I, karandeep singh lugani, partner of tmak internatinoal, my ra number is (Ra8943), i requested you to refund payment on 05th august 2019, (Of rupees 1600/-) but payment still not got refund as per your email said 10 to 15 working days, please again i request you to refund payment of rupees 1600/-
(The payment i did three times for emigration clearance of 4 passports on 05/08/2019 (1st id did on 11:12 am, then 2nd i did on 11:20 am) both payments are (Error) on citurs payment, but from my account payment deducted twice, and 3rd payment i did on 15:45 noon, that is accepted)
So kindly refund 2 payments, which done in morning and also send a proof copy of that 2 payments receipt, kindly do the needful to refund payment of 1600/- asap
And now emigrate system says talk to citrus payment, pls solve this issue, its already passed 18 days ago
