We purchased i10 grand just before 4-5 days but the engine is completly damaged. No thrust and stoping in between... Even in first gear it stop in place of running... We checked coolant from one showroom.. Coolant is mixed up with diesel. If there is any pool or slop car is not able to move.

In attachment m attaching report of the car where you people gave 4 star to engine but engine is dead.

    I got my car maruti alto lxi gj18 ab 2103 inspected at cars 24 on 28 jun 20 at sector 10, faridabad office for sale. Mr devender attended to me. However, since i was offered rs 51000 for the sale i declines for the deal. Thereafter, mr saksham from delhi office called me on 01 jul and i requested him for 65000 as my likely price, to which he said a deal would be struck. The date of 03 jul was finalised for handing over of the car post finalising of the deal. Thereafter, i kept trying him for a week but he did not reply the phone. Since i had to leave for my diplomatic assignment on 08 jul, i again visited the faridabad office on 07 jul. I was told that i will have to reinspect the car, which i did again and i was quoted 47000 now. A difference of 18000 in just two weeks. Finally, due to lack of time i was forced to accept the deal vide appointment id [protected] for 54000. However, since i had to rush for catching the flight i requested the staff to collect the vehicle from my house at sec 15 faridabad, just 2.4 km away. Mr rakesh kumar from sector 10 office assured me that the car would be picked up the next day. I moved to high commission of india, colombo on 08 jul. There after, i pursued that the vehicle pick up nearly every day but till to date 19 jul 20, mr jitender and rakesh have not been able to pick up the vehicle. Inspite of telling them that reminders on my mail are being received for termination of the deal. Presently, i am not aware about the status of the deal, the vehicle is still lying in my house, i have lost 18000 thousand in the deal due to unprofessional of the cars 24 staff. It looks as if there is some racket going on in the company. It is not at all transparent dealing and has led to huge harassment agony. I expect that the three individuals mr saksham, mr jitender and mr rakesh be taken to task and their unprofessionalism be questioned. The deal struck with me on 08 jul 20 should be respected and the car be picked up at the earliest and the money due to me be credited to my account at the earliest. I am also taking the issue to the consumer court for redressal of grievances. The pictures of the conversation and wats app messages are attached to support my case.

      I have bought a car datsun redigo from cars24. At the time of purchase they have mentioned that engine of car is good, ac is working and there are no major work needed in this car but when i bought this car, i have take this car to authorised service center for check up. Service center fully diagnosed my car and they have charged me rs 2500 for this. After completion of diagnosis they said to me that various parts are damaged in this car like suspension oil leak, wheel bearing, ac wiring damaged, handbrake not working, meter is not working properly and they told me a major issue that one cylinder in this car is not working and for this issue i need to change whole engine which will be cost me around rs 85000. When i inform my relationship manager for the same they simply told me to return this car but they will not refund sevice charges rs 7200 around + rto charge rs 4500 around and also they will deduct 10% of my car value. Also i have spent total rs 13500 in this car. Please help me to get my whole money back including which i spend in this car and all for harrasment charge.

        Extremely poor service and professionalism by cars24. They assigned an ameture agent to handle the deal duhita sood. No clarity in required paperwork. Gave part information through a span of 1 week after making the offer which was accepted. After 1 week the car was not picked up by making several excuses. They connected me to a supervisor as well who promised to complete the process next day. After 1 week they revert with a watsapp that deal cannot be carried out. No courtesy to call back or even pick up my multiple phone calls. Poor is an understatement.
        Due to this i had take a huge loss as i already had a buyer at a good price whom i lost since cars24 promised to buy within 24hrs which never happened

          I have sold my hyundai eon era+ vehicle no. Ap 25al 1499 on 24.06.2020 and i have handed over my car, all documents, and signed all papers brought by cars 24 agent sri dasari raju on 24.06.2020. I have informed that my vehicle is registered at rta nizamabad, telangana for which the agent replied that cars 24 will do the needful without my going to nizamabad due to covid -19
          But till date no proper response from agent or rta agent. I am ready to cancel my deal if my commission is refunded back.
          Please see that it is cleared at the earliest as i have to go for registration of my new vehicle.

            Car sale: party peshi not paid on promised date

            I have sold my vehicle to cars24 on 9th march and handed over my vehicle on 13th march. Terms and conditions were that that cars24 will pay rs 10000, within 120 days from date of delivery. They hold this amount to ensure that i am present during transfer of ownership at rto. Even if the car is not sold to anyone else, the amount would be transferred to me by 120th day. Now they are saying because of covid19 rto was closed for 70 days and...

            I am a channel partner of cars 24 preowned dealership i had won the auction of a car skoda fabia from cars 24 and the car was taken in a span of 9 days in their pune baner parking but a day before the car was stock in their lot i had informed their agent mr kiran salunke about the area is seal due to covid 19 positive patients after a month and a half approximately when the city is lock down they deducted inr 20, 000 keeping them posted keeping the team informed that i am ready to take the car give me some time still they shown inhumanity and deducted the amount in the critical condition where my family members are positive and in the financial crunch forcing to loot the money.

                I had booked a 2013 Scorpio at 4lakh ..
                Since I had 2lakh downpayment and rest I m going to do loan from cars24 itself ..
                Even I had pay all service charge RTO amount etc ...
                But in loan they are charging me unnecessary 20k amount which is not useful to me in future.
                I told to reduce that but they are forcing me to take it, and saying that it's there policy..
                So I need help
                Kindly help us to get that cancelled and get money refund..
                Cars24 should know how people are facing problems in this covid19 in that this value added services are necessary ..

                  Dear sir,

                  I would like to inform you that i sold my car, maruti wagonr-3868 on 29.01.2020 with app id. [protected] to cars 24, new delhi, lajpat nagar branch.

                  Today i received a challan of rs. 500/- from gujarat government which as per policy cars24 is responsible to pay the amount (Attached). Please share the payment receipt with me for the records.

                  As per the company policy i was made assured that cars 24 does not sell the car until the rc is transferred then why it is still not transferred till now? Even after 5 months and running freely illegally without transfer on the roads of gujarat state. Also even no communication was provided in between to me about the transfer status and other information. I would like to have an explanation for the same. It would have not come to my knowledge if the challan had not received today. I was relaxed from the committment and the policies of cars 24 and believed upon.

                  This is a serious concern to me as if some mishappening occurs and the cars used in illegal activities the authorities will contact me for the same as still running on my name adn rc not transferred yet. Kindly take quick action.

                  I further would like to request to kindly take immediate action towards this serious matter and transfer the rc of my sold car to the new purchaser.

                  Please share the full details of the new purchaser for my ready reference and records.

                    I had select a honda amaze on cars24 website and after that i got a call from their relationship manager (Yogesh). We done a deal after checking car in front of seller and relationship manager. At that time i paid 10k to seller as token amount and rs 8260 as service charge of cars24. But after 4-5 days the seller refused to sale the car and the deal collapsed. I informed relationship manager (Yogesh), he told me that he will arrange a refund of token money and service charge. But its been around a month and still i am waiting for my service charge to be refund. The seller and i talked personally and the seller agreed to pay my amount. But i have written 2-3 mails to cars24 and i also contacted relationship manager but there is no resolution of my matter and no refund yet.

                    Also there is no response from cars24 yet.
                    They are such a liars also very unproffessionals.
                    I urge please help me in this matter and provide any solution.

                      Bought a car dl4c*9736 from patna. The biggest mistake was i have not checked cars24 reviews. There team for rc transfer is very slow and after complaining, everytime a new executive will call you and told you that now i ll see your case. All are fraud this type of company should be shut. No need to gove false promises to customers.
                      I will not recommend anyone to go to cars24 to buy/sell vehicle.

                        I paid the token amount of rupees 20k for a car on cars24 after their relationship manager and sales manager (Karan rathore and arpit makkar) convinced me about the condition of the car and asked me to book the car right away (Although i told them that i will finalize the booking after physical inspection only). On physical inspection, the car was not found as mentioned in their description.in fact, it was in a bad condition. Therefore, i cancelled the booking. I looked for alternative cars in their yards but couldn't find one that suited my budget and requirements. I requested them to refund my token amount. But they refused. After sometime, they stopped responding over email as well. This looks like a scandalous behavior! I request other victims of cars24 to please let me know how to get the refund. Also i request to indian consumer complaints forum to help me out of this condition.

                        I wish to politely request to you that I don't want any more justifications from Cars24 team for non-refunding my token amount (20000 INR). I have had a lot of phone calls and email conversations with your relationship manager and senior territory managers (Karan Rathore and Arpit Makkar respectively) about it. I wish to say that my experience has been quite unfortunate with Cars24 sales team. I don't expect the same from you. I feel sorry that I believed Karan Rathore and Arpit Makkar and paid the token amount the same day I saw the car online believing in their description of the car and their assurance for further assistance. However, once my token amount was paid, things changed quickly which was opposite to what I had thought my experience with Cars24 would be. I again request you to please refund the token amount and at least leave someone with their money!

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Pls help me with RC transfer process.
                          I have sold my Hyundai i20 Sportz model to Mr. Bhim Singh and gave the delivery of the same to the representative of Mr. Mosim, who works in Cars 24.com. I have a signed paper wherein delivery was taken and it's been almost 6 months and RC transfer in Bhim Singh's name is still not done.

                          Now even the insurance for the same has expired. Expiry date was 17th June 2020. Car Reg no is MH 05 DS 2623.

                          Pls note that I have been contacting Mosim, cars 24 executive but he is still being unable to close this issue. Kindly help to fasten the process. This will be dangerous for current car owner and for me also if any unfortunate incident happens and hence your support and intervention is urgently required.

                          Kindly note that cars24 had mentioned on mail that they will be responsible for complete RC transfer and will take full accountability if anything happens to the vehicle.

                            I had sold my hyundai i10 car (Reg. No. Dl*c*9540) using cars24 services. Said vehicle was sold on 01 mar 20. All the required documents including original rc, insurance copy and both keys were handed over at the time of sale. Necessary commission was also paid for using cars24 platform. To acknowledge the sale of the vehicle, mail was also received from cars 24 (Token receipt no. [protected]). Documents required to transfer the vehicle were also signed by me and same were collected by cars24 agent to fill suitably for transfer of registration in favour of buyer in least possible time.

                            2. I had telephonic conversation with the cars24 agent and customer care, time and again, and they re-assured the vehicle would be transferred at the earliest. They also assured there is no problem, process is on from cars24 side and likely to complete soon.

                            3. It has been almost 4 months but vehicle transfer has not been ensured by cars24. To escalate the matter, i wrote e-mails to cars24 and cars24 direct on numerous occasion; however, no reply or update was received from their end. Time and again i have requested cars24 to atleast provide application number with rto for transfer of registration, but the agent and customer care both failed to provide me the same. I have registered my concerns on cars24 customer care through call. Ticket number is 275366. I was told somebody would get back to me to assist in the query and provide me with status of rto application and transfer.

                            4. However, nobody called back from cars24 and neither the cars24 agent could confirm me the application number with rto in subsequent calls from my side. There have been no replies to the e-mail sent to cars24 and cars24 direct. The lackadaisical approach and inability of cars24 to address my concern is worrisome as vehicle is being used by a third person and cars24 has failed to fulfill its commitment of transferring the registration at earliest.

                            5. Even after more than 124 days as on date (Selling date 01 mar 20), cars24 has failed even to provide the application number with rto for the transfer of registration. Lack of interest in addressing/ following complaints raised by consumer is another major concern as the vehicle was handed over to third unknown party by me on the assurance of cars24 to speedily process the transfer.

                            I sold through Cars 24 for easy of transfer and avoid unnecessary hassle, but this has become the most tedious thing I ever had to handle.

                            Car24 have no regard for the commitments made and security of the seller. Other than texting 'terribly sorry' and 'highlighted concern' in the message box above NOTHING HAS MOVED AN INCH.

                            If you don't want to mess with your peaceful life and get your documents or vehicle in somebody elses posession for numerous months. Kindly, avoid using such company services.

                            But the sad part is that you would find and read all about this, only after being a prey.
                            Despite a consumer complaint.. Vehicle has not been transferred and no reply/ call received from Cars24 till date..

                                I have sold hyundai eon dlite+ (Mh03 bh9140) from delhi location through cars 24 dated 03/11/19 against appointment id [protected] to nimisha mal in inr 1.25 lacs on behalf of whom mr. Adrian elliot collected the vehicle & did all the formalities. It was already informed to cars 24 & buyer as well that noc has been issued by mumbai rto for delhi (North zone), delhi (Dl) vide no 2916/e2013 dated 26-sep-2013 but was not registered in delhi, also this information is clearly available on vahan e services and post verification of all documents only cars 24 asked for service charge of inr 3k which was paid. Then later on request from cars 24 i have assisted them to get the bank noc again & confirmation from delhi rto (North zone) that noc is not been used. But now its 7 months +, vehicle is still not transferred to buyer and no updates of the same is been provided by cars 24 till date. Also i'm unknown of the situation if the vehicle is been used for any illegal practices/affairs.

                                  I have sold my ford figo (Kl46 f 9646) by an executive from cars24 on 12 june 2020. He also shared me the cars24 documents which can be shared across for your reference.

                                  I was also adviced by your employee that i will be having the cars24 insurance of a maximum of 10 lakhs in case of any legal issue. I have all the supporting evidence like call recordings, cctv camera recordings etc.

                                  For the very same issue, i tried calling cars24 couple of times to cars24, however i didn't get any call back yet even though i have been promised with. I request cars24 team to take necessary action because this was committed by your employee under your company name.

                                  I also hereby request your team to change the ownership of my car at the earliest and take necessary action against such an employee which is going to definitely impact your reputation.

                                    Cars 24 are providing fake information on their website when they are registering vehicle and once we registered price diffrent shown rs 1lacks diffrent.

                                    They have quoted me price of ra 423000 only
                                    Post inspection.
                                    If difference is 100000 then why they show fake information
