12 August 2022 - Bought Scorpio S10 2017 model from Cars24.
16 August 2022 - Car brokedown. Clutch fluid was leaking. All Clutch kit was replaced costing me roughly Rs.17500(Pic-Repair1). Cars24 denied any reimbursement saying its not covered.
19 August 2022 - Car brokedown again. Engine started making huge cranking noise. Mahindra service center advised something related to the timing belt broke. Repair cost was Rs.29490(Pic-Repair2). Cars24 advised only a portion of repair will be reimbursed which was roughly Rs.13500. Rest I had to pay out of pocket.
23 September 2022 - It was monsoon, and I noticed water entering passenger side from beneath Glove box. Slowly all electricals stopped working. Raised matter with Cars24, I was told nothing is covered, and Car will be taken to partner service center. Bill amount was Rs34000. All paid out of Pocket.
26 December 2022 - Car was taking longer to start. Was advised by local repair guy that Battery needs to be replaced. Cost Rs.6000.
18 March 2023 - 1st Monsoon rain. Water entering again from passenger side beneath glove box. Called Cars24 customer care. Was advised they cant do anything as 6 months warranty lapsed.
I have already spent a fortune on repairs in 7 months, and not sure how much more I still have to. Whenever I spoke with Customer Care I requested them to please escalate this matter but in vain. They just wanted to sell a car and now have turned a blind eye. Will never recommend Cars24 to anyone.
