Hi,

While buying a car from cars 24. Mr paveen cars 24 executive promised me that I need to pay 1500Rs.. Which is refundable once I complete the RC transfer process of the car bought.

Once the RC process is completed I sent him the email with all the attachments like scanned copies of the RC card and cheque leaf. Its been 2 months I have not got any feedback from Cars24.. And Mr paveen is not responding to my messages and to calls or even to my emails.

I relied upon your inspection of car and further lies told by your executive . I was very cautious about not buying an accidental car so i didnt go to local dealers . But as per claims of your executive that you have very crystal clear dealings i went ahead with deal. After buying car( NOC still pending) within 7 days i went to agency for general checkup of car and there it was revealed that it had an accident 2months back in which both bumpers, both headlamps n tail lamps, a mirror and bonet were replaced. But there was not even single mention about even paint in your report nor did your executive was aware. Is this the kind of inspection you do. Making hefty claims that your mechanics do inspection with advanced machines. Didn't even they caught that it had so much repairs or your executive was just busy completing his targets. If only i have to get the car checked from here n there so whats fun of buying through cars24 and paying for your service and that even more amount than seller??. Kindly look into matter. The deal is stuck in between due to lies told. I need a resolution as soon as possible because its consuming my precious time. Thank you

I bought a car from cars24 on 22/03/2020 but till date I don't get rc with my name .

I had sealed deal with cars24 for my i20 Hyundai car and as promised to pay Rs. 137234 but received only Rs. 135558

The incident took place on 13/12/2020. I went to the Vasant square Mall at cars 24 place around 3.00pm . Started checking out some cars and it took me some time (as it is a common thing to check something before buying or choosing). And then the salesman Name--(RIPUNJE) something like that started talking rubbish and abusive to some other person about me because I was talking time to choose a car and when I asked him why he is talking like that then he started fighting with me. Now tell me is this the way they behave with everyone. He tore my jacket, broke my bluetooth earphone and I got injured also. I had got my car inspected and not agreed to the price and hence req for no listing. However same was listed and have been raising complaint since 01 dec for delisting but no response from cars24.Ticket Number: 382452

My name is Abhishek Mahajan. My Customer Ref Number is [protected]. I have purchased a Maruti Alto having number - UP14AZ3040 from Cars24 Sector-18, GIP Mall, Noida on 9th Sep, 2020. Mr. Utkarsh Thakur was the Agent.

At the time of purchase they have assured us that RC transfer will take time and we will receive RC within a month. But, It has been 4 months now and they have still not given us transferred RC. On continuous follow-up with Mr. Utkarsh & Mr. Jugender, Utkarsh stopped picking up my calls and Jugender is not taking responsibility of the issue. These people started giving lame replies. And not providing us the clarified solution.

I had sold my car (KA51MA3595 ) to cars24. Delivery pickup was done on Saturday morning but it's a week now and they haven't transferred the sold amount to me. I have been calling and mailing them continuously but nobody is taking any action. This is such a pathetic customer experience provided by them . I am now regretting my decision of choosing CARS24. I even fear that they will not give me my money!!

Sir/Madam, this Ganugula Sapthagiri who purchased a i10 car from cars24. The car ID is 1522690. The deal was of 1, 64, 000/-. I paid on 13 Nov 20 the full payment with extra 5000/- hold amount which the Cars24 Rep Mr. Gaurav said, will be credited to my account. But, today it is 12 Dec 20. I have not been called yet for registration and my extra 5000/- has not been credited. Even now, there is no information, when the registration will be done.

I have purchased car from Cars24 on 23/07/2020 with reg number KA04MF5356 and have paid Rs.5000/- for RC transfer charges on that day itself. But still i have not received RC original. after continious following up two months back they send me a confirmation email of RC transfer to my name but still i have not received the hard copy of RC Original

From last 1 year i am a cars 24 dealer, almost i have been trying in every bid for which car i am looking

there are nearly 10 auctions i won, for 2 cars i have been requested for payment, and at a same time the order gets cancelled from thier side,

inshort, they are just cheating and wasting our time, they just want bidders, but they have tie up with some other persons, as you win they sell cars to other person,

One of your executive Mr. Sonu he approached me to sell my car and visited my home with a buyer from Ghaziabad. At the time of dealing and when I signed the papers he did not told me that the RC is damaged "chip misplaced". everything was going smooth that day and payment was also done. But after 1 month he called me and asked for Rs5000 for RC transfer because the chip was misplaced that's what he said on a call after a month. Which was never communicated to me at the time of dealing.

I am from a reputed family and Rs 5000 is not a small amount to pay when it was not informed us earlier. So now he is not doing anything in terms of the transfer of a vehicle.

He called me today dated 10th Dec 2020 and it was a conference call between me, Mr, Sonu and the owner, where the owner confirmed that the chip is not misplaced it just a few letters are misprinted. So it's totally a lie which your representative was telling me just to grab Rs 5000 from me for nothing.

I am fed up with this service and their call, he is a liar a criminal, he is harassing me and different different people are calling me from your company and pressurizing me to pay which I am not going to do as it was not my fault.

I request people not to deal with this company anymore, firstly they will tell you that client has nothing to pay for their service but, later on, they will screw your life like anything else.

I have also ordered a new NOC which was conveyed by him earlier and for that, I have paid Rs2000, the NOC was handed over to this guy 1 month ago and it's valid for 90 days only. what if it got expired than who will pay for that

I am requesting the CEO and other honorable reputed people to look into this matter and sought it out at the earliest.

I need to get this resolve, I have transfer papers with me. I do not want any more hassle. I am a single mother and jobless, I can not pay this amount.

Hi, I am wiriting to complaint about the Tele-Calling team of Cars24.com sales team which has been calling me everyday for the last 3-5 days. I already told the Tele-Callers that I never not booked any appointment for selling car and they still keep calling as my number is in their database.

I have already made a complaint with Cars24.com requesting them not to call me anymore and delete my number from their tele-calling databasem but no one has bothered to work on my request

Request you to kindly have my mobile no. registered in DND registry for Cars24.com please, so that I do not receive any unwanted calls from them.

Purchased a car in Gurgaon vide Transaction ID: DEL#19533 on 31 st August, 2020

1. No representative of CARS 24 was available at the time of handing over of vehicle from the original owner so that all the required formalities can be completed at the time of transfer.
2. In trailing mail you have mentioned the challans are pending against the vehicle, however, no effective steps were taken by CARS24 to arrange for clearing the challans before handing over of vehicle.
3. It was nowhere mentioned that car was under hypothecation, which was known afterwards.

As the transfer formalities were also given to CARS24, the transfer file was rejected 2-3 times on following grounds :
1. CHASIS No. imprint was not taken at the time of transfer and I have to take the imprint on fresh forms and then sent to the CARS24 representative
2. Hypothecation was not cleared.
3. Despite repeated followup with CARS24 representative, challans are still pending as per vahan website and the vehicle is still in the name of earlier owner.

The insurance has also expired during the process.
The emails at care.direct are unanswered. The customer care has only one reply, wait for it. The relationship manager is also not able to give any satisfactory reply.
Its more than 3 months and still the transfer has not taken place.

Today My appointment but nobody call me & nobody come for visit...

Fixed appointment today at 12.30 pm. Paid 199/-. Bot no body came complained four times. No response

Complete fraud organization advertisement and commitments are completely false that mentions sell your car in an hour not even capable of selling in 15 days

We have purchased a car from cars24.com on 21-Nov-2020 and got delivered on 23-Nov-2020 for a price of 3, 10, 000 Rs/-. During the time of purchase we were promised that the car's kilometer reading (58, 469 kms) is genuine and has not been involved in any major accidents by the cars24 relationship manager. We were not allowed to take the car from their yard or even get it inspected.

Today(25-Nov-2020) when we visited the car's authorized service center, they informed us that the car sold to us was previously used for taxi purposes and the last service was done at 1, 60, 000 kms in 2018. When informed the same to the cars24 relationship manager, he is only apologizing and not taking any action.

This is complete cheating from cars24 and has taken full advantage of buyers trust by providing fake information.

Myself Sermalingam, I have purchased a second hand car (TN14E0056) through Cars24 in Bangalore. I have paid full amount to the previous owner and paid RC transfer fees to Cars24 and submitted original RC along with supporting documents for RC transfer on 9 FEB 2020. Its been more than 9 months already and there is no update regarding the service. I have been constantly checking with Cars24 for the same but not giving any update. Everywhere they are promoting with Hassle free documentation but Cars24 making its very worsen.

Can you please look into this and help to get either original documents which I have submitted at time of payment or status of RC transfer as its been pending for very long time.

I sold my Volkswagen Jetta through Card 35 and completed the entire paperwork.
Howerver, I received s call from an individual who confirmed that he bought my car from Cars24 and had an accident claim and wanted to pursue it on my insurance. While it was mde clear to Cars24 in the beginning that insurance had not been transferred as part of the deal. The hapeless buyer is constantly calling me and Cars24 is not taking any responsibility of helping him out. This is completely shocking and unfortunate.
