Mohita working as sales manager in your cars 24 branch near rohini west metro station dealed my car and priced my car at rs 120000 but i only received 110000 its been over two month now but your sales manager mohita and akshay have been neglecting my call and did not talked to me properly and in non ethical way that i am afraid to visit the ahowroom again please help me out

I sold my car in cars24 jadavpur branch on 12-july-2019. The appointment id is [protected]. The car price was estimated to be rs. 1 lakh and 60 thousand. I was promised, after delivery of my car, i will receive the payment within 2 or 3 days. I delivered the car on 15-july-2019. I'm yet to receive the payment even after 3 weeks. I have followed up with cars24 multiple times. I have raised a ticket in the customer care support on 01-july-2019...

I sold my Wagon R car through Cars24 on 21-Jun and paid Rs 3000 service charges on 22-jun. As per the representatives of Cars 24, they have mentioned that they will take care of RC transfer with additional charge on Rs 2000. Accordingly, I was asked to pay Rs 2000 on 24-Jun and submitted my original RC on same day; I was promised that in a week's time, they will take care of it.

We finalized our deal with cars24 of our alto car at the rate of inr36000 they took the car intially we received 11000 and then inr10000 by after that nothing for a long time we contacted the executive who worked at the nearest cars24 center at first he told us it will take some time after that again no contact we again contacted him but now no response we complained on cars24 helpline no everytime all we hear is we will look into that matter....

I have booked with advance payment from car24 on 11th july and take delivery on 16th july buyer and car24 agent (Gaurav-gurgaon) and his boss sukhvinder asked me 3000rs more to pay buyer (I have a car24 invoice of this deal) still i have made payment. I booked an appointment for 2 cars paying 600 rs for 11 am on 28th July. Until 12 pm no one showed up and then the person called and told me that he has not even started. This is very poor service from cars 24.

After calling 3-4 times also they could not resolve the issue and kept transferring me from one department to the other. They expect consumers to wait all day just to wait for them inspire or charging 600 rs....
