Sir, l hereby submit a complain against some frauders who had withdrawl r's. 15000 from a/c no [protected]. Tr id[protected] citrus pat etailing on dated 15/09/2019. You are therefore requested to find out the frauder whose mobile no is [protected] and who is cheating the innocent people and refund the money to the account from which made withdrawl. Thank u in anticipation.

Hi, this shouldn't be happening. Please note that all transactions processed through CitrusPay payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very little probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and CitrusPay will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.
In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your nearest cyber cell office and they shall help you out.

    I have made a payment on 23th september 2019 to sms link provided by hp gas via Google pay.Payment is deducted in my account. I have checked transaction history of my Google pay app, it shows that payment successful to citrus solution pvt ltd. But the hp gas agency staff said they don't received any payment by online. So i paid money by cash. Kindly refund my money back...

      I have maid a payment on 12th september 2019 to sms link provided by hp gas. Payment is deducted in my account. I have checked transaction history of my phone pay app, it shows that payment successful to citrus solution pvt ltd. But the hp gas agency staff said they don't received any payment by online. So i paid money by cash. Kindly check attachment for transation and refund my money back.

        Iam praveen. S, this is regarding the transaction not completed to beneficiary airtel account against mobile account number [protected] with the reference number citrus payment solution (Airtel postpaid ap)
        Payment id : [protected] from icici bank account on 26. April.2019 of rs.236.00.

        Icici bank has confirmed that the payment has been successfully completed and beneficiary airtel has confirmed that the payment has not been credited to their account.

        Can you confirm the amount dispatched from your payment card gateway against the transaction /payment id, if not complete the same and share us confirmation from your side to the email i'd praveen. [protected]@gmail.com.

        We would be waiting for your earliest reply on the issue.

          My 1500/- rs. Transferred via hdfc bank dabit card to kotak saving account 811 but it's shown zero balance on kotak saving account. Balance not transfer to kotak saving acc. My transaction success via hdfc dabit card. Please see the screenshot and transaction id with time, date also.

          Please check it and refund amount on my account & clear this issue.

            I booked cylinder through hp gas agency, and paid through paymantra.. Amount was debited from account. Still cylinder is not delivered.. When i called the agency they are mentioning as that amt is showing as pending... It's almost a month.. Get back to me by replying through mail id [protected]@gmail.com..                         There have been 2 transactions from kotak1194565 each of rs 10000/- from my sbi bank account on 7th sept 2019 morning 8:59 am and 9:00 am. Both are illegal fraud transactions as i didn't do any purchase & my card was with me.

                            I made online payment for my hp gas lpg refill on 24/8/19 (Consumer no 609370 and agency name is-m/s janak gajjar, andajan, surat) and made an online payment through paymantra vide transaction no[protected] dtd 24/8/19 for inr 557.12 at 10.56am.

                              I am complaining about my policy refund. I have been inveating rs.5000 per month with citrus check inn company. My policy was about to due and suddenly they told me to discontinue with the payment. There is no refund yet. So far i have deposited 300000 and they had assured that they are going to refund in sep 2018. They have already collected all my documents. But the have not done so. I am worried. Please look into the matter

                                1000 rs debited from my hdfc account but not credited to my kotak mahindra 811 account

                                I opened kotak mahindra 811 account and after my kyc i got a message from bank like below.

                                Dear shivakumarachari p, go to http://t.payu.in/0wMIry to deposit money and complete the account opening process.

                                Then i clicked on that link and made a payment of 1000 rs using my hdfc debit card. Money got deducted from my bank and i got messages like below

                                I have paid my property tax in ghmc app where citrus is payment gateway.

                                The payment got succeed in bhim upi as approved, but same not done by citrus. The citrus has not confirmed payment success details to ghmc (Greater hyderabad municipal corporation).

                                I have raised a complaint with citrus but did not get any response so far about my payment confirmation.

Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.
