back. Noone is responding to the emails (cars24.com). It makes clear that you cheat the the people.

              I bought a Gixxer on 7th Jul at that time it was told that meanwhile RC transfer is been processed temporary RC (application of RC change) will be provided, now its been 1 month and no update has been shared

              However I looked online on paravian website no RC transfer request has been made from bikes24 end till now URL - (https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/vahanservice/vahan/ui/appl_status/form_Know_Appl...
              Don't understand concept Gov. take only 14 days (within state) to transfer but u guys are giving TAT of 90 days

              Today I got a mail from bikes 24 regarding process completion, I check same on parivahan app and found my name is the registration The application was filed on 2 Sep and on 15 Sep the RTO cleared it (also it was on hold due to pending doc for some time in between) As per the process, it should have to start on 26 Sep (day I submitted updated Aadhaar card) after then till 2 Sep I got only two comments "Request has been escalated to the concern department and previous owner documents are pending" I really appreciate Miss Apeksha Sharma(bikes24) for expediting my request since she was assigned If anyone is facing the same problem, guys keep in touch with the company Via mail / call in a high frequency if u guys will wait for things to happen by itself it will never happen and ask them the right questions always don't fall for some wage statement.

              I already followed the process as suggested by your people and after not getting any solution from any buddy I am complaining hear

              "As communicated earlier, We have initiated the RC transfer for your vehicle. In this case, we require the seller's presence in the RTO for RC transfer. Presently, the seller's documents required for RC transfer are incomplete and hence the transfer has been delayed. Please be assured that we will keep you updated on any further developments and will follow due process to ensure the RC transfer is completed as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.

              Please be assured, we are working on your complaint regarding the non-delivery of the helmet and have escalated the matter to the concerned department. Kindly allow us 24 hours of time to get back to you with an update."

              I got this reply on 19 Aug and Iam taking followup on mail since 14 aug

              IF documents were not complete why the bike was even sold, this is a must to follow step as per RTO rule such formality work should be taken care on the 1st step.

From that day and now My bike is not in good condition .on a daily basis I'm complaining about this and bikes24 members daily said that wait-wait and now the return period is over and now they raise his hands from this. From 11 August my Bike is standing in his warranty booklet provided service center address and they also do not doing anything about it . please cancel my order and refund my money

                    It is with a heavy heart that I am forced to return my favorite car - Elite I 20 red TN 10 AT 5051 that I bought form you on 3rd August 2021 by paying 30000RS as down-payment and remaining approved and funded through cars24 finance.

                    My experience with your executive has been a pain -

                    1. First car was a 2010 I20 I booked for test drive and came to know post driving that it had electrical and AC issues. The executive tried to sell the car to me inspite if me literally begging for it to be at least fixed from your end but he denied stating it is a long process and offered to give me a discount of 4000 rs to get it fixed from my end after buying. The second time when I asked for the test drive it had electrical flickering issues while starting the car. So my wife and I decided to cancel and try another car.

                    2. I had booked an Alto and the executive denied test drive saying there was no driver and that the drivers were also refusing because they had to out money for petrol to bring for test drive. It was humiliating to hear such a reason and after that he asked to go to the yard to check the car. I went to the yard and to my surprise the car had so much vibrations that it felt like I was in a massage chair set on high. Even the person at the yard who showed the car was shocked and even that guy tried to convince me to buy the car. I still denied and cancelled due to pressure from home.

                    3. I somehow convinced my family and gave one last try by opting for a slightly higher budget car and selected elite i20 the car in question that I am yet again forced to return. When I got the test drive or even before that I begged the executive to tell me if there were any issues and he said everything was fine. I took the test drive and since we were at a very uncomfortable point the executive and me keeping in mind that the car reading showed low fuel I took the car for a test to only about a 1/4 km and found it to be OK. I still insisted that he check for any anomalies but he said he did and then I trusted him and proceeded ahead.

                    After delivery I drove the car for about three days and about 50kms approximately and also out 1100 petrol. The cars clutch is getting tighter causing me leg pain and the tyres were working a little. Start / stop using sounding a weird crack when turning on and off. Fuel indicator after 1100rs of fuel still shows low fuel. I am not sure if I look like an illiterate or a fool to have taken wrong decisions as this is how I am being accused of at home. I have driven the car to a total of 106 kms to date and also filled in another 500 rs of petrol. Still the fuel indicator shows empty which leads me to believe there is some electrical issue as well.

                    Nevertheless, I made a big mistake choosing you and now I have requested for the car to be taken back on 6 August and no one has contacted me till date. I called customer service and they weren't able to help. I called the executive who denied help and turned me to customer service.

                    I have been reaching out to customer service and a Mr.Himanshu one of the managers has promised call backs and car pick up and none of that has been has happened as promised, Ticket no 241561. Everytime I call they say the case has been escalated, I believe CARS24 does not know the meaning of the word escalation. I am begging for my own money for a false promise on the car quality. I am facing humiliation at home everyday for vouching for cars24.

                    I kindly urge that you take my car back and refund my money and close the loan that is in process immediately. Also cancel any nach held on my account. I hope this request is reasonable given the mental trauma I am going through.

                          Everyday i get 8-10 times call from different numbers of Cars24. I am not at all interested in your calls. I appeal everyone to boycott Cars24 as it is causing mental harassment by continuously on mobile if you anytime register your mobile number with them.Please add my number in the DND list and don't call me for lifetime.I am never going to sell my car to Cars24.

                                I bought TUV300 in June 2021 and till date its been a headache for me to get it serviced from cars24 (under 6 month warrenty) . For even small issue they take 15 to 20 days to get it resolved.

                                My first service took 15 days to complete and on 4th of August i raised another one which is not even moved to next step

                                No SOP
                                No fix TAT
                                Zero service quality

                                You can approach them to sell you car but never ever buy any car from cars24 . I am legal option to punish these guys.

                                    The inspection executive from Attapur branch has put up a wrong inspection on my vehicle. Stating it as a water logged . Although I asked him for a justifiable reason he did not give any.
                                    The water stains were due to washing and the executive has booked them as a waterlogged vehicle.
                                    I request to the higher management to have a proper cross check on the executives who without any specific reason declare any wrong inspection about the vehicle

                                      Dear All,

                                      I booked a car using car24 website and paid 2999/- . i was promise for test drive which never happened. after utilizing the fund for 7 days. my request was auto cancel and i was informed that the car is already sold. how is that possible. after making 100 call and many email i never got any reply from CAR 24. horrible experience. no one is even acknowledging my complaint. need the same car
