    I had purchased from coveritup.com they have made me a Partial Refund of RS 521 on 27.05.2019 vide reference number [protected]. When asked to merchant they said they have done refund it's with the payment gateway. But till today I have not received the Refund. Please Help Me Please.

    I have checked my credit card statement and no Refund Done Still.

      Actually i’ve made two payment through cc avenue and the amount was 105 and 105 each rs but suddenly a pop occurred and saying “it’s not safe please re submit “. Money got debited from my account but nothing happened then error. I mean it’s totally fraudulent kind of thing. Please do something and give me my money back.

        While submitting fees for symbiosis through google pay payment method of rs. 807.08 got deducted twice on 11th may 2019. Kindly note two transaction numbers towards same transaction upi/[protected] and upi/[protected]. The first transaction showed failure and when attempted second time both the transactions succeed. The gateway was cc avenues
        Kindly look into this, it's been long i'm waiting.

        I had placed an order on amway app for Rs 2179.49/- and payment was deducted from my paytm account but order was not placed and still neither my money was back in paytm nor my order was placed.Order Id is[protected] but on order tracker status it was showing nothing than application not found.             Today a payment towards my property tax due of ahmedabad municipal corporation was done and the amount of tax got deducted from my hdfc bank account. But when viewed the status in the ahmedabad municipal corporation web site (Ahmedabadcity.gov.in) its showing as outstanding, meaning amount not processed to ahmedabadcity.gov.in. Immediate coresspondance via email and online complaint done. No response till now. Tried your customer chat option, being non responsive, is surprising. Please recredit the amount back to my hdfc bank account, as the same has not reached the intended ahmedabadcity.gov.in towards my property tax dues.

              Today an online payment towards my ahmedabad municipal corporation property tax bill was made through hdfc bank debit card and the amount got debited from my hdfc bank account. Attachment of amc property tax bill and the amount got debited to my hdfc bank account is attached herewith. But the amc property tax department has not got the credit and as such showing as outstanding. Please pay the amount to the credit of ahmedabadcity.gov.in towards my property tax bill dues.

                We have requested cc avenue to change our bank account in feb 01, 2019. Later on feb 07, 2019 as per their request we have filed all the details in the form specified by them. Still no action from their side.

                On may 01, 2019 we again reminded them it is very urgent and we cannot do business because of this. All the payments are still routed to our old bank account.

                Still there is no response.

                      I was paying for my airasia ticket checkin through ccavenue it directed me towards paytm first i used my card as payment option it failed by saying transaction error so i reinitiated the process and this time used upi... it went through successfully and the amount was deducted but after some time again the amount was deducted.. idk what to do or who to contact so I am posting here hoping for resolving this issue asap.

                                  I did 4 transactions on night of december 11, 2018. But 3 of them failed to transfer money but the amount had been deducted from my account. The order number is g[protected] to greedge. And the 3 ccavenue reference numbers for failed transactions are:

                                    I performed a transaction in the Indigo airline mobile app while booking my flight ticket. After the process, I got a pop up message saying that the process was a failure and my ticket was not booked. However, the amount(8292rs) was deducted from my account. And I received a mail from ccavenue saying the order has been successfully placed. I also contacted Indigo airlines but they said that they did not get the money so they are helpless at their end. I would want ccavenue to respond since they mailed me saying the money was successfully transacted. Thank you.

                                      I had recharged my jio number with jio plan of rupees 399 therefore i had payed rs.349 after applying 50 rupees voucher using upi to [protected]@icici, but my money was deducted from my bank account, unfortunately didn't get recharged.
