i have been cancelled the deal because of false commitments by cars 24 team and not genuine vehicle
i have been asked through mail about refund but no response by the cars24 (care.[protected]@cars24.com) i am very disappointed by the service provided by this false people of cars24
i have been paid 30, 000 rupees and cars24 people are saying simply cannot be refunded this is worst part of their service to consumers

    I've booked Volkswagen Vento Highline 1.6, Vehicle No. MH02CZ1458 on 12th Sep, 2020 and took delivery of the said vehicle on 18th Sep, 2020.

    This is to inform you with very disappointment that an invoice is not yet issued to me. It's been already more than a month and despite of regular follow ups still not received the invoice. Also the Car Health Monitor Device which is installed in my car is totally different from the device which was shown to me and i approved it and paid for it. I want the same device approved by me and i had paid for.

    I request you to provide the invoice and look into the device issue at the earliest. Or else i'll left with no option apart from issuing a legal notice to Cars24 India and also put it across all social media platforms.

      I have raised an request to close my account and to return back my money as I am no more interested to continue. Request date is 12/10/2020 and the id is 348814, for which I have already received almost 3 calls for confirmation about my decision and was cleared by me. Moreover, again I got 2 missed calls from Cars24 and my request was closed automatically, against the same I had again raised or re opened my same request but till now I have not got any solution. My request to the management, to go through this issue and do procedure to close my account and return my money.

        Recently we bought i20 from cars24, as per inspection report bybtheir experts it was stated that there is no damage to clutch, suspension, stairing and other parts. They don't allow also to take the car for a bit long drive on regular road. Basis inspection report and sales guy and his manager Sagar and Majid. We bought it. Within 20 days car started shaking, clutch was too hard to Operate. Hyundai service center quoted 22000+ for repair. When we approached cars24, there was no response. We are following up with them since 10 days..but they are not bother to provide any solution. Worst customer service. The team even do not.want to share escalation matrix of them.. that indicates the professionalism of handling customer.

        Can anyone hear us and do the needful. Every person invest in something for good results for benefit. But our investment turned bad. We need cars24 to compensate for the loss..kindly help us.

          No response from your service manager Jamshedpur, jharkhand, Pradesh pradhan. I called many times by calling buttons to your site and from Bangalore office confirmation received that in your city service manager Jamshedpur will call u within 24 hours but yet 72 hours passed . No any call dialled to my mobile no [protected] by your service manager. I think your service is not update to meet customer requirement.

              I sold my car mh02by9610 to cars 24 in november 2018. Till today the car is still registered in my name, inspite of noc after sale from rto being issued in march 2019.
              So basically someone else is driving the car in my name. What if he uses it for some criminal activity?
              Repeated complaints to cars 24 customer care have led to no resolution.
              They keep saying they are looking into the matter but it is 1 year and six months now, since i sold the car to them. Please help me in this matter

                To whom it may concern,
                3 times we already registered the below complaint on your customer support.
                I purchased one car from Cars24 - DL10CT3547 on 18th october even the seller told me before that never deal with Cars24 (Mr. Anil Kumar) mainly because our relationship manager Shantanu Gautam ([protected]) behavior which he had shown to the seller, finally we as a purchaser managed the situation and bought the car from cars 24 by paying service charge of 11, 800/- rupees, worst experience going on.
                Afterwards, Shantanu told us if you transfer your car on your own you will get it transferred at a cheap price with no bother at all and we agreed and gave the hold back amount of rupees 5000 to cars24 account. Today i got a call from cars24 customer care and they told me the hold back amount is only 1500 rupees not 5000 rupees anyways it's a local brand name Cars24 or we can say Crash2you 24, story is still left. Probably he was expecting some tip from us.
                Shantanu was in a hurry to meet somebody and after giving the hold back amount he took back form 29, 30 28 signed by customer along with him. We called him and he said come to vivek vihar metro station, delhi and when we reached there he was not picking his phone and we went back to our home finally. Since 18th october to till date we are still struggling to get the documents signed by customers so that we can transfer the ownership and we dont know how to deal with Cars24. Just to verify the shantanu behavior you can call the seller Mr Anil Agarwal - [protected].
                Request to please help us first and last time.

                  we sold on may 20th 2020 but still now its in our name only ... NAME TRANSFER NOT DONE SO FAR...
                  I REQUEST YOU TO TRANSFER TO HIS NAME AT THE EARLIEST...
                  I APPROACHED OFTEN YOUR CARS24 EXECUTIVE FOR THIS PROBLEM ..BUT SO FAR THEY DID NOT TRANSFERRED OWNERSHIP TO HIS NAME..

                  PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST SINCE I WAITED FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS..

                    I have sold my car with Cars24 in the month of Jan-Feb and they hold my 10K Rupee to transfer after the car RC get transferred.

                    Its now Running October and there is no amount transferred back to me, and there was no communication from Cars24

                    After I followed up with them, its been told that my money is forfeited.

                    My request is to get my money back from Cars24, else return my car

                        I was asked to pay a total of 10620 + 7000,
                        was promised that 7000₹ will be adjusted in my main amount,

                        Now I paid a total of 17620₹,
                        Ideally when the deal is cancelled from your side and not my side ( customer side ) and with not the owner but the customer paying money of both sides you should refund.
                        Because as a certified car selling platform its your fault to sell a fraud car.
                        I want this money back, as i am not responsible for your company's mistake on onboarding a fake and trash car.

                        Please don't try to cheat me.
                        As a customer I have been referring people to buy cars from cars24 since a very long time,

                        Please note that not taking responsibility of your fault is creating a bad reputation for the firm itself,
                        and bad reputation takes your company nowhere.

                        I Understand that its your policy to not refund service charge of the seller side, But Cant you understand that I as a customer is being cheated here?
                        first your company asks to pay 17620 and tries to sell me a trash car claiming that its totally new, and now your'e trapping my money in your policies?

                        This is totally unacceptable and not fair, Legally and ethically I am being cheated by your company and i want my full money back.

                          I have sold my car (skoda fabia, 2011 model) to cars24 medavakkam (chennai) branch today (16/10/2020). The person incharge was Gopinath. I have removed the vehicle hypothecation by myself but they have charged the hypothecation fee removal in the price given to me. When asked, the branch person informed me that it was a mistake and it will be added and sent to me while the full car payment is made. But i got 1534 rupees lesser.


                          On questioning them again, i was told that it cannot be changed. And i wouldnt get the 1534 rupees.

                          Attaching the proof that i already removed hypothecation before car submission and the price details they gave.

                              Hi,
                              I booked a car baleno alpha in 4.8 lakhs from CARS24 lucknow,
                              From the very start they tried to hide the fact that the car was 3 times servierly accidental and over 3 lakhs driven.
                              They showed it brand new and only 17 thousand driven.
                              They asked me to pay the booking amount of both sides the owner as well as buyer - 17600₹.
                              Now before paying full, i came to know from some internal sources that the car they promised as new was a very bad car with absolutely no value.
                              They behaved like they were clueless and didnt knew about the condition of the car.
                              They also told that cars24 onboards cars without even checking the original service record of the car.

                              Being a very clear fraud case and a subject to there reputation,
                              I asked for a full refund and they haven't yet agreed to that,
                              They just have been delaying the matter saying that they are still enquiring.
                              Please help me get my booking amount back.

                                Hi Team,

                                This is in respect of Order Id [protected] booked via registered no [protected].

                                We booked a car inspection for Sale at home for Honda City Car for 8th October 2020 for slot 12 to 2pm and paid the inspection amount. Payment receipt message is attached herewith.

                                However, it is very disappointing to say that no Executive came for home inspection on scheduled time. We called the customer care thrice but everytime they said that the Executive will reach in half hour and you will receive a call immediately. This had wasted our whole day.

                                Nobody visited us that day. It is ridiculous and disappointing that such a reputed company is delivering such low services.

                                There is no direct number available with the service centre to reach out the Executive and we needed to rely just on customer care who is good for nothing.

                                Further no kind of customer care service was provided.

                                We received a message at night of 8th October 2020 wherein the company asked to reschedule the appointment.

                                We still believed in Cars24 and booked an appointment for today ie 10th October 2020 slot 10am to 12pm.

                                Very saddened to say that nobody visited us today as well.

                                We were unable to schedule other important things because of this.

                                Horrible services by the company. It is just giving ads on various media mode without giving any proper services. Highly disgusting.

                                Request you to kindly refund the money as we are really not interested in getting fooled by the Company by rescheduling it.Thank you very much.

                                  As i need to sell my car for that i have made prepaid home inspection on 04.10.2020 with schedule timing from 12- 2pm. But till now no one has turned up for car inspection and also no call recieved for home inspection. I have tried to many timea at call centre they have just rescheduled the inspection date and time but still no calls recieved from your side. Today also home inspection was rescheduled for 12-2 but no call came from your side. The appointment was made cancelled at 3 o clock after when i complained for non attending of any member for home inspection. Please take this matter seriously and revert.

                                    I had called your tollfree number [protected] for 4-5 times and booked and appointment to visit my house for valuation and inspection of my said car
                                    first i had called on 29th sep 2020 and booked my appointment for 1st oct 2020 and i had also paid Rs.49 for the same on 30th I received a call from your office saying that my appointment will be rescheduled for 2nd oct 2020 as the inspection guy was who was suppose to come will be on leave
                                    On 2nd oct 2020 nobody came for visit so then i call your office and informed them the same so they apologized and said they will rescheduled my appointment for next day on 3rd oct 2020 so i said ok
                                    On 3rd oct also nobody came for visit so i again called your office they again apologized and said that they will again reschedule my appointment for next day 4th oct 2020 for 12 noon today at about 12:45 p.m. since nobody came i again called you office and told them they apologized and told me that they will arrange for a express and immediate visit and gave me a complaint reference no.342762 and said that i will receive a mail from your company for the same against which i can give my feedback after resolution of my issue and also a call from customer care team will come but till now i had not received any call or e mail regarding the same and neither any body had came for a visit

                                      Amount that needs to be reverted back 6, 710/-

                                      I have been trying to reach and following up for the reversal of my hold back amount but there is no response and resolution at all.

                                      I have sent a lot of emails to the support and everytime i keep getting response saying that within 48 hours the concerned person will contact but nobody really calls.

                                      The relationship manager is not picking up my calls.

                                      Please advise.

                                        I had raised a complaint for the car purchased around june 14. The odomoter was tampered by over 1 lakh km. Negotiated amount was supposed to be paid back to me along with hold back amount.. Today is 7th oct and nothing is paid back to me. When i check with local. Manager he says all process is done and case is with legal team. When will i get my money back? How long will this be there with legal team.

                                        I was cheated in the purchase process. No proper inspection was done and now facing this harrasment for months.

                                        What kind of company are you running??

                                        This car was purchased in kolkata cars 24. I had raised complaint earlier but nothing is resolved yet.

                                        This case needs to be closed or else il be now forced to go to consumer court for justice.
