I tried to pay the property tax through the citrus pay using ghmc app. I used the vpa to pay the amount and my account got debited and credited to your account. But the same not paid to ghmc propertu tax.

    I was paying the Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation property tax through the website through Google pay using Citrus gateway. Money got deducted from my account by nothing is reflected in the website whether payment is successful or not.

      I paid GHMC Property tax through Citrus Payment gateway. Payment has been made through UPI mode using GPay, attaching the receipt for reference. Please refund my money back ASAP.

      Money has been debited from my account but the receipt hasnt been generated yet. The GHMC site still shows it as a due amount.

          Don't trust the payment gateway links send by the merchants. If amount debited, from bank and received by the citrus gateway, and not recieved by the recipient it will automatically credited in to the sender's account in five working days. As a customer citrus payment doesn't have any customer care support dein the payment gateway or check whether it is proper trusted gateway or not before making payment

                On 31st of march i was pay hp gas refill payment by google pay.

                Then, got a payment gateway of your payment gateway service.

                Now, the payment was deducted from my account but after 13 days payment yet not received to merchant.

                  I had paid my property tax payment rs.2016 for ghmc for ptin no: [protected] by citrus pay on 08.04.2020 (Ref no: [protected]) and it was successful. But it is not yet updated in ghmc system and showing dues even after 3 days. I feel that they have not yet credited my payment amount to ghmc yet. It is not right on the part of citrus pay. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                  Citrus Pay has by far the worst customer care resolution mechanism. They are not bothered to respond to customer issues. Pathetic customer care.

                  If this is the worst service they are providing I would also request GHMC to consider removal of Citrus Pay payment service in GHMC app

                  I will discuss the ICICI Bank UPI transaction with ICICI Bank. But meanwhile pls explain me as how did you give me a transaction success receipt from Citrus Pay when you say that transaction is pending with bank end. Amount has also been debited from my ICICI bank account. I am reattaching the transaction success receipt received from citrus pay after payment. Pl check from your end as to why it is so that you give success receipt for a pending transaction?

                  I had checked with ICICI Bank and there is no UPI pending transaction pending for payment. Also amount Rs.2016 was debited from my account on 8th April 2020 and there is no amount reversal.

                  Also as per the Receipt given by Citrus Pay it is clearly mentioned that transaction of amount Rs2016 is successful from my UPI ID to VPA ID [protected]@axisbank.
                  I am again for 3rd time reattaching the transaction success receipt received from Citrus Pay. Request you to check the details from your side on high priority and solve this issue.

                    Property tax of ghmc hyderabad of rs 3746 for ptin [protected] done through ghmc app on 09-apr-2020 at 12:43:19 through ab rupay credit card ending 8006. Using citrus payu. But receipt has not generated. But property tax rs 3746 shown as dues in ghmc app. Kindly refund the amount as the amount has not been credited into ghmc account due to citrus payu problem.

                                This is to inform u that i, rohan kumar did upi transaction while filling the form for entrance test for pcm comedk uget.. I paid rs.2600 through paytm app.. My application no. Is hcu050606. And your citrus pay system is showing payment failure.. Pay again... I paid full 2600 and money is debited from my account and now it is asking to pay again.. I m extremely disappointed with your system.
                                Kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. I am attaching my bank statement and paytm reference id...

                                  On 23 march i have paid money rs. 881 for hp gas refill through the citrus solutions gateway payment... But during delivery the agency said they didn't receive the online payment... I enquired and confirmed with them and they were telling they didn't receive any online payment through citrus payments..
                                  But corresponding money has been deducted from my account... Kindly look into the dispute asap...

                                    This is to inform u that I, Parth Gupta did upi transaction while filling the form for entrance test for pcm comedk..I paid rs.1600 through Google pay..my application no.is HCU053372. And Ur citrus pay system is showing payment failure..pay again...I paid full 1600 and money is debited from the account and now it is asking to pay again..I m extremely disappointed with Ur system .

                                    I was paying for my comedk exam fee and citrus payments was the gateway for the transaction. While upi payment of rs 1, 600 was processing, the citrus payment gateway site showed up a timed out message, and within 2 next secs the payment was successful from my upi app (Google pay) and even my bank's passbook shows a deduction of amount rs 1, 600 to citrus solutions pvt ltd. When i inquired about it with the comedk authorities and showed them up the screenshots and the details of transaction, they say, the payment has not reached them.
                                    Perhaps, the amount of rs 1, 600 deducted from my bank is stuck at the citrus solutions pvt ltd. I kindly request you to check for the following transaction details and revert the amount back to my bank.

                                      Applying for comedk 2020 on 4th april 2020, i completed all the required details for submission of form and even the payment was carried out through my debit card but the site still says that payment is unsuccessful though i received a bank statement saying that the amount was transacted.
