This is to inform you that i have booked a cylinder for hp gas on 4th january booking no-552305 and make payment online the amount of rs 718 through citrus payment solution on 4th Jan 2020. But the dealer has denied for such online payment and i have to pay again the amount of rs 718.00 by cash at the time of delivery. What shall i do.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly acknowledge this and provide me refund for such unsuccessful payment as soon. I have attached my supporting documents with this complaint.

We regret the inconvenience caused.

Your transaction with the Citrus ID: OL[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 718.43 was a failed transaction and we have not received the funds at Citrus. In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 3 to 5 working days (for net banking transaction) and 7 to 10 working days (for Card transaction & UPI transaction) (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). If the amount is not reflecting within the given time frame, we request you to contact your respective card/account issuing bank to know the status of the refund.

    I ordered a zara product through paytm upi to [protected]@axisbank and zara people are denying any fund recieved and the zara people are saying it a system error all the transaction details are in the photo attached below how long will the refund take i have also mailed you guys regarding this i need help..       I made a payment through citrus gateway by using upi app GPay. I got the link to pay online from HP gas and selected citrus payment gateway. The transaction is done from GPay upi app which was done successfully but was not reflected in gas agency and from citrus gateway also no message. I am able to see the transaction in hdfc Bank and also in GPay.

      Below are payment details:

      Amount: 698.90
      Date: 31 Dec 2019

      HP gas consumer no: 646461

        I chose citrus payment upi on ghmc hyderbad property tax website to pay rs 5356 to ghmc property tax hyderabad on dec 31st. My money has been successfully transferred to [protected]@axisbank.

        But the payment receipt has not been generated instantly. My property tax still shows due. Kindly return my money to my account as soon as possible.

        Is [protected]@payu.in, the correct email ID I have to sent to?

        In the email I mentioned the -
        merchant, my email ID, vpa o[censored]PI transaction, amount, date of transaction and bank reference number. If you cannot help me, please direct me to superior of yours. Please escalate my issue and fix it ASAP.

            I used citrus payment using upi ([protected]@axisbank) to pay (6470) for my orders on
            Zara app. But the order got cancelled because money was not accepted at the zara server end.
            I checked with my icici bank customer care and they said that amount has been deducted and being transferred to citrus pay, but on zara app it shows that the order is cancelled.
            Please guide me with next steps of actoin

              Hello,

              I got scammed last night by a person using your merchant!

              I bought a laptop earlier this month from amazon which is currently in transit. Someone called me last night saying they are from amazon and they are holding my package. They then asked for my card number but i was hesitant so i asked for verification. They provided me with my chat log of the customer rep from amazon which i talked to previously.

              After that, they cleaned my money! 4 transactions with transaction ids:

              [protected]

              I've contacted payoneer (My card provider) and they recommended me to contact citrus payment to cancel the transaction as it is still pending.

              I would really want this to be cancelled asap. I can't find any phone number so i sent an email but no response yet.

              Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

                          To make payment of rs120030.00 to cghs thro' 'bharathkosh. Nic.in i transferred amount from my axis bank account.
                          After debit to my axis bank account, tarnsaction failed. It is a huge amount payable to cghs.
                          I am put into inconvenience due to this failed transfer even after money debited from my account. Pl check where is the amount gone.

                            I had made payment through citrus solutions on zara website worth 2290 rs on 10th december. The amount was deducted from my account. When communicated the same to zara, they replied that it was a pre authorisation payment through your gateway. They didnt recieve the payment. It has been 6 days and the money is not credited back. I am attaching the transaction screenshot for your reference.
                            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible else i will have to approach consumer forum.

                              Pfa as i applied for a new hathway broadway connection so got a link from hathaway executive for payment of 2475 and did the payment via google pay upi but they didn't received the payment. Kindly reverse the amount so that i can initiate the fresh payment again.                                 I was placing an order on zara india online on 14th december and had opted for payment via upi.
                                I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.

                                The Bank said the money has been credited to merchant account
                                I was placing an order on ZARA India online on 12/07/2021 and opted for UPI payment. I then did the payment through Google pay for which ZARA has used CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD as the payment gateway. I did my transaction via hdfcbank and money got deducted from my account TWICE but ZARA has not received the transaction and it still shows payment pending. So ZARA cancelled the order but I haven’t received my refund yet. Kindly check my concern and give me refund ASAP
