    I filled my m. I. T. Form on 15 march 2019 and instead of 2000 rs an amount of 4000 rs was deducted from my account. I accept that you kindly took err of it and mailed me about refund on your own but 4 days have past over this incident and i am in urgent need of the money you did deduct so please its my earnest request to you to not to delay my refunding process anymore

          Dear sir,

          On march 9th 2019 at 12.28 pm unauthorized transactions done twice of rupees 5000 to cc avenue.com using my credit card number [protected]. There were two transactions done of amount 5000 into cc avenue. So totally 10000 rs done. I register complaint to cc avenue, they share the beneficiary details for reported fraud transaction. I trying to call for ordered bill number. They said that "i don't have back account. Show me your statement". Please do the needful to retrieve the amount as soon as possible.

                On 31st of january i made a payment through cc avenue for rs 3416. The amount got debited twice for me. Ok contacting the insurer i learnt that payment was received by them only once. Can you confirm if there is issue with the payment gateway. I have been following up with this issue to various parties involved in the payment. I have attached with this complaint the screenshot of payment made through google pay and screenshot of my bank statement for your reference.

                      Hi i had opted for renewal of license on avast internet security software yesterday, an amount of rs.1799/- has been debited to my debit card but payment has not been made to the merchant company.

                      Transaction was successful as per sms from the merchant bank.

                      I have also sent you email regarding the issue little while ago.

                      Please look into the matter, credit the merchant company or reverse the amount immediately, as i am running short of time before i can renew license of my avast software.

                        Hi i made a order online on ponycraftstore.com which took me to cc avenues payment gateway for payment.

                        I first tried paying through upi from my bank payment was successful but ccavenue showed not successful and asked me to try using another option. Then i used my debit card to pay the payment was successful.

                        But i want refund for the first transaction as the payment was done from my end resulting in double deduction.

The amount of rs. 11050.00 was debited from my account but the transaction was failed on the website. I called customer care but they didn't resolve my difficulties.                               I have done a month back two different transactions to pay my house property tax in epanchayat portal and while paying used upi option in bhim and it redirects to ccavenue through them the said transaction amounts got debited from my sbi account. But both these amounts didn't reach the panchayat account against my property tax payment account hence i raised an issue. After that one transaction amount reverted back to my account but the other one not. I sent many mails but no response till date.

                                  Hello, yesterday i had received a call ([protected]) on behalf of sbi credit card team and they told me to share the card details for increasing my credit limit then they ask my otp so i ignored, after some time i get to know the deduction (Inr 10000) through my email id because the sbi registered mobile number not working.

                                  10000 deducted from my sbi credit card without my knowledge... The resisted number not working so today i get to know through my email.. Plz immediately hold the transaction and call me.. I tried to call your customers care but offertunetely i can't connect you.

                                    I had provided all the details to them. Still they are not providing me refund. They are not receiving my calls. And they refused my refund. Ccavenue fraud company. My no. is [protected]. I have fill Rural Urban Sansthan form and paid fees through CCAvenue. But when the exam got cancelled. I mailed to CCavnue to refund my fees. They asked me for details. And i had gave all the details regarding online payment. Still they are not writing me mail. They completely refused to refund me. I am sending my form detail. And hope to get my refund

                                      I booked my ticket through irctc using ccavenue payment gateway at 18:32:32 on 04-dec-2018.
                                      Description: ccavenue[protected]
                                      Of rs.676.00.
                                      Pnr no. [protected].
                                      Due to change of plan i cancelled it, which gave me a refund of rs. 465.
                                      Refund id :[protected], but didnt receive in my account.
                                      I called irctc customer care they told me that refund has been withdrawn from their side on 24 dec 2018, asked me t contact the payment gatway i have used. Hence this complaint.
                                      Kindly withdraw my refund amount.

                                        I had filed a complaint on this portal regarding delay in reversal of amount of my cancelled motor insurance policy on this link:

                                        I had provided my email id in this complaint to get relevant resolution from ccavenue support. But there are some cyber criminals who track public forums and collect email ids to attract fake support.

                                        I got email from fake guy called rahul sharma in pretext of getting online reversal on a phone call which he procured from me via my email response to him. Then as usual he made debit transactions in pretext of reversing the cancelled policy amount and i have suffered monetary loss and mental torture because of such criminals. Ccavenue knows about this tragic situation our indian public is into but they do not have any sense of responsibility even after such incidences happening regularly. Do they purposely delay refund of amount just to help such cyber thugs get successful in their big theft???
