Today i recharged 599 plan for my friend's jio number in jio.com website i'm nlt login my jio account i recharge directly from the 50 cashback offer link of amazon pay.. Then i recharged in jio.com website i used payment method of amazon pay that amount was paid successfully but not recharged... I have bank refernce number and all details... Here attached that amazon pay offer and jio.com payment details..

    Dry fruits was ordered through online and payment was also been paid on protected gateway CCAvenue on 3rd March 2020. its more then 48 hours and there was no answer from them. not sure payment is done or failure as no confirmation from marchant site. i wanted to get the money back as the transaction is unsuccessful.
    I wish that my consumer complaint will be addressed and get resolved soon.

      I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 27/02/2020 and made online payment using google pay. Amount of ₹ 878/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Later it's showing payment failure. Payment made through ccavenue.
      I'm attaching the upi payment receipt.
      Kindly look after this matter and do needful so that i get refund.

        I placed an order at only website for rs 600 on 22/2/20
        The amount got debited from my account but the merchant did not receive any order or notification
        Could you please refund my amount of rs 600
        I contacted the only customer care and phone pe customer care. Only people have not received any payment but phone pe people agreed upon the amount being deducted
        Please give me my refund within 3-5 working days

          I made an online payment against gas booking and paid rs. 849.0 with google pay. The payment is done and still bharat gas website shows pending.

          I tried to contact cc avenue on chat but i am stuck on queue position 6 for forever now and there seems to be no resolution.

          Attaching picture of the payment, upi ref id and google pay ref id. However, i have hidden my upi information. If needed, i can share them on a non public channel.

            Today i received cylinder and again i have paid full amount.

            Please refund my amount which is paid through gpay.

                  As i mentioned in the above I got a mail from BSNL. I.e to take an online aptitude test for BSNL JE role. And it gave me the online payment route so, i made a payment through your platform but now, it shows error/something went wrong while i tried to Log in for the further process to take a test.

                    Amount was deducted by ccavenue for buy a reliance general insurance policy 1048rs was deducted but still now i didn't get my policy from reliance... I hate this there even didn't response for my complaint mail... On 27/01/2020 there deducted my amount... Your order#c[protected] on https://www.reliancegeneral.co.in for inr 1048.00 was successful. Cca ref no:[protected]... This is what there finally reply after deducted my amount... I want my amount back or i want my policy...

                        While booking flight tickets on yatra.com on 08/01/2020 at 16:44 hrs amount of rs 11625/- was deducted from my account and flight tickets were not booked. Yatra.com confirmed about they have not received response from bank for booking ref no[protected]. Till date i have not received the amount of rs 11625/- back in my account. Bank shows deduction of rs 11625/- with description as pos:ccavenue travel/mumbai/[protected]. Kindly arrange for immediate refund of the amount to my bank account.

                              Through vistara web portal,
                              I have booked flight tickets for vistara (15th feb-21st feb) from ccu to ixz and ixz to ccu for four passengers. Kindly confirm the status of this order no: [protected] for amount 44128.00.. The amount has been deducted from bank and received in ccaveanues as well, but still not received any confirmation from vistara. Kindly confirm asap.
