I had booked 7 tickets for ann maria kalippilaanu movie for 07:15 pm show at cinepolis kochi for[protected] show through online sbi paying rs.1191.26/-.. Money got transferred to your account. But tickets were not issued.

    Highly curropt staff. I forgot my purse and after coming back within 2 mins it was lost. Bad people curropt people. A highly non recommend place. And the worst part was management was pathetic. I wish it will shut down soon. Good work guys

      Then Anuj said with attitude ke aaj ke bad movie dekhne Ana to Bag mat lana.
      Now I want to know all Cinepolis multiplex staff why doing Namaste - Namaste.
      When Anuj type staff don't know about Hospitality and How to talk with customer.
      I also discuss with Manager Mr. Rishab.
      Cinepolis is a biggest Brand in Cinema keep maintain it.
      And I request to you Please never do any your staff with any customer and Teach you staff about Hospitality and How to talk with customer.

        Dear sir/mam
        On 31st august, i booked 4 premium tickets on cinepolis app worth 160rs each with convenience charges coming to a total of 708rs for the movie mechanic resurrection for 1st september 2 p. M show at cinepolis alpha one, vastrapur, ahmadabad. Money from my debit card has been debited and the ticket page was going on loading in the app and at last said the page has expired and consequently no tickets have been sent to me. But i have been left clueless as of now as what to do. As a proof i'm attaching the message that i received from my bank as soon as my money got deducted. Please look into the matter and reimburse me immediately.
        Please find below the message that had been sent to me from my bank.

          I am raising a complaint against cinepolis. the details have been mentioned as below:
          Complain against rewards points not getting updated after signing in to cinepolis portal.
          I have done bookings for which I havent received rewards points:

          Bookings as follows:

          Booking no 694934- 5 May
          Booking no[protected] Aug
          Also i ha got a call post the complaint but still it is been a week after that the complain stands unresolved.

          I had tried booking tickets online 5 minths back for Tamasha Viviana VIP cinepolis . Money got devited but I was not Able to book ticket . I checked my bank statement today and I didn't get my refund yet !

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I booked a movie ticket through cinepolisindia website and payed the money through Paytm, the amount got debited from my account and paid to Cinepolise account but I haven't got the ticket booked.

            Regrading the same I have communicated to a person called Keshav(Mobile no - [protected]) in Cinepolis Royal Meenakshi Mall Bangalore and got the assistance.

            could you please help me in getting refund from Cinepolise.

            Thanks a lot for the action.the company have given me a alternate ticket for couple of shows. I would like to withdrawal the complaint.
            Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Booked some tickets a month ago, don't receive the ticket but the cash was debited.. They were telling the amount will be credited in three weeks, nothing so far.. Mostly they are stealing money like this everyday... What is this? Openly stealing money like this?!

              We tried to book a ticket for movie "rustom" on 11th august for a show of 12th august at cinepolis cinema at p&m mall at patna.

              Details below :

              Amount : rs 1, 335.9
              Name of vendor : cinepolis cinema at p&m mall at patna

              The amount has been successfully paid but tickets not issued.

              We tried to contact cinepolis patna next day but they refused to have any such payment or transaction.

              We contacted paytm - as per paytm (ticket #[protected] the money has been successfully paid to cinepolis india.

              Please resolve the issue to refund me my payment as i have not received the service from the vendor.

              Let me know if further info wud be needed from my side.

                Water Bottle cost - Rs. 50?

                Water bottle in fun cinemas Coimbatore costs Rs. 50. Unbelievable.. This should be stopped. Let some sincere government official take action against this ridiculous pricing. Not only in this Cinemas, all over India this is an issue. I request government to immediately take action against this Cinemas which will be a lesson for others.

                I don't understand why there are rules and regulations in India. MRP means Maximum Retail...

                For cinepolis viviana mall thane for the movie jungle book, but both the attempts were unsuccessful and my net baking account was debited, can you please check and revert the transactions so that i can get a refund of rs 3737.44.

                  Show was scheduled at 15:55 started at 16:05 and ended at 19-10 hours (Film was of 150 minutes) — 40 minutes ads/promo and then started movie when people shouted and once the shows over without cleaning next show started

                  These are serious lapses on the part of showing movie in theatre and violation of central as well as state law

                  We urge cinepolis to explain in detail failing which we will take suitable action as a consumer as well as other modes as applicable

                  We tried to reach to your manager sher singh jadon but he did not pick up call on his mobile no [protected]

                  Hope good sense will prevail and you will explain the situation as not to go further in this matter

                            Myself sandhya singh, from Lucknow, Today I am watching movie RUSTOM at 10:00 Pm in audi -2, our seat no is M-1, M-2, in gold launch. The staff named REHMAN came and ask for order, I ordered two small coke (130 Rs each) and one nachos(180rs) BT he didn't returned money n said that coke is 150 Rs each and nachos is 200 Rs. When we are checked out then we complaint to manager but he didn't supported. And he takes favour of their staff, its not the matter of money, the main issue is honesty, their manager to staff all are mixed and cheated public.

                              It was a bad experence today at centre squre mall cinepolis. I was a regular customsr of cinepolis but today i was very sad with ur sefvice and product. I always have caremal popcorns but it was out of stock so i order for cheese one but it was very less cheese. And after i found that u dnt have cheese popcorn too. It was very bad that u are not take care o[censored]r quality...

                                All the issues are same that no one able to redeem the points but still giving the same BS reply, process of booking the ticket by using points.

                                But the issue is its showing error when using the payment option as Cinepolis club points & all other options are working good.

                                Just replying something to close the ticket.Idiotic & stupid customer support.

                                Please don't try for this option, you will never get the tickets. Go with other service providers for booking tickets.

                                Idiotic thing is BMS not showing the cinepolis club points option itself, but these worst people saying it can be redeemed on BMS.

While booking tickets via the website, you'll find Club Cinépolis option on the payment page. Click on the Club Cinépolis box and then proceed with the details to redeem your points.                                 Still I am not able to redeem my cinepolis points.
                                After selecting movie seats and all on cinepolis site itself. I am selecting payment option of club cinepolis option. But on click of next it is never proceeding to next page. It remains into same page with message please check it details.

                                  I have installed cinepolis app and tried booking tickets for 31st july 1 pm show at unity one rohini delhi on 30th july 9 pm
                                  The payment has been debited from my mobile wallet (free charge) but there are no tickets issued
                                  Tried contacting through mail, twitter and even called on the support phone but no response yet

                                  Please initiate the refund at the earliest

But the person mentioned above is just disrespecting our choice and inappropriately creating problems for him and for us. I am waiting for your positive reply. I also have a video regarding it...
