This is suganthan form chennai, i have sell my car grandi10 through cars24 in porur branch at the time my customer relationship manager has hold the amount of rs.20000/- and he asked its for hold back amount of registration.

But now the person has not picking my call and create more strees for me.

Person from cars24 collected noc from bank on october 15th but till date hold amount not credited. No one is picking my call.. When i visited branch they ask me to speak with sales person mr. Senthil. He said person who colleceted noc was in dengue fever not received ur noc in branch. What bullish reply from him. I have fighted with hdfc zonal head to get closure approval and closed as soon as possible.

Kindly revert and refund my amount immediately.

Me R B verma and yash from cars24 assisted me to sell my car with buyer manoj joishi but I didn't received ft full payment of car and now they are saying we will not pay.everybody is denying for payment and R B is simply saying do whatever you can do.

    Recently i have purchased swift vxi with cng from cars 24 after the executive showed me the ratings of the car. It's in all area rated as 4 including engine. But i recently found the one of the cylinder was not working and it was an issue from long. I have to pay rs 20000 to get it done. I feel that i have been duped for showing wrong ratings. I regret purchasing car from cars24

      Had booked an appointment for a home visit evaluation at 10 am today, no one turned up.. I thought there could be some error so called, i was told i will be given a call back in 15 minutes, no one called, since then i made 6 phone calls and each time was told some one would call back. If you are charging rs 299 for home visit then can cars24 be professional enough to at least call back?? I had to travel by uber the whole day as the car was waiting under my house for evacuation? Will you guys pay the uber fare for the day for your unprofessional behaviour?? Its very sad that i thought cars 24 would be able to help me. But it was more of a mental trauma dealing with cars 24.
      Would like a refund of the rs 299 that i paid. Hope this reaches somewhere and not like the phone calls which cannot be trusted.

            I sold my car on 01may 2019 and till date rc has not been transferred nor the balance payment has been credited. My father (Senior citizen) who has made several visits but to no solution.
            Your organisation works like a government department, just running from pillar to post.
            Truly irritated by pathetic service. Just made a blunder i believe my selling car to cars24. Car no ch01 bc6329

              I contacted many times through phone and mail to cars24 representative but did not receive any positive response from them. I bought car from them but it's more than 2 months now but still waiting for my rc which supposed to be transferred with 45 days. Every time i contacted to cars 24 representatives they told me that will get back to you but later no response from them. I am writing this complaint now in hope of positive response.                 Hi,

                I came here on 8th of oct 2019 for my car's evaluation and i feel like that it was a biggest mistake of my life. Before contacting cars24, i heard a lot that about its ethics and the quality of service they deliver to their customers, but i'd reluctant to agree to any of their guidelines. Here is the exact chronology of events till date:

                5th oct'19:
                I received the appointment id: [protected] and appointment booked for 8th oct 2019. This was online and i received the acknowledgement via text message

                8th oct'19:
                1. I visited cars24 office located at fbd nit. As per process, i was given a token for car inspection which they started in 10-15 mins (Not an issue with me as this is the process i could easily see that).

                2. Inspection took almost 40-50 mins and they did a complete health check of car. Much impressed with the process.

                3. As soon as the inspection got completed, the health check report was flown for the auction (I was told its a process that normally takes 25 mins.)

                4. After 25 mins, i was called for the discussion around auction's output and further process if the price interests me.

                5. With all the auction output and final price negotiation, i decided to sell my car to cars24 and hence given them the heads up.

                6. Now comes the interesting point, with my go ahead to their confirmation on locking the deal, no where in between anybody told me about payment timelines. I was only told that the deal is valid for 3 working days during which i had to arrange all the papers in case if missing any. Failing this will result in penalty of rs. 500 per day after the three working days. Another thing told was in case of deal cancellation from my side will lead to penalty of rs. 5000. With all this clauses, a commitment was also given that payment will be done instantly once the documents are submitted.

                7. On the same day, with all above discussion, i along with cars24 realized that a couple of documents (Address proof and bank noc etc.) were missing to which i agreed to submit the next day and i left.

                9th oct'19:

                1. I visited again with the pending documents, gave them all the document and i was told to leave as the payment will be delivered in my bank account in next 48 hours. Trust me, i felt like that i have been cheated as the commitment was to make the payment instantly.

                2. I raised the concern with cars24 officer there and he simply denied and told me that in case of instant payment there is a separate process which will again cost me money.

                3. The behavior of the officer i met there was also not customer oriented.

                4. Finally, i had to call their team lead to sort out the matter for me. He shown some level of sympathy and tried to sort the matter however it was too late by that time for him to coordinate with different stakeholders and get the work done for me.

                5. While the lead was trying to help me, he found out a mistake done by the officer on 5th oct which added delay to the process.

                Questions arise:
                1. Why the officer on 5th oct make false commitments and silly mistakes while doing his work?
                2. The price offered to me on 5th oct by officer was denied by other officer on very next day. This implies that the staff is not in sync
                3. The officer on 9th oct committed that the previous officer dealing a day before does these kind of mistakes very often and usually gets a hit on his salary too.
                4. The lead of the staff office committed that they do false commitments to meet their targets.

                Final output, its consequences & my feedback:
                1. The staff is only sales oriented and least bothered about customer satisfaction.
                2. With all their false commitments, wrong data entries and their focus around sales, i had to waste two days, had to take leaves from office resulting in my salary deduction.
                3. On the top of my salary deduction, i had a commitment at home to get a new car which was only possible with cars24 payment. I'd just say that you can buy car any day but some days are special in family and comes once a year. That day has gone for this year, i haven't got the payment. Still struggling with cars24.
                4. No one from the staff in discussion has courtesy to at least give call back to customers with such cases and update them upfront with the progress.

                With all the above listed factors, i would not recommend any car buyer/seller to contact cars24 as the staff sitting there are simply illiterate, least bother about their customers, their emotions and to the commitments they do while locking the deals for them. I'd simply call them frauds. They are the monkeyshines doing cheating with their own business and customers. Never ever visit to them.

                  Hi, my name is alwyn charles n i sold my car on 6th sep 2019 in agra cars24 sikandra branch n the name of the agent there is richa singh who assisted me in selling my car. They said they will force close my car loan n give me the remaining money. I hv got only 1 lakh n remaining 2.30 lakh is still wd them n they have not cleared my loan n it's more than a month. It's a big fraud n no one at the agra branch is ready to help me. Whenever i call them they just said it will take another 2 days n now they are not even replying. 2.30 lakhs is a big amount n my car is also with them. Please help me i wanna file a case against cars24 n i wamt my money it's urgent. Please help me. I don't know what to do. I have all the documents that i have sold my car to cars24.

                      We had booked a home inspection on 8th July after I read in their blog that they scrap cars and take care of all formalities. The assigned executive called and asked us if we completed all RTO formalities. We said no but your blog mentioned you do all this. He said no and we asked to cancel and get us our refund. He said he will cancel. We called the next day and found out he never informed the company about the home inspection cancellation. They said I will receive a refund in 15 working days. NO REFUND. I called to their customer care, they said 2-3 days. NO REFUND. I called again. They said 1-2 days. NO REFUND. I called again and one call center executive said I will get a refund but do not know when. I was furious. I complained on their consumer complaint cell. They asked for my appointment id. I updated the complaint with the id as I don't have Twitter account. I wrote on their FB page as well asking for refund. NO REACTION. I CALL NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL ESCALATE THIS ISSUE OR WILL REFUND IN 1-2 DAYS. I asked to speak with their team lead two times and I was told he is not available.Of all numerous calls for mere Rs.299 I yelled at them twice. One executive told me she will personally see to it I receive the amount. Next time I got her, she said as I didn't receive it, I may do as I wish. One executive told me to send an E-mail to your mail id. Sent it. NO RESPONSE. It going to be three months in a few days and still they are not refunding my amount. I called this Saturday and they said I will receive the amount on Monday. Today, i.e, Tuesday evening, I called again and I yelled as I was running out of patience asking them for my money. They are not refunding my money which is a mere Rs.299. Callous attitude of the company. I have respectfully spoken to all executives through numerous calls I made to your call centre over three months. I waited for the given designated time and called. And I yell one time and your executive tell me to be professional. I understand it is the company fault but as a person calling for more than two months repeatedly and seeking a solution...none is forthcoming. No resolution is being given at all. How long do you think a person will wait for their own money?? Do you want the customer to beg for their own money??

                      I did post this complaint before. As we don't have Twitter, we can't DM you. I have anyway updated the complaint with ticket and appointment id. Yet no resolution to that.

                        I bought hyundai xcent from cars 24 on 8th sept 2019. Before buying the car i checked any pending challan on this car and found there was a challan pending on this car. The challan was issued on 21 may 2019 for improper parking. Clearly the challan was issued around 4 months before i bought the car. I informed about this challan to te sales team and they told me that the challan will be cleared during rc transfer and transport authority will not transfer if there is ant chalan pending. However on 25th sept i got the rc transferred on my name and i got it through post. When i check the challan, it was still there, unpaid. Why even after informing them, cars 24 did not clear the challan.
                        Please clear it asap.

                          I sold my car eon 2018 model to cars 24 at kukatpally branch of hyderabad in july. After nearly 2 months, they released a part payment. Now 10000 rs is still held back. They are saying that noc certificate did not have my signature. I signed it dually on saturday - 28th sep 2019 on the promise that the remaining amount will be released on sunday. But till now they have not released it. Their manager mr mustafa is taking me on a ride for the past 2 months and now also he is saying that the amount will be released in couple of hours. But i doubt him. Please help me. And to people who would like to sell to cars24 i advise them to go to olx rather than cars 24.

                            I sold my car early july 19 through ctoc cars24 car no mh43l3732 still rc transfer not done i sold it to mr laxman thevar through cars 24 c to c employee mr harish now they are not picking up my phone

                            This is not as per advertisement of free rc transfer mr majid [protected] is also not replying

                            What about risk to me as seller pf the car can i put a police complaint?

                              I sold my car honda jazz 2015 on 26.09.2019 at cars24's malleshwaram office in bangalore at a very low price of rs. 3.56 lakhs only because their highly publicized "instant payment" was promised. They initiated the imps payment (Apparently) but payment was not processed due to "time out". Till now, after nearly two days, i am waiting for payment and they are saying all sorts of things. They have not even re-initiated a payment process, yet to my knowledge. They have taken the car but they have not paid, despite the promise, how can this be a legit business practice?

                                I have two (Or) three weeks before installed the cars 24 app in my phone. I uploaded the my own car images and price details everything for selling purpose. I regularly update the cars 24 apps. Recently my phone is hang off. So what happen suddenly my phone is problems to formatted. That time i installed new apps also be deleted including cars 24apps also be.

                                Recently i have received one message in my phone. My car selling place & date, timing all details received. But i didn't attend that date. After one week another message one received.

                                The cars 24 app directly send the message. Cars 24 app message send for your car sold (Or) not. If you sold means your login the to mention the sold the word.

                                Note :
                                My problems is my phone to formatted. The cars 24 apps is deleted my phone automatically. How can i operated. Please clarify my solution for this.

                                I will waiting & same login to i operated my cars 24 apps. I urgent to sold the car immediately. Pls help me.

                                  Almost 7months now i ma driving car on first owner name only,
                                  I have been challaned by traffic police as well as all orignal kept by cars24 for ownership transfer documents.
                                  I am following with cars24 through call centre or email id but no solution till now.

                                  Cars24 has not taken any action till now and problem still existing

                                  The common tag line cars24 used is "hi! We have shared your details with the concerned team. They will get in touch with you shortly" but later nobody contact even cars24 team members didn't respond to my call or msg.

                                  At last i have to visit there office in udyog vihar, gurgaon on 08/09/2019 and met with shashank-[protected], ankit-[protected], ashish ahuja[protected] and they assured my the issue will be resolved in 07-10days and now no are silent.

                                  Almost 07months now i am facing traffic challans due to original rc unavilability. Why should i bear the challans due to delay in cars24.

                                    Hello
                                    I had booked appointment for inspection at my place and paid your 299 inr
                                    Appointment was scheduled for friday dated 20/09/2019 at 12 pm.
                                    Same day i got mail that card24 representative will be at my place within 1 hour.
                                    Whenever i called to there toll free number i get same answers from them that my complaint is under process and they will let me know.
                                    Till date no one came, no one respond and rescheduled my appointment.

                                      I have purchase a car from cars 24 with insurance. Cars24 also provide receipts
                                      For the same but now they denies for my car insurance which is already payed.
                                      I have all slip and cars24 payment receipt but not get response from last one month. Request you to please take a action against cars24. If need document and receipts then please confirm

                                        I sold my car nissan micra car to cars24 on 16th september. Firstly, i was never told that money could be credited same day option. I was told it will be a deferred payment and it would be credited in 2-3 days. I called up customer care on 19th and they said money would be credited on 19th itself. Same thing happened on 20th and 21st too. Now they have raised a ticket and said complaint call back would be done asap. But, nothing has happened till now.in 1 week payment hasn't been done so should i say that cars24 is a cheat company and has stolen the car for free. If this is so, let me know and i will file a case against cars24.
