To whom it may concern,
3 times we already registered the below complaint on your customer support.
I purchased one car from Cars24 - DL10CT3547 on 18th october even the seller told me before that never deal with Cars24 (Mr. Anil Kumar) mainly because our relationship manager Shantanu Gautam ([protected]) behavior which he had shown to the seller, finally we as a purchaser managed the situation and bought the car from cars 24 by paying service charge of 11, 800/- rupees, worst experience going on.
Afterwards, Shantanu told us if you transfer your car on your own you will get it transferred at a cheap price with no bother at all and we agreed and gave the hold back amount of rupees 5000 to cars24 account. Today i got a call from cars24 customer care and they told me the hold back amount is only 1500 rupees not 5000 rupees anyways it's a local brand name Cars24 or we can say Crash2you 24, story is still left. Probably he was expecting some tip from us.
Shantanu was in a hurry to meet somebody and after giving the hold back amount he took back form 29, 30 28 signed by customer along with him. We called him and he said come to vivek vihar metro station, delhi and when we reached there he was not picking his phone and we went back to our home finally. Since 18th october to till date we are still struggling to get the documents signed by customers so that we can transfer the ownership and we dont know how to deal with Cars24. Just to verify the shantanu behavior you can call the seller Mr Anil Agarwal - [protected].
We are providing same information twice a day to customer care everyday and finally they said sir your last complaint was not registered somehow. Shantanu naver picks his phone and always said sir i'll be providing the document by tomorrow and so, really worst experience.
