Hello
I had booked appointment for inspection at my place and paid your 299 inr
Appointment was scheduled for friday dated 20/09/2019 at 12 pm.
Same day i got mail that card24 representative will be at my place within 1 hour.
Whenever i called to there toll free number i get same answers from them that my complaint is under process and they will let me know.
Till date no one came, no one respond and rescheduled my appointment.

    I have purchase a car from cars 24 with insurance. Cars24 also provide receipts
    For the same but now they denies for my car insurance which is already payed.
    I have all slip and cars24 payment receipt but not get response from last one month. Request you to please take a action against cars24. If need document and receipts then please confirm

      I sold my car nissan micra car to cars24 on 16th september. Firstly, i was never told that money could be credited same day option. I was told it will be a deferred payment and it would be credited in 2-3 days. I called up customer care on 19th and they said money would be credited on 19th itself. Same thing happened on 20th and 21st too. Now they have raised a ticket and said complaint call back would be done asap. But, nothing has happened till now.in 1 week payment hasn't been done so should i say that cars24 is a cheat company and has stolen the car for free. If this is so, let me know and i will file a case against cars24.

        Hello there as i came today for appointment to nagole lb nagar branch as there is no proper support from executive akber as he told that owner must be there while bidding as per my information to you that my father is owner of the car after bidding if the deal is okey i will call to my father but spoked rudely as he said that you go and complaint to higher authorities i don't bother about it this the way you guys calling and taking appointment while going to place there is no proper response and nothing worest service i have ever seen...

          I have sold the my car to cars24 at their anna nagar branch chennai. They withheld 20000 at the time of sale saying since the vehicle is registered in other state they will pay this amount in 48 hrs post confirmation from their operation team based at their head office. But now they are refusing to pay 10000 in the name of party pesi and have written that they have given multiple reminders which i never received.

            It looks like this is my biggest mistake to bought a care from cars 24 its been 4 months & company havn't done rc transfer as yet after paying 4000 to company & 4000cash there agent.

            Person who made this deal doesnt pick up his phone whole day i trying his nos. But they don't bother as they got money.

            Would suggest everyone not to buy car from them.

              I have shown creta car by cars 24 with their inspection report with 4 & 5 stars with premium price. Car was shown in night & it was appearing good condition with low mileage around 11, 000 kms. They assured me this is best car & highly rated /certified car with buy back guarantee. They asked me to pay immediately token amount rs11, 000 to seller & also asked me to pay rs 10, 000 immediately as their charges informing me that this car is with buy back guarantee. Later they informed its not with buy back guarantee as per their system. I requested to check with mechanic & agency service history which also they agreed to provide. They sent me receipt in night in 1 hour mentioning its non-refundable which was not known to me.

              Next day morning when i taken car to agency, we noticed that this car was met with an accident & major accident repair. Then i informed cars 24 i can not go ahead by paying premium price for such a major accident repair car. After witnessing this history n agency, their pune office also agreed to refund my service charges & taken my bank details. Based on their commitment i bought new creta to avoid risk again. One fine day i got email from their head office saying as per their policy they can not refund service charges. They are telling buyer is backed out. I am fighting to get my refund almost for for 1 month. This is ridiculous & cheating & snatching our hard earned money. I am still fighting & will take next action & take case to consumer court if i do not receive refund in next few days.

              My question is why cars 24 should retain service charge 10, 000 for showing me major accident car which is not identified by their inspection team & not informed to me earlier. I am not at fault & not backed out. Why should i pay this for their mistake? I went to cars 24 by paying service charges since its their responsibility to get good & major accident free car. Otherwise there are various free car buying platforms. Why we need cars 24 then?

              I am totally disappointed with their services & hope they will take fair action if they bother to read this & if they care their customers.

              No body from Cars 24 approached me on this complaint post. their Pune office says we agree to refund but their Gurugram office not approving. Customer is getting dodged between 2 offices with no result. This is really frustrating. I have prrofs of acceptance to refund since its not my fault but I dont understand why their Gurugram office should keep it on hold?

              Cars24 not interested to resolve this complaint. They are just interested to take advance from customers without giving them services which they promise. They still retained my advance for showing accident car. They asked me to provide proof of accident. I obtained report from agency & sent them. But still they says they can not refund advance as per their company policy. They have fantastic company policy, take advance from customers informing they give accident free & best certified cars & later retain advance of customers with them even cars are major accident & faulty ...

                I sold my car at the indirapuram branch in march 2017 and was told the rc transfer would be done soon and details shared to me by cars24. Even after more than 2 years now, it has not been done and the car shows in my name. I got a ticket created through the customer care representative on 11th september but it was marked close without resolution. This is completely unacceptable and against why i went to cars24. Just by pitching mr dhoni for your ads will not help if the service offered is like this. Please get the rc transferred asap and share the details with me.

                  Good evening sir/ madam
                  I have member of car24 has for the past one year. I have taken 12 cars for them each an every cars i have faced lot's of problems from cars24 & 3 to 4 cars i have returned back to cars24 mismatch report & flood cars. If the dealer down the mistake means the cars24 will debit around 5000 to 10000 rs to the dealer, but if you're side down any mistakes there nothing been debited & after cancellation the car refund amount will credit after 3 to 4 day even 5days super company policy

                    I have purchased this car through Car 24, have made full payment 1on
                    4.9.19, the car I have purchased, I have brought on the same day, days, first I was told that Rs.8000.00 deposited by me on24th Aigust, in the I was asked again to deposit 4000.00 AS REGIISTRATION FEE FOR GETTING THE CAR TRANSFERRED IN MY NAME, about this I was not told before, , which I protested I was not told anything, on sheer frustration I told to your representative to pl. Give me the papers, for last 5 days, I am being told Doc Boy or I will come myself, but still the car is with me without papers, when I made the payment in one shot, is it a crime on my part?
                    Is this the Car 24 service, which is being provided to customer? Is this the marketing policy, no I do not believe this, few employees like these are maligning the image of CARS24

On call they are saying RC transferred but checking online status and via sending email to parivahan getting my details on RC.

I have checked it on govt website. As per their policy rc must be transferred within 45 days but its more than one year gone but till now rc has not been transferred. So pls help me in this matter.                         The cars 24 : (Allow me to introduce first... What we are being told so far!)

                        • this is the way or a platform to sell and buy a car, so that you can get the price you want in one visit.

                        Deceitfulness :

                        • they cheat with you and you don't know it is in the beginning

                        • they confuse you constantly... You should also know... How they’re do it :

                        1) first of all, they will tell you the importance of your possession and their own side

                        2) whether they have any person or not, but still you have to sit in huge amounts and wait for your turn (Fair enough... Possibility is there but)... But even when your number is there on the screen

                        3) hospitality : as soon as you go there, it looks like something is missing as if you are sitting there but you are not visible to anyone... No one asks for water

                        Self - styled :

                        1) some of your information is asked, an inspection of your vehicle is done... Then — -now after this, some important things are told to you which you may not have even expected... The inspecting mechanic there, in front of you, clear the actual picture of the car... Only then the reality comes to you that the information that has been communicated it to you about your car does not exist with officer present there... And from the information that you get from the officer present there, it seems that you may have brought some very useless vehicle to them. Because in one place his technician says that there are no defects in the car, it is in a completely new condition, and on the other hand, the existing officials conveyed that this car is going to be junk and that is with very worse condition and that all the [censored] happens in front of you simultaneously

                        2) you hardly ever faced all these things in your life that only then some few more self-styled things are waiting for you eagerly... After a few hours, the officials there tell you a quoted price of that car... According to them, they have found these prices by working hard on your car... Now that they have worked so hard, it becomes your right to know the price... After listening to the price that he says, you start feeling embarrassed and it seems that perhaps you have brought a junk car to him yet... Because the price that they tell is probably a junk...

                        3) suddenly they offered... What & how? —
                        Suddenly, maybe they feel pity on you and then they put your car on auction again... Then after a few hours have passed, a news comes that we have published your car pan india and they are putting full force on their side... And we will provide you the best price for your car... You have been sitting here since morning hungry and thirsty with the hope that these officers are working hard for you... But the amazing thing is that they have also done both their lunch and brunch in front of you... Now also know the price, if the price of your car is one rupee, then it increased to one point zero zero one... Means 1 to 1.001... Goodness’s... And onlyafter all that much amount of hard work

                        What makes sense...?_not that much ignoramus... Not yet!...

                        The cars 24

                        • does the customer feel so stupid today that you will make such a strips of his new thing in front of him and he will not understand anything.

                        • by taking his time, he comes to you in some way and you fool him like this

                        • despite working on such a big platform, you treat customers like that...

                        • in front of the customer, an officer of yours, by pointing to one of his boss, makes the price of the vehicle low and high.

                        • you are told that the auction is going on and on the other hand your officer takes your personal number and approaches you to meet outside.

                        • and after a few days, a dealer told by your officer meets you as a buyer. Which is confirmed suddenly, when it does not tell things properly and repeatedly tries to mislead things. And he knows all the things that was been happened between me and your officers only

                        • what is the very major and most important thing that will attracts the customers :
                        - the first thing that attracts customers towards this that is only your website
                        - because when the customer fills all his information by himself and truthfully, then he gets a price from his car according to today.
                        - and when the customer is clearly filling in all the information himself, he very well realizes what he is filling and why it is being filled.
                        - facts come to light when your officials don't even talk about those prices

                        • when the enrollment was done in may, the price was something and when it is done now, the prices are coming some other way. Give some importance to your website or your business has to be run by these thief officers and these corrupt officials.

                        Attached snap shots hopefully will clear the pictures of my actual car and her condition also the differences that comes while enrolling

                        I am now only escalating it to you and later on i will definitely approach consumer affairs and consumer court and social media too, i know that this will not even bother but someone has to... I am writing this because your officials have already threatened me and told me to go wherever you want to go.

                          We had booked a home inspection by paying rs.299 on 8th july 2019. It was paid online through debit card. The cars24 service person called and informed us that the customer has to complete all formalities required the rto inorder to scrap the car and that he won't be visiting for home inspection. He promised to cancel it and get us our refund. The next day i called for refund status and found out he never informed them about him cancelling the home inspection service. They said they will refund within 15 working days. Did not refund. Called again said 2-3 working days. Did bot refund. Called again. Said 1-2 days. Did not refund. Called again. Said they will surely refund but at the earliest. No timeline. Wrote on their facebook page. No response. Meanwhile kept getting 'reschedule appointment' mails abd messages for a number of days. I told them i will be forced to write to cars24 founders / approach consumer court. No response. Was told it is my right to do so. Worst company. If you cant refund rs.299, i wonder from where your business is expanding. Ate you duping hundreds of customers across india in this manner?

                            We sold our maruti suzuki dzire vdi in oct, 2018.
                            It has been almost 1 year now and we are still the owner of the car and someone else has been driving it with our name.
                            They have a policy of 45-60 days but they are nowhere seen to follow their own policy.
                            We have tried calling every office, every number but no one is helping us and we are scared that if the car gets used in any crime, we will land in trouble.
                            We visited the dealership through which we sold our car many times but they don't even have time to listen to our problems.
                            They are only suggesting to wait and have faith in the company procedures.
                            After chasing this company for almost 6-7 months we are fed up now and we will take action against this company.

                            I am launching a fir against this company.

                            As a customer we feel cheated.

                            2 months back I booked one car and I payed advance of 6000 rupees to cars 24. Then seller told I'll not sell the car. So cars 24 Nagarabhavi branch people told we will refund the amount still they have not returned my amount. And they are not receiving the call. They are cheating customers..

                              refund of token money

                              I booked hyundai i10 2011 model with cars 24 last week (Aug 17, 2019) and paid token amount of rs 20, 000.

                              Yesterday (Aug 24, 2019) afternoon i went to take delivery of my car and found 2 additional issues which were not earlier (Stiff clutch, driver window side motor not working). Also since these 2 issues were not earlier at time of token and was not mentioned in their online published inspection report.

                                  Worst service by cars24. They are advertising as hassle free rc transfer. I sold my car on 24th july and cars 24 has hold my 10000 rs. Still rc not transferred and they wants time for 45-60 days for rc transfer and returning my 10000 rs.
                                  No transperancy.
                                  Gurgaon centre representative harish chandra didn't imformed this 5 year procedure of rc tranafer and not responding on call now

                                      car sold on cars24 but not received payment after 1 month

                                      I sold my car in cars24 jadavpur branch on 12-july-2019. The appointment id is [protected]. The car price was estimated to be rs. 1 lakh and 60 thousand. I was promised, after delivery of my car, i will receive the payment within 2 or 3 days. I delivered the car on 15-july-2019. I'm yet to receive the payment even after 3 weeks. I have followed up with cars24 multiple times. I have raised a ticket in the customer care support on 01-july-2019...
