CC Avenue — non-payment of amount debited to my card.

Hi i had opted for renewal of license on avast internet security software yesterday, an amount of rs.1799/- has been debited to my debit card but payment has not been made to the merchant company.

Transaction was successful as per sms from the merchant bank.

I have also sent you email regarding the issue little while ago.

Please look into the matter, credit the merchant company or reverse the amount immediately, as i am running short of time before i can renew license of my avast software.

CC Avenue has responded to my complaint via email and matter is being resolved by contacting my bank, as CC Avenue has no credits on the mentioned date from my debit card as per their records.

I paid rs 2585 through paytm, for hostgator web hosting services. paymen was made through cc avenue. my bills are still unpaid and the money was deducted.
