I am very dissatisfied from cars 24 services.
I sold out my tata tiago vehicle (Dl11ca 7350) to rohini branch of cars 24.

I m very highly dissatisfied due to illegal work done by rohini branch of cars 24..


I request to you plz help me out in this worst situtaton.

My dissatisfaction reason is i sold my on the date of 1st nov 2019. My dealing person name was aakash and suryakant. After sold out my vehicle mr. Aakash called me in the eve and said to me ur noc hold by bank side. I committed to aakash, i will take my policy from bank and handover to you. Due to noc rejection, yesterday i went to cars 24 dealer for cancelled my deal but they said this deal can not be cancel but mr. Umang (Sales peraon) mail to cars 24 team then thoes person reply this car is sold out on the date 6th nov


Plz tell me what i do

I have only received 1000 token payment.

Dear all,

I purchased a car and taken delivery on 17 nov 2019. I didn't received duplicate key for this car and i found some issue in this car which was neither shared with me not it was mention in car report. I have attached pic for your reference even i have informed to karan on 23 nov but i did not received a proper response till time even i have called to customer care on 23 nov 2019, her name is sonia who has punch my issue but she didn't shared any acknowledgement regarding the same.

Request to you all kindly help me regarding the same otherwise i have to take help consumer forum.

With disgust, i am complaining about the unprofessional, and uncouth behavior of your staff and your self centric policies. You currently are cheating me of rs 10000 by not doing party peshi.

Details - i sold my car on 6th april, 2019 in your noida center. I was told that rs 10, 000/- will be paid after 2 months, once party peshi is over. I patiently waited and was everytime told it will take more time.in sept/19 i was finally told that you guys had tried to contact me, and since i did not respond, the money will not be paid now.
Your manager arun, and neha have been of absolutly no use. They just kept putting the blame on yur head office. Your customer toll free no also kept saying the same.

I have 2 questions for you

1. If i am called for party peshi, and knowing that i stand to get my 10, 000 rs, why will i not go for party peshi?

2. Why have you till date failed to provide me even one proof that you have tried to contact me through which source and when? Is there any mail, or call recording or anything else to that effect.

Companies like yours, unfortunately dont survive too long. Rather then advertising, look at ways of ensuring customer satisfaction.
This cheating will not take you anywhere.

I await your responce at the earliest, failing which i will take legal course

Hello,

I sold my santro xing to cars24 and they provide me wrong information and deducted lots of money which they don't have any proof.
1) they deducted my rs 1180 for instant payment which i didn't asked and they proceed and deducted that amount from my agreed sold amount.
2) my insurance is active and still they deducted rs 1180 and said your insurance expired without any proof checking and defining the policy.
3) i already sold my car on 12th november and taken the token amount and convinced to give car on sunday i. E. On 17th november and they agreed on it but still they deducted rs 1180.

Request you to check and return my amount asap or else i will share this fraut case publicly.

I sold my car, Zen bearing number DL3CAJ 2381 to Cars 24 as scrap in the month of Aug, 19, at Noida Sector -73 branch. When I did not get the scrap proof I enquired the branch. After few reminders, one of the consultant there told that he has raised a ticked for the query. On continuous follow-up to my utter surprise I came to know that car was not scrapped but was sold to somebody else with the following detail. Now:
1. At the time of sale it was categorically told that resale of the car is not possible as it has out lived its legal age . So I was misguided.
2. It is possible to sale the car to cars 24, as scrap at the scrap value only.
3. When the car would be scrapped (within one month of sale), I would get the proof of car being scrapped.
4. Now, I find car is sold & transferred to somebody else without my consent.
This is not acceptable, I have been witing mails to their cutomer care but no reply is received as of now. Have registered a complaint on their portal with reference number as 202141 against appointment # [protected] dt 04.08.19.

I opted for finance through cars24 for 1.6 lakhs. The amount credited to seller was only 1.51 lakhs. An amount of 5000 was charged by cars 24 with the following breakup. Rto charges - rs 3500, hypothecation charges - rs 1500.
About rto charges, before buying the car i was told that the rto charges would be extra and that would cost rs 2000. But now they have charged rs 3500. This is totally unacceptable.in addition, i am charged rs 1500 as hypothecation charges. This, i was not at all informed about. This is totally unprofessional service to deduct the amount right at the end without prior information. I want clarity on why the rto charges are being changed and not given receipt for and why i was not informed about the hypothecation charge before.

Cars24 is the biggest fraud company in india. And i will never recommend to anyone to visite car 24 worst services they taking just money for everthing..

I visite car 24 branch in mayur vihar phase 1 new delhi, they review my car and upload on car 24 website and after that one person like my car who want to but this so car 24 employ called me and inform me. Car wegnor dl2can3787

And they sell my car on 13 september and i submited noc and all other documents to them on september but till date today i haven't receive my money back and i call to neeraj sehgal

He is massage me wrong number and latter on lady pick call and said neeraj sehgal left the job..

Who said he is working but from company side it was default all number was disconnect some number..

I m going to take legal action on car 24.

I have purchased an i10 magna car (Dl 8c t 8585) from cars24.com on 26 oct 2019 in 1, 49, 000. As per the cars24 inspection report, the car is in very good condition.
We have purchased that car after a day car's gear liver got failed, engine oil is missing, smoke from the silencer, the full car was painted, and even i was not able to drive for a single day. that car was in a buyback warranty and don't want to keep that car, i want refund but they are denying to refund.

They give statement "trust on our inspection reports" we inspect cars from more than 100 parameters. Why we have paid 8000 services charges and for what? their staff parth raj, piyush, ankit ahuja and geetanjali has given me false infromation and tried to mislead.
We have mailed them regrading this issue every next day, i got this response"we have forwarded your issue to the concern team, we will get back to you shortly" but they have stopped responding now even ours calls.

Their inspection report is totally fake and cars24 is the biggest cheater.
I will never ever recommend people to buy cars from cars24.

I need your help in this regards.

I sold my car to cars 24 indore annpurna branch at first meeting before selling the vehicle they are making tons of phone call insisting me to sell vehicle than after making a deal they applied a hard charge that if we cancel a deal we have to pay them 5000 rs and before deal is done they promised to credit the amount of vehicle in 24 hrs than after deal they turned to 48 hrs and customer is now helpless that they can’t even cancel the deal and then the said about instant payment for instance payment also they are charging 1000 rs that also they didn’t committed before deal and now 48 hrs after deal still my money didn’t came kindly help me shutting down this fraud company from indore thankyou

Issue: Fake Commitment & Not transferred the RC to My Name.

I had purchased the Car(Hyundai Verna-DL5CE-5038 on June 26 2019.
I had Paid the full Amount car as they asked for and given the RC Transfer Amount which was Rs.5000. They asked me we will give you the new RC at your door step as I have given the Rs.1000 extra for that. They Promised you will get the RC within 30-45 days as per Govt time duration but Today is 30th October'19 already passed 4 Months but till date I have not received the RC or any status from them.

In Cars 24 there is 1 Employee his name is Gurpal Singh, He cheated me and I have messaged & Called him many many times but he never given the any update or take the follow up with his team. I have all proof on my What's APP where I asked him for follow up but never revert me.

One more thing as per Cars 24 they check the car condition before sell it but When I got the car and went of from there warehouse and same day my Car got Car Clutch Failure where I complaint him on same day and he did not helped me( And I spend Around 12000 ). As a women I am in very trouble with them due to Cars 24 and Mentally Torture due to Cars24 and Mr.Gurpal Singh.Till date I spend the lot of money in the car as Car was in very poor condition.

there are many other small tools are in bad condition so I don't know what they inspect in the car and how they show to the customer it is in good condition,

Personally I want to ask to Website promoters. Mr.MS Dhoni, nawazuddin siddiqui, Mandira Bedi & Boman Irani Do not promote the Cars 24 for some amount. As Money is not important for you, important is your Image in the Market which is going down day by day. Please wake up and do not misguide to the customer as we are your fan.

I want justice as I am Indian Women.

I had sold my car to cars24 in the month of july 2018. Even after one year, rc transfer to the buyer is not completed. I have made several enquiries over phone and email but there is no response from cars24. You are promoting in a big way in tv ads that rc transfer will be hassle free, but in reality it is not the same. I saw similar cases in consumer complaint forum. Requestto take up this issue with cars24 to expedite the process of rc transfer.

I financed a car car from cars24 in sept 2019 and they sent a pdf file with all the details of loan amount and charges which totaled to rs. 296000. I agreed on it and deal was finalized. On the last of paperwork, when i had to get the delivery of car, i noticed that the loan amount was increased to rs.304500. When i spoke to the finance guy about the increased rs8500 he said that it is for gps that they are installing in the car. I declined to pay for it as i never asked for it and i was not told about these additional 85000, it was not even mentioned in the email and pdf document that was shared with me earlier. That finance guy and his manager, himanshu, spoke to me on the phone and assured that my rs.8500 would be reimbursed in a couple of days and i should sign the document as the load was approved on amount of 304500 and any revision will take lots of time. I signed the papers and now i am waiting for the refund for last 2 months. They just kept making false promises for 1 month and then stopped responding to my calls and messages. This is one of the worst experience i had and i am planning to go to consumer court now as i have all the proofs to prove that i was never told about the 8500 in our conversation and emails and they duped me of 8500 wrongly.

Very very worst service from cars24.. There is no customer support team to handle queries.

I car loan closed on oct 15th and my NOC was issued to cars24 delhi office on oct 17th. But till now i am not get any update for NOC amount release. I have visited chennai head office and porur branch multiple times.

This is my second complaint.. Planning to file a complaint in consumer court.

I request all car owners dont go with cars24. Very fast service in selling our car and getting money from us... Once we sold our car we have to begging.

Party peshi was done on 19th July and the car was transferred to the new owner post which I was supposed to receive the remaining Rs.10, 000 ; It was supposed to be paid in 10 days or 120 days from the sale in May. Both timelines have passed and after 10 phone calls and spending hours, the amount has still not been paid.

The Customer Service team says its with the backend team and they dont know what is happening. SO no one in the company is bothered to do anything about it - I mean does anyone even care about paying up the money?

I have sold my car to car24 in 14th oct 2018 (Mh02 ap 8298). Appointment id is [protected].
Till the date my car rc was not got transferred by them (After more than one year). Surprisingly car24 vendor called us in the month of july 2019 and informed me that they have lost the rc book and said we have to apply for the duplicate rc. But car24 haven't informed to on this.
Later we approached car24 & they called for the duplicate rc book at vashi rto on 20th july 2019. But till the date we haven't received duplicate rc. Iam calling regularly to car24 offices (Vashi, thane, gurgaon), every time neither they lift the call or irresponsible response by different staff. This is one of the worst experience i had in my life. Still awaiting response by them (After more than one year). Car24 is not a professional organization with my experience.

Dear sir i sell my car on 27 august at ur pitampura delhi office by third party department. My car no dl8cax7363 till today car not transfer and so much mail i send and so many talk with customer care but no response by any one that what status of car transfer pls solve the problem. I contact with ur office also but not response till today not receive e recipt.

Delivered my car dl 3cbm 7023 almost 10 days back now with a price committed. Now i have been chasing them over calls and in person, no redressal. They should ideally be updating me, however i haven’t heard once from them. On top of that, if i call them 50 times, it will be once that they will answer. Alongside, they are will showcase that they are busy and will call back soon that never happens.
Just got a mail from them to take your car back as they are not able to sell it. What utter nonsense it is. First, i don’t know what have they done to my old car in these 2 weeks; second, because they confirmed it sale, i paid advance for a new car - are they going to reimburse that loss to me?
Is someone responsible going to take charge of it or else i am reaching out to consumer court.

Ticket no 186643. No resolution even after 12 days. Delivery note sent to your email proving delivery happened in 12 oct. Why even after 2-3 escalation done by your phone customer care in ticket#186643 no back end team respond to him?. I sent the delivery note to customer care email clarifying car delivered on 12th, money transfer took more than 24hrs and still no instant payment charge refund as promised by your executives.

Car sold on 1 may 2019 but amount still not paid. Car no ch01 bc6329. Pathetic service. Just visiting them again and again. Balance amount is still pending inspite of having car sold 6 months back. My father has already visited many times on behalf of me, but still same lame excuses. Totally fed up. Already complained so many times but still nothing done.
