I got this message when I booked a HP gas cylinder and I paid the amount via the above link and amount is deducted from my account. Can you confirm if the merchant received the payment?

Can you confirm I wont be charged for payment at the time of delivery?

      Dear sir,
      I had contacted your customer care through toll free number on[protected]. After five minutes contact was established. I explain about my excess payment and given the details i got the reply to hold and phone was connected to music. I was holding phone for 20 minutes. Then i swineherd my phone. My complain was not sorted nor i got any reply
      My complain: - bp number 50050147. I have paid by mistake excess bill on[protected] rs. 10680 however actual bill was rs. 1068. Kindly let me know what is the procedure to refund excess amount. Please refer your receipt number 0269660. Or any other facility. Thank you

        Booked and made payment at http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] on 21 Oct. Options selected was to use Citrus Payment Gateway and mode of payment was UPI.

        The distributor insists that payment has not been made.

        Queried UPI (Google Pay) for status. They state that its successful.

        Raised the concern with Citrus Grievance Team/ Nodal Officer via eMail. All I was able to receive is an automated mail and new case id for every mail.

        The parent Case ID is 05580044.

          My hp gas consumer number is 612345. I booked cylinder on 24.11.2019 and the booking number is 504329. I paid rs.611.64/- online through sbi bank. Ref no. Is [protected]i dtd.24.11.2019. But the distributor did not receive the same till date. Please verify what happend. If the amount is not accounted in hp gas account, then please process the refund for me.

            I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use google pay. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.

            I later placed the same order and paid through axis bank netw banking. I sent an email to [protected]@citruspay.com but i haven't received a response
            I reached out zara and they confirmed they never received the amount on same order twice

            It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another. Kindly address my grievance and refund. I can provide bank statement and google pay transaction id one to one.

            My money has been deducted from my bank account when i was paying for a order on zara... Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another.               My hp consumer no is 111393, the booking no is 586033 I paid online through [protected]@axisbank- UTIB[protected] Ref. No.[protected] dated 06.10.2019 .
              611.72/- was debited.
              I had to pay cash against cash memo no. 1120491 for the delivery of the cylinder on 9/10/2019 as the payment was not transferred to the gas distributor.

              Kindly process the refund.

              The same complaint has been logged on [protected]@payu.in on 13th Oct. but no response.

                        On 3rd oct., 2019 at 12:56 pm, a sum of rs.1, 68025.96 has been debited from my account from my account at axis bank, imphal branch. But the amount has not yet been confirmed from the payee side. As enquired from the bank side, the transaction was successfully made to the citrus payment solutions.
                        Kindly help to generate the receipt for credit into the payees account of pricipal maharani gayatri devi girls; public school, jaipur.

                          616.73/- was debited at citrus pay gov mumbai mhin[protected].

                            Yesterday a company called sarbatdabhalac took over £4000 from my wifes credit card via citrus pay they were fraudulently saying that they were paypal and needed her card details to confirm her account. The number used was[protected] and they still answer as paypal today. I would like you to investigate this company and stop it from doing this to others.
