[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — amount debited through citrus pay but no order placed. | |
I placed an order on19th september 2020 on zara india online and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. The amount of ₹2, 290 got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. My order has been cancelled now. Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest. i suggest you to please share your bank details with me about this payment credited to you and credited to zara.com from ypur side.
As zara.com is not accepting is amount they are not refunding this paymnent to me.
please share your bank statement about this transaction so i can raise a complaint about zara in my bank as suggested this procedure by bank itself.

merchant is denying that they receive payment and suggesting to file a chargeback against citrus in bank.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via Citrus transaction Id - OL9049191590766317806 and source transaction Id - UPI7609597331458533275 at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

As per your answer i talked with merchant and they are saying that payment
is not credited to them and showing invalid transaction.
so please confirm with zara for this transaction from your side and reply on this issue.
