Citibank — sending mini statement for cancelled credit card

I cancelled credit card last year. They sent me statement last month after a long period nearly 1 year, i called to customer care and said that i will not pay the bill for which i cancelled the card, they cancelled my card again. Sir, I was applied for personal loan in citi bank. Amount not received yet (31/05/2018) but citi bank will deduct my first EMI on 01/06/2018 . When I gave my dissent on this issue bank says I can't do anything this is my working culture.
Plz help for same.
