Dear Sir/Madam
On 12/8/20 I had to pay Rs. 3073 through NEFT to LUCKNOW NAGAR NIGAM as House Tax from my above mentioned SB Account maintained in Aliganj branch. The amount was debited from my sb account and transferred to INB I-Collect [protected] IGAJEDDE but not credited to Lucknow Nagan Nigam till date. As a result I could not pay the house tax and also as such could not get the paid receipt. The amount stands debited from my sb account.
You are therefore requested to get this amount Rs. 3073.00 transferred to INB I- Collect vide details given above credited back to my account so that I can again remit this money to Lucknow Nagar Nigam as my house tax to be paid.
2. The details of the payment given is verified by the SBI customer care who reported that the transaction is successful and monet has been remitted to the merchant's account as per details given below i.e. merchant txn, citrus txn id, source, amount etc.
3. Kindly revert back the amount Rs. 3073 to my S/B A/c No. [protected] with SBI Aliganj Branch Lucknow and oblige intimating me the action taken by you at the earliest.
4. It is over 8 days since the money is lying in merchant's account and may kindly be credited back and obliged.
