One of your executive Mr. Sonu he approached me to sell my car and visited my home with a buyer from Ghaziabad. At the time of dealing and when I signed the papers he did not told me that the RC is damaged "chip misplaced". everything was going smooth that day and payment was also done. But after 1 month he called me and asked for Rs5000 for RC transfer because the chip was misplaced that's what he said on a call after a month. Which was never communicated to me at the time of dealing.
I am from a reputed family and Rs 5000 is not a small amount to pay when it was not informed us earlier. So now he is not doing anything in terms of the transfer of a vehicle.
He called me today dated 10th Dec 2020 and it was a conference call between me, Mr, Sonu and the owner, where the owner confirmed that the chip is not misplaced it just a few letters are misprinted. So it's totally a lie which your representative was telling me just to grab Rs 5000 from me for nothing.
I am fed up with this service and their call, he is a liar a criminal, he is harassing me and different different people are calling me from your company and pressurizing me to pay which I am not going to do as it was not my fault.
I request people not to deal with this company anymore, firstly they will tell you that client has nothing to pay for their service but, later on, they will screw your life like anything else.
I have also ordered a new NOC which was conveyed by him earlier and for that, I have paid Rs2000, the NOC was handed over to this guy 1 month ago and it's valid for 90 days only. what if it got expired than who will pay for that
I am requesting the CEO and other honorable reputed people to look into this matter and sought it out at the earliest.
I need to get this resolve, I have transfer papers with me. I do not want any more hassle. I am a single mother and jobless, I can not pay this amount.
I am in very much tension because of this and I am a migraine patient, f something would happen to me that cars24 would be liable for any compensation.
