I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20/11/2019 and made online payment using phonepe. Amount ₹ 683.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue transaction id is ici98af88c6d7584aa8b86a6f87b04059ed & utr no.[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.
CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I ordered with downtoearthorganicfood.com with their order no. 15748, and there is no email from their side confirming the order still.
    There is no response to my email sent on 14th nov. Asking for shipping's possible date.
    Request help as the company normally sends in 2-3 days of the order being placed, and it is now 4th day and no response even is there. Also, no email for order confirmation is there till now.
    CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Today at 12:47 pm I have made a transaction for Rs.749/- thru' CC Avenue Utility to recharge my Videocon D2H account. The said amount has been debited from ICICI Credit Card Account and credited to CC Avenue account but till now Merchant has not got the credit. My Bank Transaction ID is 406906.

      I tried to book 3 tickets using cinepolis app on iphone. Payment of rs 750/- was made using upi to [protected]@icic ref#[protected] on 02-nov-2019 from my citibank account. No tickets were however booked.

      When i raised a complaint with cinepolis on twitter they claim that they have not received any amount.

      Raised a ticket (#206043) with ccavenues on their website but there has been no response from the support team.

        I have made a fee payment through your gateway, the amount is deducted from my bank account but, the merchant has not received the amount. Where the problem acquires? Since it is a last due date for me to pay the fee, how long will you take to resolve the problem. I need an immediate review. Kindly clarify as soon as possible. I am ready to give the transaction details. I had tried to contact the customer service to know the status about it, but they did not respond. It is so regretful not to respond to your customer properly.

          I paid the amount by my debit card to the simplilearn but amount was debited from my account but merchant didn't received it so I call them they said amount was stuck in there gateway team which is CC Avenue

            Today in the morning i have made a payment to hnb garhwal university website through the payment link provided by the university website, but after entering the otp the website was showing the payment is awaited and also the following order no and payment ref no was shown.
            The amount of payment was 750 rs.

            The amount was deducted but not showing on university website. Form filling deadline is near.

            An amount of rs 399 was deducted while paying to dream11 fantasy. The order was not received Om dream11.

              I got a call from the shine.com on 28 august by mr atul by telling me that there is job availibility in goa location by taking difrferent company name and told me that you need to pay registration fees then i paid then he sent me on more link of 10000/- and told me that this is the last transaction and the payment gateway used for the payment is cc avenue and then also told me this is the last payment and then after payment he sent me one more link like this he sent me three links for the payment and told me that 100% job assurance is there i though shine.com is a reputed company and i look the payment gateway is cc avenue i thought i will get the better company and paid almost 117000/- amount and cc avenue supporting such type of fraud company like shine.com please help me get my money back from shine.com and block this shine.com these company making the people fraud by giving the false commitment and cc avenue dont support such type of fraud company to make the payment if i am not getting my money back i will lodge a criminal case against both.

                      I have paid my Vadodara Gas Bill ( Customer No 3121930) on 14/10/2019
                      on line .
                      The bill Amt Rs. 1567/- is deducted from my bank account. but the said amount is not paid to Vadodara gas limited.
                      Still bill amount is showing outstanding.

                      where as i have got SMS is as under.

                        I was doing the dishtv recharge on my dishtv app using cc avenue on 11/10/2019 but the transaction failed and the amount 294 got deducted from my bank account. I haven't yet received the refund. Could you please let me know the whether the refund is initiated or not and when i'll receive it.                               I have purchased an lcd display replacement panel from maxbhi.com on[protected]. For that i have paid rs.1028.00 through my hdfc bank credit card. Payment was made through cc avenue payment gateway. At first attempt the transaction was failed but amount debited from my card. I have tried again, and in second attempt transaction was successful.

                              I have not received the amount deducted for the failed transaction till date. I have attached my credit card transaction details. Kindly check and do the needful.

                                  I have paid for drivegaadi.com rent a car service using paytm
                                  On[protected]:31:07 am
                                  With ccavenue order #[protected].

                                  Money was deducted from my paytm wallet but transaction failed at drivegaadi.com due to session timeout. I haven't received the deducted amount yet and its more than 30 days.

                                  I have contacted you through your contact us page on the website but there was no response.
                                  Also i tried to mail you guys on [protected]@ccavenue.com which was mentioned on the https://www.ccavenue.com/refund-policy.jsp web page. But got below response.
                                  "address not found
                                  Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@ccavenue.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

                                  You guys seriously need to improve customer interaction means for failed transactions.

                                    I have booked a cylinder in bharatgas today 18/09/2019 and made payment by scanning QR code on ccavenue site scanned through phonepe of amount 588.50, payment got success and deducted amount 588.50 from account, but when i checked bharatgas booking status it is showing payment failed. But my amount also not refunded back, please look into it and provide the refund

                                      I have been trying to contact ccavenue on [protected]@ccavenue.com as they have pointed my transaction as fraud or high-risk because of address issue. So my hosting provide company to whom i paid through ccavenue has suspended my account. Hosting company said that it only start if ccavenue told them and this ccavenue don't have time to reply you back. It's been more than 7 days and i don't heard back from them. Third grade service from highly reputed company.

                                        I have done a transaction to saravana stores via ccavenue and the amount was debited from my bank account and reflects transaction failed in seller side, with error of payment gateway timeout, but as per my bank entry it has been transferred to ccavenue, more detailed info "withdrawal transfer avenues[protected]/https://www.ccavenue.com// transfer to [protected]"
