Order id -NO590k, booked on 26 June 2021, 9:26 pm, given test drive date[protected] at rohtak center.But today at 2:15 pm when I saw my car status I got astonished by seeing sold out over my car, it's happening to me 2nd time, your online service is just a dhakosla, I m gotta purchase my car from other and I will make sure than no one comes in false trap of your fraud company . technical glitch happened once not in each and every purchase .I would look to take legal action in this matter .it's a clear case of 420 and forgery .

      In short, my experience w/ Cars 24 was unforgettable. I have used the agency located in Porvorim Goa.
      Scheduled a Visit on 19th June, got confirmation on the visit Time - But there was no person available at the agency to do the vehicle check, the funny part was that I get a call in the evening asking me why I didnt some for the appointment :-)

      It did not stop there, I make a new appointment on 21st June, have my vehicle checked, and left ...but was called back because they didnt get the right image of the Chassis No
      I got a lot of SMS stating tha I will get a valuation with 24 hrs and that I need to contact a SPOC whose number was shared..
      The SPOC didnt even now that he is assigned to my Case, its been 5 days now and there is no update ...as for the website the Track status shows there is a system Error
      Very Disgusting experience with unprofessional staff that give real unjustifiable reasons for delays

        I m dealer associated with car24 .I purchased a car from them which shows engine having excellent rating but when we recived the car the engine was almost finished .we complained about the issues Im was raised but no action was taken it’s almost 1month no resolution was made.our RM is not supportive and nor does he pick up the phone.kindly help if possibe

            Even after token money is received in my account now the manager is telling he wont be able to give that price. 2 times car24 have done this type of monkey bussiness. First the local manager then the head manager.

            Even though I am selling car 1 lakh rupees less than promised by local manager

            I have recording of head manager stating deal was finalized at 2, 72, 000.. Very unprofessional behaviour. Idk for what you guys are asking for commission of 5000 by providing such unprofessional service.

            What mockery is being made of customer time and effort. Completely opposite of which was promised by car24.

            How can you change finalized deal after the token money is received in customer bank account.
            Now revised price is 2, 27000
            Earlier you had add 20% to this amount due to your incompetent staff and now your head staff is done the same mistake.

              We have sold the car in August 2019. We are yet to get the chassis number plate since almost last 2 years.

              Can the manager revert on this complaint?

                          Hello Team,

                          I have purchased car on 11th Jun. Before car delivery I have raised couple of concerns on car condition to Mr toufiq. He promised me by Wednesday (16th Jun) day he can arrange the technision to address my concerns. Which is not happend, I only called him asked. He suggested to raise a complaint.
                          I have raised a complaint against my issues. But with our resolution the complaint got closed. Again I raised one more complaint which is also closed. One one reached out simply closed the ticket.

                          In between on Sunday I received a call from cars24 and she suggested that you can fix the issues on my own with nearby any service center then she can reimburse. Same time I asked for confirmation mail. She has not sent.

                          If I want to reach out to you people. There is no way to speak with you I need to wait until you people call back.

                          While delivery of my car I received uncleaned car. This is not fair at all.

                          Please some one address this. Other wise pls arrange for return policy .

                          Worst service I ever had... sorry to say this.

                              I have paid inspection charges and schedule inspection door step.
                              It was scheduled for today. I was waiting for so long. 3 times I called on call center they assured me that some one will come. At 2.10 pm I called back to inform that no one hae turned so far the representative of call center informs me that no one is going to come. What kind of service you are doing? You are taking money and making people fool? I shall Lodge complaint against your company if I find if it scam. I will expose this scam.

                                Today I have booked an appointment for inspection at 11:30-1:30 but no one came to my location for the inspection. In the morning he had called me but all the time person is not available for picking up the call. I had a word with your customer service executive to told that inspector person to give me a call back but they didn't do that thing as well. I have paid Rs. 49/- for the inspection, money is not the matter but your services are not satisfactory. I highly disappointed with Cars 24 services.

                                  Purchased i10 from cars24 in Feb 2021. Due to lockdown I didn't drive for 1 month after purchasing. When I started drive day 1 its key stop working, then I used other key. I have found their clutch plate is damaged, gears are not smooth making trouble not working properly. Rear camera display also Missing. And major problem battery issue, which is discharged in every 2nd or 3rd day. Whenever I stopped the car it's battery got discharged & it's unable to start without pushing the car. It is my one of the life's worst experience with cars24. It's being suspicious that before delivery of the car the things got changed. They are fraud & not picking up my phone.

                                    Cars 24 offered me an amount and I’m agreed with that. I deleted the all adds for sale my car in all online platforms. Now the cars 24 not contacting me.                                       Dear car 24 your pickup boys who take car from client to drop it to cars 24 office the time between delivery and pickup they take car to the mechanic direct and remove the soil which fittted on silencer and sell it to the mechanic @price of 3000 on each car which make car silencer damage and effect pollution due to which car quality get lower and the customer purchase car from cars24 had to face the problems against it it is request to the MD of cars24 please take a serious action against it because all staff has the information and they pay to them also

                                        RC Transfer pending since 193 days

                                        Address: Hyderabad

                                        It's been 193 days i.e., since 8th Dec 2020, I sold my Car to Cars24 and to date RC is not transferred. Post several complaints they ignored my complaint. As per policy of CARS24 the RC should be transferred within 180 days, but it's been 193 days and no action. Though all the operational activities are going on in Telangana but still, RC is not transferred. Before selling they said it's 90 days and later said 120, then said 150 and now 180...
