I have done a payment through your company through net banking for my air tel digital tv service charges. The transaction id is citruspay[protected]
Dated 08.12.19 at 13. 13 48 hours through yes bank.

The same is not reflected in my account. Neither do i have confirmation receipt from your company for the same.
I have lodged a complaint with airtel as well..

Kindly resolve at the earliest.

    I booked two bus tickets in ticket goose from bangalore to nagercoil on 05/12/19. At the end of booking it showed "payment failed" but the amount was debited from my account through google pay. Later i checked with ticket goose and google pay. They informed me that the money was looted by the citrus payment. Its customer care phone number is fake so i couldn't reach them. I am waiting for the refund still i haven't received any information from the company. * (First of all, they should share the status of the transaction) i have uploaded the google pay receipt also.

I haven't swiped or done any sort of transaction. There was no intimation from the bank and from your side. Today when i was going through my bank statement this insidence came to my knowledge.

        I pay semester fees through citrus. My payment is done and money debited from my account. But it not show any transaction number or reference number. Also, my semester fee no paid on the aukdc website. So what happened to my money. My semester fee not paid and it will affect my studies. So please reply to me and also resolve the issue.           Sir i filled mlsu exam form first year. At the time of payment the amount of rs. 3288.42 was deducted in my bank account with citrus order no. [protected]. Till date the amount was not refund in my bank account. I contact with my bank that status was shown this payment was submitted in mlsu e collection account hdfc. Sir plz resolve my complaint.

          I’ve placed an order for zara but my money is deducted from citrus solution pvt and the zara team didnt recieve any money from my side but i’ve sent my money through bhim upi to citrus solution pvt ltd .So it’ll be much better if you return back my money as soon as possible.Please do return it at the earliest or strict action will be taken

              Sir,

              I have not yet received the refund rs.199 for the unsuccessful recharge which was done on 21/10/2019.

              On my followup, icici bank has informed me that complaint sr[protected] has been raised & my bill payment of rs.199.00 has been forwarded to the biller citrus payment solution on october 21, 2019. They have advised me to contact the biller for further assistance.

              I would like to inform you that i have not yet got rs.199 back to my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                First i got a message that dear customer please visit citruspayu/ kotak to deposit money and complete account opening process so i opened the link and it showed to pay rs1000 so the payment was done through debit card and status of the payment was success but i didn't receive that amount in my account till now. I again opened the link but its showing max amount limit
                Reached. So what to do. Its an emergency. I am a student, so i need that money as soon as possible. Please help

                  I was placing an order on zara india online on 29th november at 8:06 am and had opted for payment via upi.
                  I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                  I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                  So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                  Its been 2 days yet i have not yet get back the refund nor had i got any email or message regarding my money.

                  Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                        I'm satish v. Naik, from karwar, karnataka state. I would like to give a complaint regarding the online payment transaction for hp gas booking.

                        Actually my complaint is, i was book the hp gas cylinder on 29/10/2019 at 10:02:38 pm, with booking reference no is: 563195, and bill was inr 633.00.
                        I did this bill payment through online using the link as follows: http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected]

                        I paid the amount 664.20 rs on the same day
                        Date:29/10/2019, at 10.02.38 pm, in citrus paymantra site, with transaction no was: [protected].

                        But even though i paid the bill, agency was not delivered the gas cylinder to my home, because he said that "we still did not receive the money from the hp office".
                        So i raised the complaint regarding this issue in the hp office. And in between the dates due to emergency need, i got the cylinder on 30/10/2019 by cash payment with inr 663.00.

                        So here i make out the point that, i paid the bill twice for a cylinder (One is through online mode, and another is through cash mode).

                        After i got the cylinder, again i complained to hp office to return my online payment amount (664.20) to my bank, but hp care executive told that "your online payment was not done.
                        At the same time i took confirmation from my bank, as they said," amount already drawn from merchant from your account for that transaction on 29/10/2019, at 10.02.38 pm.

                        Plz help me, to get solve this problem.
                        I hope my problem will solve very shortly in your special care.

                            I had booked for a gas cylinder and paid using the link to this app. The money was deducted from the account but it did not reflect in the gas agency 's receipt. I had to pay on receiving the cylinder.                                     Made online payment of rs.1000/- for ph. D registration on rtmnu website. After making payment next screen showing the message of cm90004-duplicate record message. At the same time money was debited and the payment status also not updated.
                                    The bank from which payment debited is union bank of india showing transaction id - s98012063. Hence it is requested to refund my money of rs.1000/- as soon as possible.

                                        I am filling my form of rgpv during transaction time i take choice of pnb debit card detail. Due to careless i fill the detail of oriental bank of commerce debit card detail in place of pnb debit card detail. After enter otp
