    Order placed on on 29/10/2020 for a dress on Zara India website, opting for in-store delivery. Amount paid using UPI, and debited from account. The amount has not been received by Zara and order was not confirmed (later got email that it is cancelled). Called on Zara helpline and they said the same. Request the payment portal to refund the amount IN FULL at the earliest.

    I tried emailing citruspay customer care but I received no response.
    Upon contacting the zara customer care they told me to contact the payment gateway (Citruspay) to initiate my full refund of ₹2280 Asap.
    Kindly look into my concern and refund the amount at the earliest.

    Hey amount of Rs 3580 was deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
    I contacted zara but they said i must contact citrus, i contacted them but i recieved no response from them.
    Kindly look into my concern at the earliest

          I want to inform you that Rs 33153 deducted from my account without confirmed booking and payment declined which paid to citrus payment solutions pvt ltd.

          my axis bank A/c [protected] is debited by Rs. 33153 on 05Oct20.

          As checked the details, the bank records show that the transaction vide reference number (PRN) [protected] was successful and the same has been routed to the vendor.

            I had made a payment to Zara on 12/9/2020 and the same amount was deducted from my bank account but the order was cancelled.
            On contacting Zara they told me that the payment was stuck with the payment gateway merchant(citrus Payment solutions private limited).
            I have tried writing to the first and second level on the Mail ID provided by them but no response towards the same has been received

                I made a transaction through the website for a property tax concerning Rs.34, 200 through UPI (Citrus Solutions Pvt.Ltd.). The amount has been debited from my account but the transaction has failed because the amount was not credited to the seller. Given below are my transaction details.

                                I was placing an order on zara india online on 25th september 2020 and had opted for payment via upi.
                                I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                                I did the transaction via [protected]@axisbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                                So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                                I haven’t been initiated a refund.
