Hi.
I have made a payment through citrus for hp gas booking but the hp agency not received the payment of 807.50. The gas delivery boy again collected 807.50 cash from me. This is the double payment i made for the same one gas booking. The agency is asking to get confirmation from citrus team.
Please refund my money 807.50 which is paid in citrus online.

UPI transaction for amount 807.50 made through my amazon UPI [protected]@apl paid from my SBI bank account was successful (Bank reference ID[protected] that is credited to Citrus account.
Citrus UPI- ci******[protected]@axisbank to which the payment sent.
The Citrus team didn’t paid money to HP gas agency that was received from Citrus on March 9th 2020 only.

Please refund my money 807.50 which is paid to citrus online.
On 26/2/20 I had made online payment to hp gas agency, sai gas agency, ernakulam. Today they brought the gas but refused to deliver saying that payment has not received yet..Your reference #IGAIEJFMT0 DATED 26/2/20...kindly interfere and arrange to supply the gas again...hp gas agency is at ernakulam and consumer no 625559..my mob no [protected]

    Hello i, m abhijeet. On 7th march 2020 i was making payment for my comedk 2020 appliaction form, i tried twice both the times 1600 rupees got detucted from my bank account but when i re logged in on comedk portal it says my transaction was unsuccessful. I waited for a day for refund but neither my payment become successful on comedk portal nor i got refund.

    Please help me in geeting my 3200 rupees back.

      I made the online transaction by ezypay which has citrus is one of the payment gateway. transaction date is 01.03.2020 at 7.32 pm
      but the amount is not submitted yet to hpcl. so i gave cash to delivery boy.
      i dont know what happened to my amount of 850.50/-.kindly do the refund at earliest. please find the attachments

        I have paid rs.1260 on account of water/ sewerage bill to mc jalandhar (Punjab) on 03.03.20 using the link citruseazypay. The money was deducted immediately from my hdfc bank account and the transaction details was [protected]/citruseazypay. It is submitted that amount of rs.1260 deducted from my account did not reflected in the municipal corporation’s receipt.
        Pl look into the matter and do needful or otherwise refund rs.1260

            Subject: booking to thirupathi package

            Transaction was not processed on time, waiting for refund. I have sent an email a week back, no one has responded yet, not even called me to check even after multiple time follow up.               I have booked for a gas cylinder and paid using the link to this app. The money (Rs. 785) was deducted from the account but it did not reflect in the gas agency 's receipt. I have to pay on receiving the cylinder. Today the amount has been paid by me while receiving the cylinder, pl refund the money paid through your site. The payment was done on 1 March 2020.

The payment got deducted from my account but the order showed pending and the ordered was cancelled due to pending payment.                             I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1, 600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1, 600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. When i inquired about it with the comedk authorities and showed them up the screenshots and the details of transaction, they say, the payment has not reached them.
                            Perhaps, the amount of rs 1, 600 deducted from my bank is stuck at the citrus solutions pvt ltd. I kindly request you to check for the following transaction details and revert the amount back to my bank.

                              I made a upi payment INR2470.00 on 09-Feb-20 to [protected]@axisbank (amount got credited to you on Tuesday, i got a confirmation from my bank regarding this)

                              Because my order cancelled due to the issue of pending payment i expect the amount to credit back to my account.

                                Hi! I have done the payment for shopping at zara app through citrus via google pay of amount rs. 2180. The payment got deducted from my account but the order showed pending and the ordered was cancelled due to pending payment.                                   I was paying comedk application fee of rs.1600.
                                  I was using paytm upi to pay through citrus payment gateway.

                                  The payment at paytm side was successful and the amount was deducted from my account but it failed at citrus side.
                                  The comedk site also said "your previous transaction was unsuccessful".
                                  I am also including the screenshot of confirmation page of paytm.

                                  So i request you to please refund the amount.

                                      Ganesh k from with phone number [protected] has a query as follows : i booked for tirupathi-mangapura-kalahasthi for the date 15 feb 2020. I paid through upi. I got request from citrus solutions pvt ltd and i paid it. But i didn't receive any sms or email confirmation for booking the tickets. I booked seat numbers 7 and 8.
