Hi, Recently i had done kyc for my 811 kotak account. After the completion of kyc, a message from bank arrived as: Dear sushila panigrahi, go to http://t.payu.in/9z5OJ9 to deposit money and complete the account opening process. Since, the message was sent from official kotak mahindra bank, i deposited requested 1000/-. The same amount was debited from my standard chartered bank account but was not deposited in my 811 kotak account. No refund was received either. I am providing you with below details of transaction: Bank name: from: standard chartered (Acc no: [protected]) To: kotak mahindra (Acc no: [protected]) Payment gateway: citrus payu payment gateway Bank statement: attached Transaction date: 21/01/2020 19:18:36 Transaction amount: 1000/- Email id and phone number: no email id or phone number was asked but for reference: [protected] / [protected], kajal. I already shared you the proof of payment and your a saying couldn’t find☹️ . And I am trying to send an email on given address, but it is showing me some error. Please do read once again and let me know or call me that would be great.

I made a payment on 24 Jan 2020 using “Google pay app” ([protected]@okicici) or by my shop name “Youth Touch Collection”. The amount got debited from my account of Rs. 5, 878/-. But in the GHMC Server still showing me to pay. Please, update in the GHMC Server or refund my money to my account.

I made payment towards gas cylinder of HP on 28.01.2020 of rs 729.44 online But Lalitha Gas Agency did not receive amount and took cash for the cylinder.I may be given back the amount through my SBI Bank account through which I had transferred the amount Thank you

But still in the GHMC (Hyderabad) Server it is showing me to pay the amount. And I also mail to [protected]@ PayU.in, [protected]@pay.in. But no response from them.

Please fix the issue as soon as possible, or credit my amount to my account.
