I have worked in Cars24 as Sr Insurance Manager and resigned form their on 16th Aug 2019. Since my last working day as 15th Aug 2019 hence moved to 16th Aug 2019 due to holiday but they have discontinued my system form 14th Aug 2019 a day before last day. Still i have visited office on 16th very next day for final handover and done all the formalities as per requirement. As per Hr guideline i have given 15 day prior notice of resignation and then serviced these notice period as well now after leaving the organization they are denied to pay full n final amount along with NOC. Even there is no recovery is pending against me and proper hand over i have given to authorities.
I have been chasing them for last one year but they are not ready to settle my F&F plus NOC rather they are asking recovery against me.

i request you to plz help me to get my compensation amount along wiht NOC

    Hi I am chahana,
    I have bought a car in Dec 2019 from Rakhi. he has given the affidavit with my wrong name which got rejected in RTO and then lockdown started and I tried to contact the seller and cars24 but couldn't. Now I am calling that person(Bhagwati who sold his wife's car to me)everyday and he is not receiving my calland not answering properly.I told him my brother will come to gurgaon to take the affidavit but he is not giving any response. I am very tensed as my car RC is not yet transferred to my name due to incorrect documents.please help

      Dear Team,

      I have sold my car to cars 24 on 25th June 2020 and till now RC is not yet transferred. Car insurance is expiring on 24th August 2020. They just say they will cover for any mishaps happening due to the car that I have sold to cars 24.

      My App ID for Cars 24 is [protected].

      Don't tell me the excuse of the RC will be transferred in 180 days. I don't buy this. What will happen after 180 days, if cars 24 is not able to sell the vehicle . In the eye of law, the person who is named in the RC is responsible, which is me, not Cars 24. How can cars 24 can claim that the transfer of RC with in 180 days. This is a False claim and I will go to consumer court for making claims with out any valid reasoning. How cars 24 is sure about transferring the RC with in 180 days?

      I am feeling that I have made mistake by falling for their ads and endorsements by celebrities likes of Dhoni.

      Please advise, shall I renew the insurance policy and when will RC transfer will happen?

        My appointment is [protected] with cars24.
        I sold my car up 16 al 3579 on 28th may 2019 and noc from noida rto is done on 29th aug 2019 but car is still on my name.
        I raised many tickets but i used to get same response that i am covered with a policy upto 10 lacs.
        I have no other option than going to legal proceedings against this as this unprofessional behaviour is harasment to me. Why a customer is responsible for the cars which is sold 15 months back?
        Kindly help and suggest further course of action.

          I purchased i20 active car from cars24 branch kolkata at 4 lakh 20 thousand knowing that i had to pay car insurance approx 10k and road rax of 5 years of approx 36k. I was ok with the deal as the car was driven for just around 31k km and from outside and inside fairly looked clean. Also was satisfied as cars24 claimed 200 checks were done and also verified seller as genuine customers. However, just after transferring money, and driving the car from seller place to cars24 office, car developed technical problem.. Loss of power and stalling. Clutch cylinder was also broken. Thankfully i reached cars24 branch by then. Upon inspection it was found, that there was hardly any engine oil in car, check engine light was on and clutch pedal cylinder was broken. Cars 24 representative temporaly fixed all the issue by calling local mechanic and replacing clutch pedal cylinder by local parts. Fearing that the engine would be damaged, i gave the car for service the next day.. To my surprise, i then found that the car was driven over 1 lakh 47k km. After service was over, i emailed cars 24 with all the details.. And asked them to renogitiate the purchase price. I would have never purchased a car driven over 1 lakh 47k km with total purchase amount close to 5 lakh. This was complete misinformation and fraud. I enquired with cars24 manager and he assured that he would ensure that the cost i incurred on car service and some more amount of money would be refunded to me. (I have all the details of discussion on mail chain), so i was somewhat ok. But till now nothing has happened.. I have not got back the balance amount. This is not at all right.. Your website claims, 6 months warranty, 200 check points to assess car condition, all of this looks fake. I had to change many parts and incurred an approx cost of 35k so far.
          I feel i was cheated by quite a margin of money..

          During the process of delivery, there were technical malfunction observed in the car. While driving the car there was lot of hesitation and loss of power.
          -the clutch pedal cylinder malfunctioned and also there was no engine oil in the car. (Less than half a litre) upon inspection. Check engine light symbol was switched on also.
          -the clutch pedal was replaced and engine oil was topped up on spot. Thanks to cars 24 rep for prompt action.
          -fearing that there could be internal engine issue as car was driven without engine oil and not sure for how long, the car was given to hyundai authorised service station for thorough checkup the next day. (June 16th)
          -when i went to hyundai service station the next day, they refused to service the car as the last details in their pan india database was that car was driven over 1, 46, 877 km approx as on jan 2020, whereas odometer in car was showing as 31500 km approx as on june 16, 2020. This meant the car odometer was tampered. I was feeling awkward, embarrassed and had to then tell them the cars24 purchase process became faulty and misleading.

          Now, i am an irate customer of cars24 as the car purchase process became so scary for me because i felt cheated.
          There are other issues driving this car, going forward.
          - first, there would be future problem with the car, if i become the owner, this is because whichever authorised hyundai service station i go, there will be questions asked to me regarding the tampered odomoter, and i am not in a mindset to be part of tampering allegation.
          - second, future selling of car will also be a major problem for this.
          - third, i would have never purchased a car which was driven over 1, 46, 877 km under any circumstances and that too by paying rs 4, 20, 000/- + road tax (Rs 36, 000/- for 5 years - to be paid) which is over and above car price as tax expiry is on aug 2020.


          Current update for the car is as follows after servicing at hyundai authorised service station.
          The engineer has mentioned, some of the parts needs replacement as soon as possible, like, slip cylinder, clutch master cylinder, md power steering motor, rg unit and ac compressor suction pipe. The replacement cost is considerably high and i am not willing to spend the amount for major parts replacement.

          Overall parts to be replaced:-
          1) slip cylinder
          2) clutch master cylinder
          3) md power steering motor
          4) rg unit
          5) powe windows main switch
          6) tail gate sensor
          7) antenna
          8) ac compressor suction pipe (Engineer forgot to add in the list)

          After much thought and discussion with family members about this, i have come up with the following option

          A) refund all money paid so far and i book another genuine car with cars24
          B) i pay rs 3, 20, 000/- for this car driven over 1, 46, 857 km and the extra amount paid is refunded to me,
          C) cars 24 replaces all the above parts mentioned by hyundai engineer.

            Hi,

            I have called this cars24 to inspect my vehicle on 16 aug 2020 and i clearly told them that i dont want to sell my car. When one executive named shankar called me i clearly mentioned that dont list my car on your website for sale. But they put my car for sale. This is very disappointing. I'm feeling very bad.

            Kindly someone take necessary action on this.

                    Hi,

                    My appointment id with cars 24 is [protected], i sold my car (Wb06d4441) to cars 24 on 11/01/2020, they kept rs.10000 as held back amount and i was said that i will get the amount once the car is sold to a buyer and i need to come over for party peshi or within 120 days whichever is earlier.
                    It has been more than 200 days but i haven’t received the amount until now.
                    I have raised multiple concerns with them (Ticket # 282650 and 299483) where i was said due to lockdown they are extending the time for heldback amount and in the last ticket (On 06/08/2020) i was said that i will receive the amount within 3 days, it has been more than 3 days but they have not yet sent my heldback amount.
                    I just want to know with 70days of lockdown if i add it to the 120 days still it comes to 190 days and 190 days is already crossed but they are not willing to pay my money back.
                    Please take some action so that my money is returned to me

                      On dated 08/07/2019 i sold my car hr26ax2673 at cars24, sector 7a, huda market, faridabad (Haryana) but rc has not been transferred in name of endbuyer evenyet passing one year. Plz let me know the name & address of endbuyer & who is running my car and who will be responsible for any damages/claims and why you are keeping rc transfer pending for such a long time.                         My name Deepak Pant yesterday i booked online inspection and paid Rs 99/ same time my inspection time was 4 to 6, iam waiting of your executive till 530 hrs but no one arrived even not received any courtesy call from your side than i called up customer care & they response wail till 6 executive definitely come but no one come nor received any call after 6 i called up again in your customer care again he said(mein call arrange karwata hu) again iam waiting response from you side but again disappointed no one call me, than again i talked your customer care he again said same story and put my call in hold than i cut the call again contact to customer care than she said sir due to covid we are unable to do inspection kindly reschedule your appointment strange you people dnt know the value of time this is ridiculous i never use again cars 24 service because no one is responsible, refund my amount Rs 99 at earliest

                          I have contacted CARS-24 4-5 times and shown interest in buying a car. For the same car I have got multiple relationship managers but none has moved forward with the deal and able to contact seller and book a test drive.
                          And when I call them on their mobile, they either don't respond or asks for few minutes and then never callback.

                                This with reference to selling of my car through mr. Saunvir singh (Ph: [protected]) who happens to be the executive of cars 24 and was handling the deal for selling my car.

                                Mr. Saunvir singh told me to pay cars 24 commission of rs. 5900/ (Five thousand and nine hundred rupees) in advance. And assure me to do all the work-related and sell my car to a fake buyer.

                                I paid rs. 5900/ in advance, on cars 24 reputation and in good faith to cars 24 account on the same day on 11 july 2020 through neft reference number neft inb: irm6304532.

                                I have cleared my half of the loan

                                But it is with great pain that i have to inform you that, mr. Saunvir neither gave me any buyer nor returning the money.

                                He kept me asking for completing the documents such drc, insurance, challan, loan noc, dehypothecation, etc. I have paid a lot of money to agents to get all the paperwork done.

                                I requested to cars 24 customer care they assured me to return my money but i got a mail that my advance amount is forfieted and cannot be return.

                                Since there was no deal completed and cars 24 took advance money.

                                I have not availed of any services from cars 24 and my advance money got forfeited by cars 24 by cheater like mr. Saunvir who pretends to be the agent of cars 24.

                                They plant fake buyer who promise you to buy your car at your rate and extort advance money to start the deal. But after we pay them advance money they cancel the deal by themself and do not return moeny.

                                I request you to take strict action against these frauds.

                                  Your team finalized the car but they are refusing now. Even they're not picking the phone. I went there for 3 days for costing documentation but result is zero. This is very un fare.

                                      I had contacted a company meeting to fix the test drive firstly on cars24 web site car price 121000₹ when i was fix meeting and test drive next day they will contact me and they called and told sorry sir the woner of car not sell this car at this price the price was 210000₹ and suddenly changed price on website

                                        I have sold my car to cars24 sheetla mata road, gurgaon on[protected] appointment id [[protected]] and they promised me that rc will be transferred maximum within 120 days. Its been 133 days completed and still the rc in my name. The insurance of the car will be expired soon. There is no response from your company regarding the rc transfer.
                                        After selling my car to cars24 has been an accident by an unknown driver. I have multiple calls from the unknown person while at that time when i have to sell the car to cars24 they said to me all responsibility will be cars24.
                                        Please transfer my rc as soon as possible immediately because my car is not safe-hand.
                                        I have talk to multiple to coustomer care but i have got any reply from cars24.

                                        I have already shared all details with you ticket 285087, 285085. But you can't take seriously this matter.
                                        You have care less support team who does not take any complaint seriously.
                                        There are many times called to your toll free number. We have open a ticket regards yours concerns and our representative will be talked you.
                                        But I have got any reply from your side last two month and close my ticket without any solution.
