for today ( 02/10/2016 ) show time 4.55pm trough app amount as being debted from my account but the aren't confirmed.

You people asked me to use cinepolis app, and I agreed to use it. Everything went very smooth until the payment thing. Once I make the payment, there isn't confirmation on payment, however the money is cut. Also, I don't have transaction number as well. How to track this and how will I get my money back. And the customer care number mentioned is connecting to wrong person. This bloddy very bad experience....

Order was not being taken for pop corn n water. On asking for option order was noted and was promised to be delivered at the seat. No one came to serve. Duty of the team was changed when i reached the counter at 6:05 pm after the show was over. This was my first visit to cinepolise lake mall. Pathetic experience. Not even sure of action....

I have been to Cinepolis, Westend mall, Aundh to watch ' Pete's dragon ' movie with my 6 years old daughter. There were many kids to watch the movie obviously as it's a children's movie. They were frequently showing trailers of 'Raaz', a horror movie during interval. This was really scary for all kids and they sat with eyes and ears closed.

Please impose some restrictions on the trailers during kids movie to avoid trailers...

I did not visit any cinepolis recently.. but i dont know how but I got a message that I redeemed my 177 points.. I did not redeem them and I want them back.. Pls contact me asap. And I have my card with me. How is it possible that someone else redeemed my card. I want those 177 points back in my card. For my card no. And all such detail please contact me I will give you details.. This is not right. AND I Got email that short complaints are...

The issue is I booked three tickets on 21 Aug 16. The movie was Pete's Dragon, Cinepolis Ahmedabad 1905 show. The amount was 801 INR. The transaction was successful on the cinepolis app and the amount was deducted but no booking reference number was generated. As per SBI card the transaction is successful. I m attaching 2 snapshots alongwith. one is from the sbi website and other is the sms confirmation of the transaction. please look into...

I tried booking tickets twice on sunday (4th Sep) through cinepolis (Hyderabad) www.cinepolisindia.com . Tickets were not confirmed & money(Rs. 357.26 & Rs.357.26 ) was deducted from my Paytm account twice in both the attempts.
Could you please check & refund.Total = Rs.714?.

On 31st august, i booked 4 premium tickets on cinepolis app worth 160rs each with convenience charges coming to a total of 708rs for the movie mechanic resurrection for 1st september 2 p. M show at cinepolis alpha one, vastrapur, ahmadabad. Money from my debit card has been debited and the ticket page was going on loading in the app and at last said the page has expired and consequently no tickets have been sent to me....

I am raising a complaint against cinepolis. the details have been mentioned as below:
Complain against rewards points not getting updated after signing in to cinepolis portal.
I have done bookings for which I havent received rewards points:

I booked a movie ticket through cinepolisindia website and payed the money through Paytm, the amount got debited from my account and paid to Cinepolise account but I haven't got the ticket booked.

Water bottle in fun cinemas Coimbatore costs Rs. 50. Unbelievable.. This should be stopped. Let some sincere government official take action against this ridiculous pricing. Not only in this Cinemas, all over India this is an issue. I request government to immediately take action against this Cinemas which will be a lesson for others.

For cinepolis viviana mall thane for the movie jungle book, but both the attempts were unsuccessful and my net baking account was debited, can you please check and revert the transactions so that i can get a refund of rs 3737.44.
