This is to inform you that i have recharged my dmrc card no. [protected] through icici credit card for rs. 200/-on 01.10.19 and i have received the message that “inr200 debited on credit card xxxx on 01.10.19. Info:dmrctraffic.” but, unfortunately, on checking at top-up machine on 04.10.19 dmrc card no. [protected] shows the balance minus rs.22/-. For onward travel i have to recharge this card by cash for rs. 200/- on 04.10.19 on informing the counter staff at anand vihar metro station, he advised me to contact dmrc helpline no. 155370. On contacting this helpline no. They informed me to submit a written request to this id.
Therefore, i request you to kindly look in to the matter and revert this amount to dmrc card no. [protected].

Now have paid in cash and received the refill..
There is no costumer care no. Of paymantra or hp gas..
