My name is dinesh kumbhar. I order msi radeon rx580 in vedantcomputers.com. My amount rs 15250.00 deducted but my order not completed. I want to refund my money.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 01/06/2020 and made online payment using phonepe. Amount ₹ 651.50/- was deducted from my account but it is showing payment status as pending on bharat gas merchant cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account. Please look into the matter and give a favourable response.

Booked a refill cylinder using bharatgas android app. Paid amount using ccavenue portal via google pay. Amount debited from my sbi account. But still bharat gas refill booking status shows pending payment. I have attached the google pay transaction receipt. Either you could refund my amount or make the bharat gas payment status to paid.

Last week i recharge my mobile number through online banking (Indian bank) when i but otp that time i get site error. But the payment cut from my account and still i didn't get any recharge amount and any refund amount from your side. So please check and refund my many to my account. I have paid online via bharat gas app but it is still showing pending in status

I booked gas in bharat gas app and make payment via cc avenue portal.. First its show pending bt after some time its show amount is failure.. Bt amount is already deducted from my bank account.. I have a screenshot proof to tbis failure amount.. Please refund the amount ASAP.

I have done a recharge of 1470 rs from dish website and which takes me to cc avenue portal and then to my netbanking portal. The transaction was not completed and i have not recieved any confirmation from cc ave, but the amount has been deducted from my savings a/c.

I do have the ref number in the bank statement. But once the payment was done the page refreshed automatically and prompt session time out.

Please help me solving this one. If you need any personal information like vc number/a/c number/ mobile number please let me know.

I have made an online payment to book gas cylinder on 30/04/2020 through google pay. ₹734 has been debited from my account whereas my payment status is showing failed on bharat gas app. I have put complaint on their forum and your forum as well, they asked me to wait for 6hrs. It's been 3 days now but still the payment status is failed and i have received no refund yet. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

But they did not give me satisfactory reply.

Afterwards when i contact my rm (Shruty mam) and risk team (Mr izhar
Shaikh) to do in this matter and if you people are unable to solve such
Problems then i kindly request you to please shutdown your it and
Verification department and terminate all such employees. Who create
Such nuisance to customer.

In my opiniin infibeam avenues limited (Cc avenue gatway) was great in
Customer dealing but after so much harassment by the employees now i
Think they very careless and unprofessional.

Please look into this matter else return all my documents and

I ordered gas cylinder today 27/4/2020. Order No. 5716. The amount is deducted but the status in the app is showing pending. I ordered the cylinder from Bharat Gas app. The amount of 717.36 rupees has been deducted. I have done the payment through ccvenue payment mode. Please help.
