Dear sir
It is been disheartening that i have trusted you but your customer service doesn't seems to be satisfied. I have buy a car from your office in noida sector 18 gip mall from your executive mr kundan, but from last 15 days he is just manipulating me and is not able to provide me tha accurate information about my rc.
Kindly look into the matter and hope so urgent action must be taken.

    Harrassment at the hand of marketing executive alka banga cars24services gurgaon branch,
    I have asked for the evaluation of my old car, instead she managed to transfer the money from cars24services ac to my ac in preadvance, without any written commitment from my side, instead being honest i revert the whole money immediately back to company account, but now getting harrased to pay more penalties by way of calls & messages

      Is it a cunning way to grasp money loosing my trust and assurance which i adhered to this cars24 services being loyal to my client to serve best. Please return my hard earned amount of wallet which has been debited in a cunning way

        Rm upendra pandey gor involved in selling my car in february and held back rs.40000 for noc submission, which i submitted on 4th march, after that he changed colors and refused to release my money. When i complained against him to cars24 customer service, he bluntly told me that he will not give me money. Now he is coming with all the new ways to harass me and messaging me in night whereas i am not getting any support from cars24 customer care.

          I sold my scorpio car on 4th feb through cars24. Since the car was on lease they held back rs.40000 for noc submission. I submitted noc on 5th mar but they are not releasing the amount. The rm involved has bluntly refused to pay the amount and customer service is of no use. They just raised the complaint but no one is responding to me. I have handed over noc to upendra pandey but then he is told me that i need to pay 2.5% of the car sale amount for loan closure + 2, 350 for rto. However as per the deal rs. 40, 000 was held back as the car was on lease, and once the loan is closed and i submit noc, this amount was to be transferred to me. No such information was shared with me anywhere. Also, since i have already got noc from my company and paid fee for loan forclosure how is cars24 liable to charge 2.5% penalty for loan??
          I am awaiting for this pending payment of rs.40, 000 or cancel the deal.

            I am tarun arora and from ferozepur punjab, i got call from anurag (Delhi). His number is +[protected]. He has not proper information and said me to got ludhiana branch to sell the car with documents as inspection was already done on 24th january id [protected]. I went to ludhiana yesterday after covering approximately 150 kms. Over i got to know about the pending documents. What anurag said i took that documents. Even he asked for more documents yesterday, today i also took that to branch. But people in the car24 branch said now also its incomplete. Anurag don't have proper information about the documents. He has also given me the 1000 token. Which i am not giving it back. As i have already cancelled the deal. Due to his mistake i have to travel 2 times to ludhiana and wasted 2 days rs 2.5k. Please give him proper guidance and don’t make customers fool..

              Sir
              I have sold my car to cars24, hbr layout on 02.12.2019 in bengaluru. Till date the transaction is not complete. The deal was for rs.82000 and i have received only 69620/-. I was told the balance 10000 would be paid after rto formalities. The deal had to complete in 21 days and every week i approach the branch for follow up. Except for the sweet talk by the officers, i don’t get any response regarding the rc transfer and credit of the balance amount from cars24, hbr layout.
              When the deal was made in december, i was told i need not come for rto formalities. Now cars24 staff is saying that i should and the rto personnel would call. Neither they call me nor the rto guys. This has been happening till date.
              It is really a bad experience for me that i am forced to visit cars 24 branch, hbr layout. My car is getz red, ka05me3634. I sent mail to cars24 consumer forum, even they are not acting promptly

                This is a fraud car... Cars24 have committed fraud.. I have been told by cars24 that this is a 2016/17 model but it is 2013... Il definately file a legal proceeding if not resolved.

                I have been asking them to resolve since one month but they are just fooling and buying time for themselves. I bought this car in september 2019 and got to know about this fraud thing in jan 2020 when a customer got the car checked from ford showroom and told me the same.                   I have sold my car swift lxi on 14th feb and handed over the same to cars24 sarjapur, bangalore center of 17th feb 2020 (Application [protected]). There was agreement that payment will be made in 3-4 days but even after 10 days and even raising customer ticket (249658, raised on 23rd), no payment has been made. Even no call had been made by cars24 on sharing the update on ticket/payment. This is very pathetic service, i thought that cars24 is best in car dealing in india but with such kind of service, commitment, they are losing their brand value.

                    I have sold my Swift car to Cars24 on 14th Feb and handed over the car to them on 17th Feb (to Sarjapur Bangalore branch, appointment id - [protected]) with agreement that cost will be submitted to my bank account in next 3-4 days. But even after 10 days and even after customer complaint (raised on 23rd Feb, tckt no- 249658), no payment has been made to my account. Not even any call back made by company to provide status of my complaint. This is very pathetic service, i though Cars24 is best in market but after this kind of service, but now i need to change it.

                      I like to take your kind attention that I Riddhi Pratim Basu had purchased a used car ( Mahindra Xuv 500, Vichele no WB 06 P 6831 ) through cars 24, on 12th June 2019 . The car owners name Sayantan Bhanja, I paid amount of 1220000 in cash as the owner requested, in his Office premises near Haldiram while all this transaction one of the executive Cars 24 was present, we got all the documents signed by cars24 and all the documents were given for RC transfer. The owner promised me and that executive thay next day he was leaving Kolkata and will return after 5 day and provide the NOC and rest of the required documents, then on 10th day after purchasing the car i called the executive for the update he said me he was not able to contact the owner ( Mr Bhanja ) and so i took initiative and called the owner, the owner said me that he was admitted to hospital so he couldn't contact us, and requested for some more time and that i called the executive and informed him this information so that they could make the contact with Mr Bjanja, Then i got busy due to my dad's bad health, then after diwali i tried to contact but unfortunately the owner informed my after my call that after he was hospitalized he is facing a financial problem so he needs some more time to recover and come back to Kolkata as the owner informed and promised me again, then after more 1 and half month after the owner called me and told me that he will pay the full amount and take back that car or i have to wait for the time, so i called him and request to meet and i also called and informed the executive and meet Mr Bhanja in Cafe Coffee day shop near his house and he provided a bank document and that time i was not present because i can directly from my office so i was tired, i thought the problem was solved, but the next day the executive called me and said that the owner mr . Sayantan Bhanja made us fool the letter and the bank document was that he haven't completed that load of the cars and the amount was approx 130000 lakh, i was very much shocked so i called Mr Banja but he did not received, then i complain in Cars 24 Leagal team, so they assured me that they well look after this, but still after complain the problem was not solved, i couldn't even get out with the purchase vehicle, please help me out .

                        I had visited cars24 once in november 2018. I could not sell my car to them since the offer was not attractive to me. Since then they are giving so many calls to me and from different numbers. I have been requesting them not to call me and a complaints has been raised on 4th feb 2020 in customer service cell (Ticket number: 241740). They replied back and ensured that this will not happen but i am getting lot of calls as earlier.

                          but i will tell one thing that your service regarding the r.c is very poor.
                          Mjhe 3 months ho gye hai abhi tak meri problem solve nh hui hai abhi bh mera issue pending hi hai.
                          Gaadi liye hue aaj poore 3 months ho gye hai abhi tak meri r.c mjhe nh mili hai or sbse poor kam ye ki jo documents diye uski noc hi galat issue kr di or why you dont revert me on my mail id?????
                          GIVEN THE DOCUMENTS FOR HR15 BUT NOC HAVEBEEN ISSUE FOR THE HR12.

                            I'm Ashfaq Umar from Delhi. Im still experiencing pathetic services of cars24. Cars24 is just fooling around with people. I bought i20 on 17th Feb 2020 with buyback option. Car is showing heating issue and created problem in the engine. Now it is not even starting and parked on the roadside for 2 days. Cars24 has refused to take it back under buyback option. They want as it is as they have handed it over. If so, then what is buyback??
                            If there was no problem, why would I return it??

                            Now I will do whatever it takes to take it to social media at mass level.

                              I bought ford figo (Dl 4 caf 6038) from cars24 on september 14, 2019. The car was based on petrol fuel with cng fitted after market. I have provided all the documents required for it's rc ownership transfer. But after more than 3 months have already passed and i have not received the rc for car yet. Earlier i received the rc but cng was not mentioned on it so i again gave this rc to my relationship manager (Ravinder).
                              Kindly accelerate this process because these days we are facing lots of traffic police interceptions for not having rc and which is very bad part.

                                Sir i have purchased grand i 10 on[protected] in kanpur which number is up78 ds 8198 ur manager says that car transfer with in 15 days after 40 days i contact mr srivastav in lucknow they told that the seller signature is not match and said that seller have to go rto office once again when the seller go to rto office in[protected] the rto officer says that your file has been damaged you have to create a new file then transfer the rc i and seller shocked how will be happen when i contact mr srivastav in lucknow they told that i don’t know about this over all i have create a new file and rto officer and mr srivastav says that rc will be transfer on 2 days but after 5 days rc is not transfer till now when i call mr srivastav they told that i don’t know when rc is transfer i want say that why are u fool me please transfer rc

At the time of purchasing the car the relationship manager commits to give me the reciept for the application for transfer the vehicle to another rto. But today they are not fullfilling their commitment and not give me the reciept today more thn 2 months havebeen passed as they commited the r. C will be given to within 45 day but still no ownership havebeen transfer as i seen the status of my r. C on my vahan side i was shoked that the noc haveben issue for the another rto which is differ for my rto.

                                    I'm so sad with you guys i also mailed you and called 10-12 times but nobody's listening to me. It has been almost 2 months and till now i have not received my rc nor any documents related to it. Because i have got the cng in the car, so i have to get the rc and documents for which i will have to submitted the original rc book in the transport authority, so please do send me the original rc as soon as possible so that i can get this work done as soon as possible.

                                    Secondly, the insurance of my car has not been received as yet because it was the first insurance by previous owner and now the owner of the car has changed, then the rc book will also be transferred to the another owner ie. My name, and it has been 02 months, even the insurance has not been transferred. Get it done as soon as possible because i will have to get cng covered in insurance as well.

                                      My name is shiv charan bhola, i have purchased a car through your goodself honda city ivtac model 2010 bearing registration no. Pb10cj6972 from the car 24 sector 22, chandigarh outlet. My rm is mr. Saurav his contact no. Is [protected].

                                      - i have purchased car in the month of september, 2019.
                                      - they have charged 6500 brokerage fee from me on the same and 10000/- transferred in account of seller.
                                      - i given the full and final payment of rs. 2, 45000/- around for the above said car.
                                      - the above said saurav has also charged rs.3000/- from me brokerage money of seller. They send me account no. Of his employee namely gunjan chawla and i have transferred rs.3000/- to his account vide transaction no. Imps ref no. Moabzxknl8.
                                      - they have charged rs. 9500/- from me as brokerage charges for purchasing a car under 5 lac.
                                      - at the time of possession of the car the officials of your good company took rs. 3000/- from owner of the car as noc charges and promised me to provide the noc within 7 days.
                                      - now almost 6 months have been passed, above said saurav have not provided me any noc.
                                      - now the above said saurav rm did not pick my call and openly saying that you are an advocate, go n file the case. He further stated that their some relative or family member have purchased the car from the said car24 and they also not got issued noc.
                                      - not having noc or rc of my car purchased by your goodself office i could not drove my car from the date of purchase of car.
                                      - your goodself company has cheated me and breach the terms and conditions of the contract.

                                      Kindly provide me noc of car so as to enable me to transfer in my name as soon as possible.

                                        I will try to take legal action against Cars24 company. I want to sell my car and was told Cars24 is A BEST place to do so. After approaching Cars24 I was told to pay 300 bucks in advance, time given for payment is 20 minutes, alright. I booked an appointment for home inspection on 12 Feb 2020 to be done between 12 PM - 2 Pm

                                        Big Joke is nobody turned up. I waited at home, took an off from office so that I could fix this up. Even after calling multiple times every 2 hrs between 12 PM-5:30 PM no body came.

                                        Everytime I called them, their customer service team raised a concern that resulted ### but nothing.

                                        The resolution provided was a refund, I repeatedly asked to reschedule my appointment, but no. The guy said refund request is already generated and we cannot do anything. I asked for the CALL TO be escalated to senior, he refused. Now my money will be refunded in my account after 15 days. Such scamming companies give customer a 20 minutes window to pay n book an appointment but refund will take 15 days. SO BASICALLY Cars24 GUYS DO IT KNOWINGLY JUST TO EARN INTEREST OUT OF CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY, ISNT IT?
                                        I AM A YOUTUBER with millions of subscribers and GONNA PUT THIS UP ON SOCIAL MEDIA in A BEST possible way so people are aware of your scams and not fall for such traps.
