I have been promised a amount Deal confirmation ||[protected]|| for 6.64 lak after the service charge deduction and I got a token of rs 1000 as well.. we finished the documentation and handed over the car...waited for 3 hrs and after so much wait and Hassel we were informed the deal is cancelled ... Trusting Cars24 I cancelled all my other options and now it's a very bad condition... No one is answering my calls as well..

    On 27.09.2020 I Rafiq Ahmad Akhoon from jammu and Kashmir have purchased the car namely omni van bearing registration number CH01BH 5502 and company had assured me that we will sent your NOC within the duration of one month also company had take the charges of NOC and kept original RC under supervision. Now I can't run my car for any work after one month I approached sales agent of the said company unfortunately he misbehaves with me.       Dear sir
      Sold a car with cars24 on December 15th, 2019, however, even after 11 months the RC is yet to be transferred. While the cars24 clearly mention that the liability of the vehicle is transferred to them. However for the owner, unless the RC is transferred it remains a burden. My only reason to go for cars24 was to have a hassle free paper work. However, it has turned out to be a great disappointment.

      Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

        I sold my car in may 2019. The rc transfer has not happened till now even after 18 months. As per them the transfer is in progress and it will take another 90 working days.
        The whole idea of selling my car through cars24 was the rc transfer would be taken care by them. And even after 18 months, the reply I get is that my car's rc transfer is in progress and they need 90 working days to resolve the issue.

          Yesterday I got a call from Cars24 from number at 5:53pm but couldn’t pick it up.I called back the number at 7:06pm but no one responded.Today morning I called again in the same number.The person who picked the called started questioning me why I hadn't picked the call yesterday and behaved in an indecent manner.When I replied to behave properly he shouted at me and used abusive language.The person is unprofessional and do not deserve to work in service sector

            I had purchased a Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI car numbered CH 03 Z 6819 through your Relationship Manager Sh. Arun Singh, from Cars 24 yard office in Big Bazar, Zirakpur on 1.11.2020, I had paid the requisite fee of Cars 24 that is Rs 8260/- paid by us on 30.10.2020.
            But the information he had given to us is totally wrong and incorrect regarding the Condition of car and Warrenty of Cars 24 for engine and gearbox.
            He told us to send us an email to caredirect for Warrenty, which gives assurance to the purchaser for 7500kms of car running smoothly for within 6 months period.
            But the reply of email is totally different from the promise he made regarding assurance about the vehicle as they are saying that this car had travelled 150 000 kms already so there will be no warrenty for this according to their policy but on the day we purchased he know very well. How much tge car had driven I.e.157873kms already on date of making full payment for car on 1st November.

            So, I request you kindly give us warrenty card for 6 months which had been told us by your Relationship Manager else I have to file to pursue a suit against you in Court.

            Hope needful is to be done by your side at earliest.

              Hi Guys,

              Purchasing an automobile is a major investment, which one should not take lightly. This requires extensive research about every aspect before signing a sales contract. Used cars require a considerable amount of due diligence into the condition of the vehicle, documents, and terms of sale.

              This writing is about my search for buying a used car, and how the whole situation ends up in buying a car with misleading documents.

              I had bought the Hyundai Verna (petrol) 2013 model from one of the leading used cars dealers, Cars24 on 19th Oct’20. Things were smooth but tiring as well because of all the paperwork and other formalities.

              The insurance documents came with the other documents of the car and as per the document, the expiry date for the same is Jul’21. I had made all the payment including the insurance amount and everything was okay.

              After a couple of days, the RC got transferred in my name, so I thought o[censored]pdating the existing insurance details with the insurance company. On 7th Nov, I called the insurance company and from there I came to know that Mr Vikas Lal (Owner of the car) has cancelled the insurance on 27th Oct’20. This came as a shocker to me as to how could one possibly cancel the insurance and that too without even intimating the company authorities. However, the status was active on the website of the insurance company but the call with the insurance executive made it very clear that there is no active insurance.

              I contacted the agent Mr Bittu, who was involved in the whole process and told him the whole story. He told me that he had never heard of a situation like this. He called up the Cars24 authorities and they were clueless about the whole thing.

              I have emailed the concerned authorities of Cars24 who were the part of the whole buying process but I haven't received any assistance from there end. Clearly, this kind of attitude shows that they are not good at building relationships and providing after-sale services to their customers. After the research, I thought that I might have landed up at the right place for buying a used car, but my first experience with Cars24 was really unpleasant.

              They don't stand on their commitments.

              Think TWICE before doing any business with Cars24.

                I sold my car through cars24 and paid all the amount which is there but they did not tranfer the ownership title no response even after registered my complaint i will go to forum to fight against this and cheating of service.My car no AP09 BN 7101...better clear this as early as possible.

                  I have sell my Ford figo car UP70BZ6440 on 31 August 2020 but still my RC is not transferred the agent (Rahul Srivastava who done all the commitment are fake. All amount for RC tranfer is already transferred to cars 24 account resolve the issue on high priority .

                    Cars24 customer service is harassing me with multiple calls almost every day even after I inform them I don't have a car to sell to them. Every time I block the number, they keep calling me from different numbers. Please take strict action against this company for continuously harassing me and disturbing my work.

                        Hi All,
                        I purchased a car 2 months back from HSR office of cars 24 bangalore and paid for RC trasfer as well, I kept asking if they have have atleast intiated the process, but after they take money they don't even reply, now I went to RTO office to check and found out they have not even applied, I have written to consumer care no response, the relationship manager won't even pick up the call.
                        Now whom do I need to contact, I can't drive the car without RC and insurance, please suggest if I should file FIR.

                          I purchased a car from a buyer on Aug 23 2020, which is placed on Cars 24 website. I paid the full payment including the RC transfer charges to the agent who assisted in filling the forms. It is been over 2 months still no update. Extremely unhappy and found cars 24 as fraudulent. Because the relationship person left Cars 24 and there is no insurance on car and I cannot take it out. Should I file a consumer PIL for not fulfilling the promise you made as per the instructions given on your token receipt?

Were you just making money by false advertisements of hassle free paper work? What is your policy regarding the transfers? No one seems to be responsible. Pathetic services.

                            I have purchased a alto car from cars24 from Bangalore vehicle no KA02MB8575 on 17/08/2020 I have paid a hold back amount of Rs.3000 after transfer the car I have my emails my documents to cars24 is not returning my holdback amount and his relationship manager manager is not responding.

                              I had come for my car inspection as I wanted to sell my car but the quotes given to me by cars24 were not good so I decided not to sell my car to them.
                              Now they have submitted a form to transfer RC without my consent so I’m stuck and cannot sell my car to someone else.

                              Please take this up on priority.

                                    I am very disappointed to inform you that Cars24 has let me down miserably. I had purchased a Renault KWID car ( DL 1 CU 9840) on 21st June 2020, on my wife’s name: Ms. Sanghamitra Das.

                                    Till date I have not received the R C of the Car. They are asking for extra money, which I accepted. I am not sure if they are looking for more money. Can you lookinto the matter?

                                    Also can I get a senior and responsible person’s email or phone number?

                                      I sold my maruthi 800 to cars 24 @ malleshwaram branch on 6th September 2020, as cars24 executive (Saakshath) told me that my Peshi amount will be on hold till RC get transfered to other customer.
                                      now RC has been transferred to other party till now i dint received my Peshi Amount Rs 10000 & executive no.is also switched off.

                                      kindly sort out the issue ASAP Please.
