Reminder request- Car break down- 40th day

Dear Sir

Plz find attached:

• Bill of diagnosis charges and gear problem Rs. 4154/- paid
• Estimate charges for heater core & AC switch
• Copy of cheque for refund
As per trailing mail and your guidance, diagnosis of the vehicle done they have solved the gear problem and given estimate for heater core & AC switches 10100/+GST.

So kindly arrange to refund the charges paid of Rs. 4154/- and send the confirmation to repair the charges of heater core & AC switch.

        I have reached to Mira roads branch cars24 at sharp 9.30 but no staff is came to open outlet by 9.45 . After opening by 10.00 there no one is available for car inspection and valuation and staff also rude, non trained and totally un professional and indiscipline
        I will highly not recommend to any one and I will definitely write on social media platforms

            On 21st June, 2021 I by mistake left my Office board inside my Zen Estillo Reg. No. WB 06 G 5719 which I delivered for sale at the local outlet at Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata of the esteemed organization CARS 24.
            Upon remembering, on the same evening I contacted the executive of the said outlet Shri Ankan Dasgupta at his mobile no.+[protected]. He assured me that although the car has been shifted to another location, the board however has been retained and the same would be available at the P. A. Shah Road, Kolkata outlet on the next day.
            However, after repeated telephone contacting Shri Ankan Dasgupta and another lady executive (mobile no.+[protected] whom I actually handed over the said car, although I have been assured that the board has been retained by them, I have till date failed to procure my left-away office board. Of late neither of the two executives are receiving my call.
            Considering the recent events of impersonations in news, I am deeply worried of the whereabouts of my Office Board and hereby earnestly plead with you that the same does not fall in wrong hands or misused in any way.
            I sincerely hope that your esteemed organization which I trusted with the disposal of my car would help me in this matter of recovering my office board.

                Iam in the process of selling my car through CARS 24, and already going thru hate as Mrng by ur customer service repeatedly calling me…u guys pay 1000 rupees as token advance and u ask me to deliver the car to avoid late fee….I have received atleast 7 calls today besides the once in the last two days, don’t know what’s wrong with Cars24 to charge the existing owner late fee whilst Iam still the owner of the car….I just hope CARS 24 is not out of their mind and for the sake of heaven please educate your customer service executives to be courteous to your customers…they behave like collection executives…Iam already considering withdrawing this deal…

                    I am going to file a complain against u guys for not attending and replying to my emails and my posts on your fb page.
                    Give me my RC
                    Cars24 has CUSTOMER support just for namesake. It has been almost 3 months now that I have purchased a car from them and these guys have still not given me the physical RC, These people who reply from [protected]@cars24.com don't even check the status of the RC and blame the RTO and Covid for no reason.
                    Look at this email guys... Today on 1st July, He is telling me that RTO is yet to resume services. DELHI was unlocked more than one month ago and this ediot is telling me after the RTO is functional he would hand it over to me in 7 days.
                    Note this that RTO had printed my RC on 5th June and dispatched on 9th June.
                    Now also after 20 days on 1st July this ### guy is giving false excuses and blaming the RTO.
                    What will the RTO do after dispatching the RC..Who took the responsibility to handover the RC and why still a CUSTOMER is waiting for your replies which takes atleast 2 days to hear a nonsense reason.
                    The RC was dispatched on 9th June and still it is not been handed over to me as promised by Cars24. What kind of service is this

                      Sold the car but ownership has not changed even after 6 months

                      I have sold the vehicle in the month of Nov-20 and it was agreed between us to have maximum 6 months to change the ownership of the vehicle.
                      Even today, the vehicle is on my name and i am getting the messages on the Traffic Violations.
                      This is absolutely not acceptable and requires your attention to this matter immediately.

                        I was looking for a suitable car for my personal use. In today's time CARS24 is a reaputed and Trustable name to buy and sell used cars, that's why I installed CARS 24 App and started a search there. Luckily I found a Car that I liked and started the process to buy the same.

                        Details of Car as follows:-
                        2016 Mercedes Benz GLA Class 200 CGI Spotrs Manual
                        23932 Km | 1st Owner | Petrol
                        Offer Amount Rs. 2, 00, 000 (Two Lakh Only)

                        I paid the booking amount Rs. 999 via (UPI) HDFC Bank and chosen PIK UP on 04 July, SUNDAY from CARS 24 - GIP MALL, SECTOR 38, NOIDA.
                        ORDER ID #NSJ2BU,[protected], 2:30PM
                        Balance Payable amount was 1, 99, 001 (One Lakh Ninety Nine hundred One Rupees Only)

                        In a few hours I received a call from Cars 24, the authorised person informed me regarding Car and Finance offers, I was shocked when he told me the balance amount payable is Rs. 19.90 Lakh. I clearly communicated to the person that the car was purchased at Rs. 2 Lakh but he denied the same. After that I visited the app again and found CARS 24 TEAM has made manipulation with the Deal that was confirmed.
                        You are requested to look into the matter.

                          Relying with our Ad for sale of my Car I contacted you. and took my car for inspection.It was properly inspected and uploaded for inviting bid to sale. In the 1st instas told that, the price quoted by a customer wasRs 42000/- to which I agreed wince I wath out insisting for any bargain to increase the price. ( which normally customers do) . I was given instantly Rs1000/- and told that I shall be getting Rs 31000/- more and rest Rs10000/- I shall be getting after the transfer of vehicle in the name of New purchaser.
                          I purchased the Vehicle No MP04 CB 2197 from Bhopal when I was serving there. since then I was transferred and now staying at Bhubaneswar. since I am staying at Bhubaneswar I sold my car at Bhubaneswar Car 24. at the time of sale I was never told that I had to appear before the RTO Bhopal for making due transfer process complete. Had I been told like that I would have never sold the car through Car24. This is a sheer harasment of Customers and you are in the habit not disclosing the fact at the time of negotiation. By suppressing of facts, you are dealing with your customers . These are absolutely unethical. I might come to Bhopal if you pay me the Journey charges in flight along with hotel accommodation.Or else you return my Car in my address at Bubaneswar. I will refund you the money received.
                          I feel your company lack commonsense by saying for party pesssi for a sale of CAR at Rs 42000/- . This is absolutely absurd. You pay me Rs 1000/- or give me my car at Bhubaneswar.

                              I have booked first Tata tiago XZA and test drive never happened, they keep on saying some issue with driver but i could see the car has been sold to someone else. Another Car I booked Maruti Ignis order #ODHD92 delivery date and time suggested by CAR24 was 27 June 2021 and now it looks like they have sold this car also to some one else.
                              This is happening to me 2nd time, This was not expected from company like CAR24. Totally disappointed.

                                  Order id -NO590k, booked on 26 June 2021, 9:26 pm, given test drive date[protected] at rohtak center.But today at 2:15 pm when I saw my car status I got astonished by seeing sold out over my car, it's happening to me 2nd time, your online service is just a dhakosla, I m gotta purchase my car from other and I will make sure than no one comes in false trap of your fraud company . technical glitch happened once not in each and every purchase .I would look to take legal action in this matter .it's a clear case of 420 and forgery .

                                      Address: Shop No.6, H.No. 760/53 C6(53), 'C' Building, 'Sapana Sagar' Complex, Chogm Road, Porvorim, Bardez

                                      In short, my experience w/ Cars 24 was unforgettable. I have used the agency located in Porvorim Goa.
                                      Scheduled a Visit on 19th June, got confirmation on the visit Time - But there was no person available at the agency to do the vehicle check, the funny part was that I get a call in the evening asking me why I didnt some for the appointment :-)

                                      It did not stop there, I make a new appointment on 21st June, have my vehicle checked, and left ...but was called back because they didnt get the right image of the Chassis No
                                      I got a lot of SMS stating tha I will get a valuation with 24 hrs and that I need to contact a SPOC whose number was shared..
                                      The SPOC didnt even now that he is assigned to my Case, its been 5 days now and there is no update ...as for the website the Track status shows there is a system Error
                                      Very Disgusting experience with unprofessional staff that give real unjustifiable reasons for delays
