Dear Sir,

My car Verito(Logan)1.6 liter petrol was procured by cars24 the contact person was Mr. Hussain Suratwala. on 28 Nov 2020. The Reg No of the car is MH 01 AE 6380

The RC has still not been transferred over 4 months after the sale. I am unable to contact Mr Suratwala as he is not picking up my calls. Request you to please resolve the issue and let me know the status and reasons for the delay immediately.

I Have been trying to get my RC transferred under my name from the day I bought a car using CARS24 . I had paid their service fee and the RC transfer fee . I have sent numerous emails to them stating that I have not received my RC however they are least bothered to respond and to resolve my issue. I even have submitted the account statement mentioning that I transferred the said amount to CARS24. But still my issue is not resolved

Hi,
I received unwanted calls from Cars 24 sales team,

These Car 24 sales team calling me everyday 4-5 times. last two months.
I never ever booked any appointment still getting calls. my number already added DND service. but Cars24 sales team calling from Mobile.
I explain my problem many times getting multiple calls from cars 24 . please remove my number from your dialing list . but still getting call.

Moreover these guys not even aware at which place I am residing at times I get call from Delhi, Bhopal, Lucknow .
I already made complaint with Car24 couple of times but no one bothered to work on my request.

Till now the amount is not paid to me except the token amount of Rs.1000/-
I have got one primary and one topup loan with hdfc for the car...and they asked me to close one loan and i did it...after that they told me to close my hdfc credit card which i never failed to make the payment since inception...that also i closed...Now they are saying they can make the payment to hdfc bank for closure of loan and the balance will be settled to me once i submit the NOC...for that also i agreed...and now they are thinking of what reason to tell...

However, I have changed my mind and dont want to sell my car now. But your representative Mr. Rohit (rohit.[protected]@cars24.com) is telling that I cant cancel the deal now.

Please help me to get out of this.

I do not have a car to sell but Cars24 keeps calling again and again from different numbers during odd hours and on weekends too.
Stop harassing.

Such unethical businesses should be shut down and governing bodies should take action.

I had visited Cars 24 more than 6 months back to sell my Mercedes. The deal did not go through. However, the trouble and irritation from your Organization is unmatched! I shocked how consistently one can irritate anyone for months! Without exaggeration, I receive more than 15 calls a week from Cars 24, asking the same thing - Do I want to sell a car? Inspite, of requesting multiple times to put my number on DND, it has not worked as I guess my number has been circulated to all possible centers of Cars24 (or maybe the central unit). I would never want to deal with Cars24 and would suggest all others to do the same if this continues!!!

I was not clearly explained the process about NOC documents from the bank.
I expected that the service boys to check whether the hypothecation was removed and whether they require a recently validated NOC from the bank. I was told about the same after the deal was finalised and made to go up and down to get a newly validated NOC & form 35 from the bank.
I also expected your customer services associates to be more courteous, while dealing with customers specifically Sachin Kajal who is the associate who dealt with me. He was quite rude and casual in dealing with the situation.

Further, you charge instant payment charges while you make the customer wait for 2 - 3 hours to credit the payment

You need to be more authentic while making customer promises as I felt that you guys committed something and did not accurately deliver on your promise

I took car from car24 on feb 2020.
Post that lockdown happen in Mumbai.
I have not collected my original RC.
Mr Lalit tukaram hatpate emp number 15605 has took my original RC for transfer to my name. I have committed to pay fee after that. But now mar 2021 they are saying my file they arr searching and RC not found after continues follow-up of 1 year.
Now i am i cant take my car out.pls help.

I sold my WagonR registration no. DL5CD9115 with a valid insurance up to March, 2022 but you deducted the insurance amount Rs.1416/- from my final amount. Your executive Salim told me at the time of delivery that please donâ€™t stop the delivery because of this. I will get you the refund within 24 hours. I didnâ€™t get my insurance money refund yet. You told me that it will take only 24hours on 18th March. Toady it is 23 March.
How long it will take?
