I was writing to agent priyanka kargutkar & rakesh kindre and not resolved my issue, as they have mentioned for further investigation am updating my payzapp wallet and order number. Bank side information:i have made a transaction on godaddy using wallet payzapp with ccavenue gateway with invoice / receipt / order number #: [protected]. The amount 693.85 inr was deducted from my card. This transaction happened at avenues india pvt ltd - godaddy on[protected]:13:31:14 with cc avenue ref no ccaga2etr160, bank reference number 021808 and transaction id:[protected]ik42nr2.
CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have recharged my jio no. using myjio app DEBIT CARD mode through payment gateway of CCAvenue on 23 January 2019 at 03:32 P.M. against UtilitiesCC txn#[protected]

Though money has been deducted from my SBI bank account but my recharge has not been made.

I therefore request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

    I received a call from a person claiming to be from ccavenue
    Phone number : [protected] who cheated me of rs.1 lakh. He claimed to be an employee of ccavenue. He also had other people whom he claimed working for ccavenue.

    He even invited me to his office in gurgoan where i didn't go. He cheated me through fraudulent transaction on phone and to which i also logged in an fir complain no :[protected] on 11/11/2018

          Sir, on it. 9.01.2019, a sum of Rs.1923/- was deducted twice from my SBI bank acct. towards CESU electricty bill payment. The first attempt payment though failed but was deducted from my SBI account. Similarly, on 22.7.2017, an amount of Rs. 1380/- got deducted twice towards the CESU electricty bill. Though on both occasions the said amounts have been paid only ones but got deducted twice from my account. Not got refunded yet. Pray for an early solution.

            Fraud gangs created a website in the name of ccavenue. On 8th&11th. January 2019. They have stolen twice our money through ccavenues gateway. Once with otp and once without otp they have made this theft of my account. Money. A message through scisms came before the theft which is below ;-

            Ccavenues has requested money from you on your google pay app. On approving the request, rs. 1000.00 will be debited from your account.
            Please take the immediate action. Already i have given the complaint through sbi.

              I made a payment for irctc at freecharge using netbanking with ccavnue
              The payment was for rs 97.19 on 28 feb 2018, while the amount was deducted from my bank. But ticket was not booked and money also not reached to freecharge.

              Please do needful and help to get my money back. Hope for positive reply.

I have done payment using upi qr scan and money is deducted from my account but still my transaction is failed. Fee for application is 1100 & application no is 1970714 & it's password is 8103759. Money was deducted from my account, but application is not registerd.                               I did a recharge at my airtel app and made a payment from sbi bank
                              Service was provided by cc avenue
                              My money was deducted from my bank but it did'nt reached the airtel merchant
                              As my no. Was not recharged after filling my bank details the screen got freezed on cc avenue page and it was stuck at that for about half an hour
                              I have airtel recharge reference id and bank transaction id where it shows that my amount was deducted

                              I made payment of Rs. 349 in CC Avenue using my upi id for my jio number recharge at 10:53 pm on 21 December, 2018 but my recharge is still not not done and payment is deducted from the account.
                              Ive tried contacting customer care but they are not responding.

                                  I paid rs.100 through net banking to recharge quick ride wallet on 27th november 2018 through netbanking mobikwik. The payment got completed properly and there were no error. But the amount was debited from bank account but not credited to quickride wallet.                                     I have tried booking a flight ticket from indigo app on[protected] for a flight from amritsar to bengaluru. During the payment stage, while i got a confirmation about my money being deducted from my bank and a mail from cc avenue confirming the transaction, the payment hasn't been processed and i didn't receive my tickets.
                                    When i called up the airlines, i was told that the transaction was rejected from their end and that i should be expecting my refund shortly. The transaction reference no is[protected]. Can i know when can i expect my refund?
