I purchased the ford figo registered number "dl 4caf 6038" from cars24 in september, this cars was petrol+ cng. And we have given all the documents to transfer the rc with petrol cng, but we received the rc with only petrol as fuel for this vehicle.
Its been more than 3 months have already passed and we have not received the rc with cng yet. Kindly help these guys are not even receiving the phone calls.

    We deal used car Ciaz GJ19AF8888 from car24. We give tokan of Rs. 9440/- on car24 account by google pay. And book car.and also submit all documents who requiring RC transfer. After 4 day seller saying I’m not selling my car right now. Or car24’s sales person not answering call. We customer care but not properly answer only say your complaint note down. 7 day complete from deal now but not refund my tokan amount or not deliver car. I complain by mail by call but not solved my problems. I think this is fraud company. Car24 company cheated me. Please solve my problems

This is not our mistake the bank is delaying to clear it. We have trusted your company and decided to sell our car. But your sales executive is using harsh words and threatening us by giving police complaint. Plz take further action

        Since 6 months i had purchased my car and my no is ka03mk2642 but after purchasing car from cars24 they have provided a wrong rc and the same i have not accepted till yet i have not received yet my proper rc and the sales manager is not picking my call and and update i am receiving since 3 months that waiting for approval from rto but every week they will say something but they are not able to provide any proper i need my rc asap or i want my refund back with interest and even i have called many time customer service but yet nobody called me dromur aode

          That I have visited website and saw a car detail as mentioned above and two more which I do not remember the id mentioned. The car id mentioned had a offer price of rupees 44000/- but when I called cars24...

          I sold my honda city plate no. Dl4cab0927 through cars 24 executive name rahul rohella mobile no. [protected] to scarp dealer name vikrant shukla mobile no. [protected]. As rahul confirmed us that you will get a chassis plate along with your original rc which was taken from us by saying that we need it enroute to the place where we scrap the cars. But unfortunately we didn't get the plate n rc till date. I am continuing calling your agent rahul for the same but he making me a fake commitment by saying i talk to him n get back to you.
          I would like to request you to look at this matter and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible because they might using the car illegally and i want to deregister the car from my name.

              I have sold my car thru cars24 on september 05, 2019, but my name is still showing as owner name. Cars24 employee shivendra singh is not supporting at all, he is delaying the process of transfer. I have submitted all the documents required, noc was genrated to transfer my car to buyer. Its been 3 months and i am afraid of its misuse of car, and even as contact with buyer he said cars24 haven't shared noc yet.

                I had paid 25000 for the purchasing the car as deposit. But seller has back out from selling car and he had not taken the token. Know it is with cars 24 but they are not paying the same to me from 18 oct. Almost 3 months. I am making follow up with nikhil kumbhar for the same but he had not responding nor re-acting for the same. It was the worst experience with car s 24. Not expecting form this type of cheating from your side.
                Please re fund my amount.

                  In 08 dec 2019, i paid to cars24 rs. 20000.00 through neft as advance payment to buy eeco car, but due to some circumstances i was unable to make deal final, i asked for refund after charging your service charges but they denied, said that the all money received, as a token money which is not refundable and now not responding us. Please do needful.

                    I went to cars 24 warehouse in rajouri garden delhi on 23rd november 2019.

                    I selected a car, and i was asked to pay token advance for the car. No one told me that token, once paid, will not be refunded back.

                    They hid this information from me. I paid rs. 20, 000/- as token.

                    I was sent token receipt on my email. I was shocked to see the terms and conditions. All terms and conditions were in favour of cars24.

                    Once i received the token receipt, i came to know that token is not refundable.

                    Cars24 must have informed about it before taking the token, but they concealed this relevant and important piece of information from me.

                    I had some doubts, that the vehicle they are selling me was accidental, so i asked them to provide insurance details for last 2 years. I was not given this information.

                    I wrote a mail to them on 23rd november, i just received an acknowledgement, but after that there was no revert.

                    This company hides relevant information. They lure customers to make payment, once the payment is made, then is the time, when the customer comes to know about terms and conditions, that's how they trap the customers.

                      It’s been like 6 month i bought a car from car24 since that day i’m call that executive for documents and rc transfer he’s not responding to my calls. I don’t even have a single document of my car and on top that that guys charged my 8000 rs extra for purchasing this car. I tried calling the customer care number several time but they are not taking any action. They are just interested if i’m selling or purchasing any car. For me personally it’s seem like a big scam they just want money from selling and purchasing cars once it’s done they just forgets you. +[protected] number for that executive.

                        Hi team,

                        I have bought hr29aq1621 car 2 month back from cars24 with the assigned rm (Surender singh) who has left the job 1.5 month back and was in touch with me. I got to know when mail was not delivered on his mail id. I complained the same to cars24. They assigned new person rajat mehta and ankit. They are also delaying the process by making unusual demands like you have to visit to collect papers and sign papers. They have not provided me any receipt of car delivery and i have paid rs. 6500 to cars24. No reciept has been provided to me yet.

                        Is it, how the company work? Without any process. Previous rm even did not take proper signs on documents of seller. When i am asking to get the completed process asap, they are telling me their demands on daily basis like we will not visit you. You have to visit us to handover the documents and sign the document in their office.

                        Is there someone in the company who can take the ownership of this rc transfer task.

                          Here i wish to say that i have sold my car and completed all the docs at the time of stocking of my car, on 11th dec19 amarjeet called me up and her behavior was extremely disappointing she was talking to like anything, even she was so rude on call and demanding for some new documents like rent agreement, as i told him that this was my approx 8 years old address and i dont have any proof than she threaten me that you have to give the same else i will stop you party peshi amount of 10000/-, permanently.
                          Really i hope selling car through cars24 was my biggest mistake as i am a branch head in a government bank and your executive was treating me like i am her peon, i have recording of calls if you require i can share the same.

                          I would like to request pls take necessary action and confirm the same.

                            I have sold my car (Maruthi celerio) in the month of may'2019 and it's been more than 180 days still car registration is not yet transfered.

                            I have called many times to cars24 customer care and raised the ticket but none of them are giving proper response and customer care executive saying that my car is not yet solded and my car is in cars24 inventory.

                            Recently i got a penalty (Attached the image of penalty from traffic police) on my car which is at bhongir for not having seat belt. Luckily in that penalty traffic police have mentioned the phone number of the person who had driven my car.

                            I have called that person and got to know that he buy my on 18th nov, 2019 and waiting for transfer of ownership which is pending from cars24 end.

                            Can i know the status of the transfer of ownership.

                            It's more than 45 days. You have yet refunded 299/- I have made payment on 17th October. Than as Valuation got cancelled, it is mentioned on your site, refund will be initiated in 15 days. Hoping for refund asap
                            It is really surprising that RC has not been transferred yet as my Car has been sold on 04/02/2021 and today is 27/09/2021 = 230 days already crossed and required reason for not yet transferring as I need NOC immediately.

                            I sold my care Maruti Wagner AP 10 AG 5701 to you on March 2nd this year. Till date my RC is not transferred. I am a patient of slip disk having undergone spine surgery in 2019. As per my doctors advice I have to travel only by four wheelers. Further I am a practicing advocate and my profession demands me to travel to different courts each day. Due your your delay in transfer of my RC I am unable to buy a new car, and it is causing a lost of hardship to me both health wise and professionally. I made several call to your customer care line, but failed to receive a assuring or satisfactory reply from them.

                            Request your good self to take consideration on my health factor and arrange for the transfer of my RC at the earliest.

                              I brought a car through cars24 on 13th october and it’s been more than 45 days i am waiting for transfer documents. I brought car from tathavade, pune branch.
                              The worst service i have experienced ever. I brought it cars24 because ease of documents transfer but now no one is responding from branch. Your branch employee not either doing his job and telling he his on leave. Is he only one working for cars24 in entire pune.

                                Went for evaluation of my swift ldi on monday i. E. On 25.11.19 and got a price of 275000 rs and i opted for payment after 72 hours. I then submitted the car on tuesday i. E. On 26.11.19 and i was promised that the money would be reaching my account within 72 hours. It been now more than 72 hours and still there is no information of the same. Nobody in the cars24 also knows when the money will be reimbursed.

                                Also, on the final documents given by cars24, its clearly stated that the amount has to be deposited in the customers account within 72 hours.

                                It's actually not a good thing on the part of cars24 to do. Also i would urge everyone to opt for instant payment to become risk free on the payments part.

                                Please solve the issues asap without any further delay or i have to take further legal action.

                                  I had sold my honda city car at your noida sector 6 centre. I had completed all the formalities required from my end before leaving for canada. They withheld 25000 for a party peshi and noc on letter head. We completed df he party peshi by physically presenting ourselves at the registration office through the agent suggested by your office. We also submitted the noc on the computer generate letter head of the bank duly signed by their chief manager.
                                  The employee who dealt with us for this process ms neha is not picking up our phone to give response to the above issues.

                                    On 26 Nov 2019 i hv bid for Mahindra XUV500 W10 car make-2016 with listed price Rs.1, 00, 000/- (One lakh) than i contact sells representative they said to me that their mistake to listing price of car 1 Lakh instead of 10 Lakh... I had blind trust over cars24 bcoz i m regular visitor & previous customer of Cars24... they had talk with me very insultingly and they advice to me for use my common sence... So i want to ask to cars24 that where was gone its common sence during price listing of aforesaid car...I asked them over phone that i will complaint to superior about your behaviour to customer but he replied that he is only superior and he denied also give his mobile number to me...he also said that he is available at all branches of cars24 as a superior of cars24...recording of talk with him is also available in my phone...How can he talk like this on behalf of cars24 with any customers???                                       These cars24 service/ sales team keep calling me for commercial purpose even after the message of not interested is conveyed them so many times. These fellows call me every day, sometimes 2-3 times in a day, this simply indicates that they have to bother the consumers. So the management of cars24 have to take necessary action to stop these repetitive/ irrelevant/ unnecessary/ mentally harassing calls otherwise i have to take legal advise to sort out the problem
