Show was scheduled at 15:55 started at 16:05 and ended at 19-10 hours (Film was of 150 minutes) — 40 minutes ads/promo and then started movie when people shouted and once the shows over without cleaning next show started

These are serious lapses on the part of showing movie in theatre and violation of central as well as state law

We urge cinepolis to explain in detail...

I had booked a ticket for jason bourne 7.30 pm show on 6 of august 2016, the amount was debited from my account, but the ticket was declined until today i haven't got my refund...

I booked a ticket for a movie today at 1:10 pm in cinepolis, Orion mall, Bangalore. After the payment was made, I did not receive a confirmation email or an sms to my mobile number. But my credit card has been charged. Kindly let me know if the booking has been confirmed or not. If not kindly help in the refund process.

Myself sandhya singh, from Lucknow, Today I am watching movie RUSTOM at 10:00 Pm in audi -2, our seat no is M-1, M-2, in gold launch. It was a bad experence today at centre squre mall cinepolis. I was a regular customsr of cinepolis but today i was very sad with ur sefvice and product. I always have caremal popcorns but it was out of stock so i order for cheese one but it was very less cheese. And after i found that u dnt have cheese popcorn too. The payment has been debited from my mobile wallet (free charge) but there are no tickets issued

The behaviour of your appointed person madhav chauhan at vadodara cinepolis is way too of the track. Each and every person has right to choose their seats. But the person mentioned above is just disrespecting our choice and inappropriately creating problems for him and for us. I am waiting for your positive reply. I also have a video regarding it......

Already i had made the complaints before 5 days. There is no customer service for this mnc. Even there is no response for emails. I had personally visited there kochi office. They dont know anything about this and given a mail address. How bad there service os. Comparing pvr they having customer care for solving our problems. Problem is occured while using there application only and i requesting them to kindly refund my fund at the earliest...

There response was bad, not only that i had sent many mails regarding this to ther customer service. Not even a single mail received from them. If you have not a able customer care for resolving. Please stop your online booking facility

Hi i booked 3 executive tickets with paytm wallet order#4708 on 16th july for show in kolkata with total amount of rs. 801.
