I had done an online top up recharge on my dmrc card for rs. 500 from dmrc official website via sbi internet banking on 17th march 2020, transaction no. Igaiijhrx6.
The transaction was successful but due to internet issues the amount did not reach dmrc and was not available in the card. I had approached customer care regarding this and received the following response as: "the payment for top-up of rs. 500/-, dated [protected]:01:27 merchant id 72118998 is not successful. Please speak to payment gateway i. E. Citrus for amount reversal if not refunded yet."
I would request you to refund the same at the earliest.

      I had done a recharge on my dmrc card (Card no.[protected] for rs. 500 from the official dmrc website via sbi internet banking on 2nd feb. 2020 (Transaction no. Igaiaaxle5).

      The transaction was successful but the amount was not available in the card. I had approached dmrc authorities regarding this and was told that the amount would be available for top up in next 24 hrs or reflect a refund in bank account in maximum a week's time. However, it wasn't available at either place. After a week's time, dmrc officials had enquired and i was told that the amount is at citrus payment gateway. On 17 february 2020, dmrc initiated a refund at their end for the same and i was informed that it'll be returned to my account in 30 days. However, it has still not returned to my account till date.

      I would request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

      I did get in touch with the merchant I.e. DMRC and they'd initiated a refund on 17 Feb 2020 from their side which at the max was supposed to be refunded by Citrus in 40 days max. Unfortunately, it still hasn't been refunded in the account. So, currently the money is lying with Citrus and needs to be returned back ASAP.

      APPLYING FOR COMEDK 2020, I completed all the required details for submission of form and even the payment was carried out but the site still says that payment is unsuccessful though I received a bank statement saying that the amount was transacted . please do the needful to solve this problem as soon as possible

        I am md fazle alam from konnagar, hooghly, west bengal. I have paid rs 843.00 for lpg cylinder on[protected] at about 10:44 am through your apps ezy subidha. Ref transaction id[protected], credited to [protected]@axisbank (Citrus solutions pvt ltd) from my upi id [protected]@sbi ; as per my sbi a/c statement that money transfer to[protected] upi/dr/[protected]/citrus s/utib/[protected]@/trans but gas distributor abm hp gas service, code[protected], (Makhla, hooghly) denied to confirm my online payment. So i had to pay again by cash on delivery.
        My consumer no. 609519 name - md fazle alam ; booking no-551087 order no - 661191, cash memo no - 1394207 dac - 1167 so i request you that to take necessary action in which i will get refund. Thanks

          Hello,

          I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1, 600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1, 600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. When i inquired about it with the comedk authorities and showed them up the screenshots and the details of transaction, they say, the payment has not reached them.
          Perhaps, the amount of rs 1, 600 deducted from my bank is stuck at the citrus solutions pvt ltd. I kindly request you to check for the following transaction details and revert the amount back to my bank.

                    I have used citrus gateway for the online payment of my LPG HP Gas through UPI mode on 21st of March the amount was deducted from account but transaction failed and hence amount not transferred to HP gas agency. I have raised the dispute on my Google pay app(used for transaction) from which I came to know that to resolve this issue with quick response it's helpful if I convey the same message to you(Merchant).

                        An amount of rs 3030.24 was paid from sbi bank for insurance renewal as part of ieee group insurance (National insurance) for member no. 94598684 on[protected].
