I chose citrus payment upi on ghmc hyderbad property tax website to pay rs. 3033 to ghmc property tax hyderabad on april 18th. My money has been successfully transferred to [protected]@axisbank.

But the payment receipt has not been generated instantly. My property tax still shows due. Kindly return my money to my account as soon as possible.

I paid property tax for an amount of Rs.12571, and Rs.96, through citrus payments the amounts also got debited and I got the UPI Id for the transactions. But when I check there is still amount pending with the GHMC, it is showing both the amounts as a due. Please refund the amount to my account asap, as I have to pay the property tax.

On 17th april i made a transaction to fill the comedk exam form of amount 2600 and the amount got deducted from the bank but payment was failed which was displayed on the screen. I had done the payment through upi in google pay i am attaching the transaction reciept. Sir/madam this is the second time i am writing the complain but there is no response. On 15th april, 2020, i did a transaction of rs.1600 for the registration of comedk using the upi payment interface. My account got debited but neither i got any transaction confirmation from citrus on my mail or mobile number nor did the merchant site (Comedk) show up that the transaction was successful or not. The only reference number i have is upi transaction id that i got from my upi app.[protected]

Complaint is regarding the comedk application fee payment. As i was provided a link to pay via my upi, i opted to pay and the payment was done successfully. But the application says that the payment is unsuccesful and the money was debited frommy account. What can i do?

There was a message to my cellphone regarding the request of rs.1600/- to pay to citrus solutions pvt ltd. I had used gpay as a gateway to pay the amount. I have the reference code as[protected] and the transaction was done on 15th of april 2020.

As the last date to the payment of exam fee is nearing, i would like to know whether there will be any refund of my money or it would be sirected redirected to the exam fee account.

Payment to Citrus was successful.
But the purpose of the payment was to pay the Property Tax in GHMC app which is still pending.
Either you send a confirmed proof that the amount was paid to GHMC or return the said amount.

Still waiting for refund of INR 3937/- against the transaction as attached.

Updated by SantuSardar I had a discussion with customer complaint team member of citrus (phone no [protected]) few hrs. back and he asked me too do another similar transaction of amount 3937 for [protected]@apl. I did the transaction and waiting for a response for long time.
Can you please check this thing at your end quickly and get back to me.
Your complete process is looking very mysterious to me in case I don't get any response I would like to search for legal help.

phonepe. As usual no response from ghmc but phonepe said already they send to merchant bank but no reply till now

The citrus payment solutions company is not responding. The mail id in their website for customer feedback works only for organization employees. Better try to contact the GHMC persons who are incharge for that area which they have provided in GHMC website and tell about the issue and share it whether it is useful or not in the comments

Please help me out with this issue of payment failure. I have paid the fee through upi. I have successfully paid the amount and money also got deducted from my account but when i re logged in, it shows that your last transaction was unsuccessful. Payment status is fail. I have checked 2 - 3 times but it shows the same thing.
