I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1, 600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1, 600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. On 25.03.2020, i have paid rs.1260 on a/c of water/sewerage bill of municipal corporation jalandhar (Punjab) using the link citruseazypay. The payment was made through net banking of hdfc bank.
