This is Kuldeep Singh partner of sk Central Motors in Lajpat Nagar (ID No. 58989).
I am your Channel Partner from last many years and till date I have purchased 26 cars approx from your company and spent time on approx 400 cars on bidding. I have followed all your terms and conditions and all the cars successfully transferred. Till date Approx 3-4 cars I have backed out and as per your terms and conditions I have also paid Rs.10000/- per car. I have also stated my reason of backout on almost all the cars and the same was accepted by you.
Last month I purchased 5 cars on the same day from your company and the payment was also made the very next day. Many times I gained profit and many times I suffered loss from your company. Many times I came to know that you purchased cars on handsome package from customers but on your App it was reflecting lower than what you purchased. Anyways this is part of Business.
Two months back, I backout on the bidding on FIAT LINEA. I also paid backout charges as per your terms. Suddenly, I received threatening call from Mr. Jason on 27th February that I have to purchase my last backout car (Fiat Linea) else my app will be deactivated. I was surprised to receive the call after two months of my backout on FIAT LINEA. In the meantime, I had purchased approx 5-6 cars also after backout on FIAT LINEA. The call seemed alarming and not justified.
I suffered huge loss due to sudden deactivation on my account. I could not raise ticket ID of my purchased cars and could not further work on challan clearance, signature mismatch, transfer of ownership etc. I am not getting any suitable reply from your employees also who are authorised for my helpdesk. This is not considered to be good business relationship and I regret to say about ill-treatment of your employees with the Channel Partners.
You are advised to activate my account else refund my security money of Rs.10000/- and Rs. 5000/- for each purchased un-transferred car as I cannot transfer because of deactivation of my account.
Hope you will close the matter ASAP.
