I had booked two tickets for a movie (Nagarahaavu) playing at cinepolis royal meenakshi mall on oct 23 2016 through paytm. Rupees 474 was deducted but the booking failed and tickets were not generated. I am requesting for a refund of my money. The transaction number is 24883.

I had first approached PayTM regarding the failed transaction, they washed their hands of the entire matter and asked me to contact Cinepolisindia. When I mailed Cinepolisindia, they did not reply to any mail or message. I then contacted both PayTM and cinepolisindia on Twitter and a few hours later PayTM refunded my money after acknowledging that it was a failed transaction.

    I have booked the ticket for straightforward santhu on[protected] at 1:30pm in meenakshi mall, bannerghatta road and the amount has been deducted but has not received the confirmation email..Booking no:4871260...for further details of refunding the amount please contact Hali.[protected]@gmail.com..it amounts to 1350rs...would like it if as soon as possible...as it is a high amount I would like it to be refunded very soon..

      I had booked the 2 movie tickets through cinepolis website for the movie show on 27th Sep 2016, morning show..

      My account details on the cinepolis website is registered with the email id [protected]@yahoo.com

      My credit card account is debited 3 TIMES instead of once Rs.482.26 has debited 3 times, ONLY ONE SMS had come through for the issue of ticket. The first two attempts of booking the ticket was not successful.

      So I need to get a refund back for Rs. 482.26 + Rs. 482.26 = Rs.964.52

      Please help resolve the issue & refund my money.

        I recently visited to watch movie 'Inferno' at cinepolis, kukatpally hyderabad telengana.
        There were 8 people sitting behind me and constantly talking and disturbing our movie watching experience. I called out to one of them to stop talking.
        but they continued to do so. This has been consistant behavior of many people when ever i go to cinepolis.

        Please ask Cinepolis to show an Advertisement not to talk and disturb other, repeatedly.

          Dear sir,
          Last friday 14.10.2016. Time:19.40.38 i booked cinema ticket in fun rebublic, coimbatore, movie name : remo (Tamil movie) through cinepolis website. I booked 4 tickets the amount of rs.548.72 debited from my account. But ticket not booked its shows error., but amount debited. Ok that time i thought some times its happen and it will refund. I will waited 5 days but amount not refunded, i checked day by day still this time that amount not refunded me. Please kindly see this issue and clear my problem quick.

            On 21st Sept I tried to book 2 tickets for VIP Cinepolis, Seasons Mall, Pune from http://www.cinepolisindia.com. Although 432 Rs were deducted from my account but tickets were not booked. I emailed at all the email ID's ([protected]@cinepolis.com, [protected]@cinepolis.com, [protected]@cinepolis.com) Cinepolis has provided, but never received any response from Cinepolis.
            It's been more than 3 weeks but the money is not refunded; can you please look into the issue?

              Hi,

              On 7th october, i had booked 2 tickets online for the movie "ms dhoni:the untold story" for 5.30 pm show on 8th october at cinepolis, royal meenakshi mall, bannerghatta road, bangalore through my credit card. My credit card was charged for rs. 634.36 but i did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by sms or by email and not even on the cinepolis website. Can you please help rectify this issue at the earliest and confirm my booking through ticket confirmation sms and email at the earliest? Or if booking cannot be confirmed, then kindly refund the full amount to my account.
              Here is the message i received from my bank that my credit card was charged by cinepolis:
              Rs.634.36 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2082 on[protected]:19:42:53 at cinepolis87175.

                My credit card account is debited, but i have not received any mail confirmation or sms towards the issue of tickets.

                It is very disappointing that we book the tickets for some pleasure with family and friends but with this time of experience it becomes bitter.
                Earlier also I have the same bad experience from your website. It appears that most of your complaints are like related to refund of money, debiting twice, tickets not issued etc.
                High time to change your software
                Why don't you upgrade your software.

                  I booked three tickets for movie flying jat using my debit card through paytm.
                  The txn was successful from sbi as well as paytm.

                  However on arrivng at the box office i was told that there is no booking for me. I was told that this happens sometimes and payment may not have been confirmed. Since movie was about to begin i purchased tickets using my credit card.

                  Its been 30 days since the incident however the excess payment made by me has not been refunded by cinepolise india pvt ltd.

                        You people asked me to use cinepolis app, and I agreed to use it. Everything went very smooth until the payment thing. Once I make the payment, there isn't confirmation on payment, however the money is cut. Also, I don't have transaction number as well. How to track this and how will I get my money back. And the customer care number mentioned is connecting to wrong person. This bloddy very bad experience.

                        I have booked my tickets for MSD The untold story on 30/09/2016 at around 9:00PM . The amount was deducted from my account but it said transaction has failed. Very disappointed with Cinepolis and i intend to take this issue very seriously if its not resolved soon

                          Order was not being taken for pop corn n water. On asking for option order was noted and was promised to be delivered at the seat. No one came to serve. Duty of the team was changed when i reached the counter at 6:05 pm after the show was over. This was my first visit to cinepolise lake mall. Pathetic experience. Not even sure of action.

                            I have been to Cinepolis, Westend mall, Aundh to watch ' Pete's dragon ' movie with my 6 years old daughter. There were many kids to watch the movie obviously as it's a children's movie. They were frequently showing trailers of 'Raaz', a horror movie during interval. This was really scary for all kids and they sat with eyes and ears closed.

                            Please impose some restrictions on the trailers during kids movie to avoid trailers of such movies with horror and sex scenes etc.

                              I did not visit any cinepolis recently.. but i dont know how but I got a message that I redeemed my 177 points.. I did not redeem them and I want them back.. Pls contact me asap. And I have my card with me. How is it possible that someone else redeemed my card. I want those 177 points back in my card. For my card no. And all such detail please contact me I will give you details.. This is not right. AND I Got email that short complaints are ignored by the company. This is not right.. It is your responsibility to solve every problem of your customer

                              your employs never added my points always say after 24 hour u will get a points with msgs ...but i hve no msgs from cinpolis ...before 2 weeks me ad my friends seen every upcoming movie like kingsman ...bhumi..ad judwa also ..with 5 tickes a movie but no points ..something approx 180 points i hve in msgs ...but no points ...i hve still only 37 points in my cinpolis acc...before a months
                              plz increase my poins otherwise i can lost ur membership ad also no one frd can watch movie in ur cinpolis...

                                The issue is I booked three tickets on 21 Aug 16. The movie was Pete's Dragon, Cinepolis Ahmedabad 1905 show. The amount was 801 INR. The transaction was successful on the cinepolis app and the amount was deducted but no booking reference number was generated. As per SBI card the transaction is successful. I m attaching 2 snapshots alongwith. one is from the sbi website and other is the sms confirmation of the transaction. please look into the matter and initiate refund as soon as possible.

                                  I tried booking tickets twice on sunday (4th Sep) through cinepolis (Hyderabad) www.cinepolisindia.com . Tickets were not confirmed & money(Rs. 357.26 & Rs.357.26 ) was deducted from my Paytm account twice in both the attempts.
                                  Could you please check & refund.Total = Rs.714?.

                                  I have checjed with Paytm, The transaction was successful from their side. Could you please check & refund the money back to my Paytm account.

                                      Today I tried to book tickets through Cinepolis App for tickets of Bar Bar Dekho at Cinepolis Acropolis Mall, Kolkata for 6.10 pm show, 11.09.2016, Sunday. 2 tickets were ought to be booked at total cost of Rs. 574.36 . I booked seat nos. M-4 and M-5. My HDFC Bank credit card endin 6351 was debited twice...once at 21:14:17 at CINEPOLIS 87175 and again at 21:39:13 at CINEPOLIS 87175. But both the times booking was failed . My request is to send me booking confirmation of M-4 and M-5 of 6:10 show of Bar Bar Dekho on 11.09.2016 against one payment and refund one payment. Or, if you are unable to book my tickets, refund the entire amount at the earliest.

                                        Description = i have made a purchase of 10 tickets worth 1872 from your site via hdfc internet banking on 11 aug'16 for rustom movie. I did payment using paytm gateway, the tickets were not booked as the transaction failed due to problem with your site because it hanged there. I have checked with the hdfc bank and paytm guys through which i processed my payment they are saying that money has been credited to cinepolis india.

                                        Can you please look into the issue and revert back as soon as possible because it has been almost a month and i have recieved the refund till now.
