Hi team,

My name is gaurav dwivedi i have booked (On 20th dec2016) 4 tickets for cinepolis bangalore meenalshi mall for sunday 2:30 pm show 25th december 2016 for daangal. The amount got deducted but i have not received ticket or any email from cinepolis.

I have selected the download ticket option but the ticket didnt got generated on the website or to my email.. Though the amount got deducted. I have dropped an email to their customer care but no one replied.
Pleas help

    I had booked two tickets for a movie (Moana) playing at cinepolis Seasons mall, Hadapsar, Pune, on 15-DEC-2016 through paytm. Rupees 591 was deducted but the booking failed and tickets were not generated. I am requesting for a refund of my money. The transaction number is S53942510.

      We had gone for a movie last evening and had ordered 2 coffees, 1 paneer tikka sandwich and 1 cine fries. However, not happy at all with the service provided therein:

      1) They do not serve customers in order, customers were being entertained even though they were jumping the queue
      2) Our order took more than 35 minutes to get served and was served only after I reminded them by walking to the counter in the middle of the movie
      3) They were not apologetic at all for the delay in serving and kept mentioning that the order was such that it mandated delay; there were 4-5 executives all huddled in a conversation

      My Brother Pursuing job in Cinepolis India Pvt. Ltd. HR team said that if you want to come in office then you must have shave. If you have beard and mustache then you can tie turban. But Topic is that if Candidate is hindu and have beard and mustaches then how can tie turban.

      I want to know that Is this a policy of Company .
      Tried to book two tickets at cinepolis website the payment was successful for the order Id 35745 but tickets were not issued and even the show has been completed I request you to please refund me my money .

        Hello

        I am always booking tickets from cinepolisindia but this is first time my transction got failure but money got deducted. I have booked tickets from http://www.cinepolisindia.com site using Paytm payment mode on 9th december for Befire Movie(3:30 PM IST) for WTP Cinepolis and booking got cancelled but amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet. I thought this is mistake from PayTm end so I raised a ticket from Paytm care but they are saying -

          Booking ID - CP[protected]. I went to watch 'Arrival' movie to Cinepolis Viviana mall on December 4, 2016. I wanted to buy popcorn but the person refused to accept debit card. When I contacted manager, he said same problem is coming for 2-3 days. This means they are doing nothing to fix the problem. They should have multiple service providers for card payments to avoid this. They are resisting the country's efforts to go cashless. This is shameful. Also, the same complaint I tried to submit at their website. But, I am getting error message that the page could not be retrieved. This means they are not even listening to the customers. Disgusting.

          Also, they are unreachable by phone. The Viviana mall number is answered, but they cannot transfer the call. No number is picked up by Cinepolis Viviana.

            Dear Manager,
            I have booked 3 tickets for "Pulimurugan" on 26th Nov 2016, Saturday 10.40pm show.Kochi central mall.
            From the beginning of cinema, the sound track was unbearably high.We were closing our ears and seen until intermission.
            Myself, my wife and daughter aged 16, we all felt very uncomfortable and complained to one of your staff members.He was polite enough to say that he cannot bring down the sound to any lower as its decided from HO.
            We left the hall as we could not bear the sound any more.
            I have seen umpteen movies in central or any other cinema hall but never had such a horrible experience.This is a serious health hazard for all audience of that cinema.

              I am a cinepolis membership card holder, even after logging in and then after booking the tickets I dont get the reward points. I had complained regarding the same before (Aug 14), putting my complain again since faced the same issue today as well while booking the tickets.

                I have mailed the cinepolis team for the issue, but they didn't replied back.

                In their cafeteria card swipe was not working but they swipe my card and amount got deducted and they said they didn't got the confirmation. I told them to refund my money. They said it will be refunded in 2 days. Its more then 5 days and still not money is refund.
                I reported this to [protected]@cinepolis.in, [protected]@cinepolis.com,

                The person named atul replied back and said that your ticket is confirm.
                He cannot understand that it was not about the ticket, it was the caferia inside the cinepolis.

                I mailed they 3 to 4 times and they didnot replied back.

                  This is abhishek banker by profession..on sunday at 4.05 pm when i reached for watching movie at pnm mall cinepolis patna one bouncer slapped me just for saying him that is parking space is empty then why u dont allow me to park my bike...when i convey this message to cinepolis they said ''jo karna hai kar lijiye hum log kisi se nh darte'' i was with my friends and her wives all are mentally harassed yesterday...we are nine people there including 3 ladies...and this thing happened to us...the cost of ticket is 1800/ rs...we didnt watched movies and come back.

                    I was there to watch film anandham on 6th sunday november, and i felt down over there and got fractured and put plaster for one and half month. Its only because of security failure from cinepolis part. And after everything one of the security came and saying that there is no grill over there so there is chance to get slip down but before that i already felt and fractured. Its 100% failure from their side. And i need to get a response regarding this.

                      Date of incident: 14th november 2016
                      Description: i booked 4 tickets for a movie from the quick book section. I opted for the m ticket option. The amount was deducted from my account and i got a success message with the payment reference number. I have not received the tickets via email or sms. The payment reference number is :[protected]. Please find attached the image of the screen mentioning the payment reference number

                      Desired resolution: please initiate the refund process from your end since the amount has been payed by the bank.

                        I ordered two combo at cinepolise triton mall, jaipur on 8/11/2016. I paid rs 500 for cinepolise order 151346 through paytm.
                        The boy at counter rejected my order, he said becuase he has not received the amount he will not serve the order.
                        When i contacted paytm they replied that paytm has paid rs 500/- to cinepolise for order no. 151346 and paytm cannot refund the money.
                        Can you please tell me who will pay my money.

                          I tried to book ticket through their main (www.cinepolisindia.com) website on 6th November, after completion of transaction I received message that only registered customer can book.
                          I checked and found that my credit card was bill for that transaction and since then I have not received any feedback on when it will get refunded.

                          I have mailed and tweeted them about the issue but no reply.

                          Please let me know what is the correct process to get it refund.

                            I am at cinepolis lucknow fun mall 10.35pm show. Some poeple drunken entered in theatre and abusing each other.
                            Is there any security for poeple who are watching movie right now...this is very poor management of your theatre...i will never see again this theatre in future..how you poeple may so much insensitive.. here some women and girls are alsp viewer of movie...

                              Hi,

                              On 28th oct I booked 2 tickets in cinepolis Thane through paytm, but the transaction has failed and money got deducted and I got a message from paytm as follows,
                              "You have made a payment of Rs. 594.36 at Cinepolis India Private L for Order Id 25455. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues." When I asked paytm they said amount has been transferred to cinepolis and they haven't initiated the refund.

                              Kindly do the needful to revert back my money.

                                I had booked two tickets for a movie (Nagarahaavu) playing at cinepolis royal meenakshi mall on oct 23 2016 through paytm.                                 I had first approached PayTM regarding the failed transaction, they washed their hands of the entire matter and asked me to contact Cinepolisindia. When I mailed Cinepolisindia, they did not reply to any mail or message. I then contacted both PayTM and cinepolisindia on Twitter and a few hours later PayTM refunded my money after acknowledging that it was a failed transaction.

                                    I had booked the 2 movie tickets through cinepolis website for the movie show on 27th Sep 2016, morning show..

                                    My account details on the cinepolis website is registered with the email id [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    My credit card account is debited 3 TIMES instead of once Rs.482.26 has debited 3 times, ONLY ONE SMS had come through for the issue of ticket. The first two attempts of booking the ticket was not successful.

                                    So I need to get a refund back for Rs. 482.26 + Rs. 482.26 = Rs.964.52

                                    Please help resolve the issue & refund my money.

                                      I recently visited to watch movie 'Inferno' at cinepolis, kukatpally hyderabad telengana.
                                      There were 8 people sitting behind me and constantly talking and disturbing our movie watching experience. I called out to one of them to stop talking.
                                      but they continued to do so. This has been consistant behavior of many people when ever i go to cinepolis.

                                      Please ask Cinepolis to show an Advertisement not to talk and disturb other, repeatedly.

                                        Last friday 14.10.2016. Time:19.40.38 i booked cinema ticket in fun rebublic, coimbatore, movie name : remo (Tamil movie) through cinepolis website. I booked 4 tickets the amount of rs.548.72 debited from my account. But ticket not booked its shows error., but amount debited. Ok that time i thought some times its happen and it will refund. I will waited 5 days but amount not refunded, i checked day by day still this time that amount not refunded me. Please kindly see this issue and clear my problem quick.
