I made payment for property tax on propertytax. Mnctax.in. After entering the otp for transaction the webpage displayed following message "cm90004-duplicate record". Now the money has been deducted from my account and i want it back or pay my mnc bill. I have already sent a mail about 5 days ago and yet no reply except for instantaneous automated reply providing token no and saying to get back to me within 48hours. I don't know how many hours are there in a day as per you but mine has 24 hours per day, so it's already been more than 120 hours where is the reply? The token no is 06083115. Resolve this asap.

    I placed an order using the Zara app (order number [protected]) for 5 items on 23 August, 2020 amounting to Rs. 8510. I chose the UPI payment option. The transaction has been credited to Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd ([protected]@axisbank). The transaction ID is[protected].

    The amount has been debited from my account but the zara website and app are still showing the order status as payment pending.

    Please resolve the issue at the earliest as the amount has been debited from my account. If the order cannot be processed, kindly initiate the refund process.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      On 12/8/20 I had to pay Rs. 3073 through NEFT to LUCKNOW NAGAR NIGAM as House Tax from my above mentioned SB Account maintained in Aliganj branch. The amount was debited from my sb account and transferred to INB I-Collect [protected] IGAJEDDE but not credited to Lucknow Nagan Nigam till date. As a result I could not pay the house tax and also as such could not get the paid receipt. The amount stands debited from my sb account.

      You are therefore requested to get this amount Rs. 3073.00 transferred to INB I- Collect vide details given above credited back to my account so that I can again remit this money to Lucknow Nagar Nigam as my house tax to be paid.

      2. The details of the payment given is verified by the SBI customer care who reported that the transaction is successful and monet has been remitted to the merchant's account as per details given below i.e. merchant txn, citrus txn id, source, amount etc.
      3. Kindly revert back the amount Rs. 3073 to my S/B A/c No. [protected] with SBI Aliganj Branch Lucknow and oblige intimating me the action taken by you at the earliest.
      4. It is over 8 days since the money is lying in merchant's account and may kindly be credited back and obliged.

        I have done UPI Google payment for Ghmc property tax No. [protected]. But it is not reflecting on GHMC my account.

        Details.

        CITRUS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD has requested Rs9290 frm u on Google Pay app. Once approved, money will be debited frm ur a/c.

        I am not receiving any sms from ghmc payment successful.
        But my amount debited from bank account.

          It is to state that the upi transaction ref #[protected] of amount 2, 011/- rupees paid on 27th april 2020, is still showing in ghmc app uncleared.
          I could not download the payment receipt .
          Kindly help to resolve the issue.

            Address: GHMC, head office, Avida, Hyderabad.

            Amount paid ₹5370/- through google pay on 11/04/2020 to citrus solutions pvt. Ltd. Vide upi transaction
            Id:[protected], towards ghmc property tax paid by using my ghmc app and the same was not updated in the ghmc records. I approached ghmc for the same on 05/08/2020 with the supporting documents and they noted the complaint and forwarded to the concerned vide tkt. No. Eghm[protected].

            Please take necessary steps to solve the same.

              I am mohammed imran rahman i have paid a property tax through ghmc app by ur citrus solutions pvt. Ltd through google pay upi, transaction details are transaction id :[protected]

                I have transferred the water tax and charges for a sum of Rs.2049/- for my consumer No.03515, zone-4, division 42 of Chennai Metro water, Chennai, Tamilnadu through CITRUS in Ref No.[protected]/easy/[protected] from my Indian Bank net Banking Ref.No.[protected] using ICICI gateway on 16.08.2020 at time 16.34. But on verifying the 'Metro Water, Chennai, the said transferred amount was not accounted to my consumer number in the Chennai Metro Water, Chennai and it is still shows the due.So it is therefore it came to know that CITRUS not transferred the amount to my dues in Metro Water, Chennai. Therefore kindly refund the amount debited from my Indian Bank A/c No.[protected], IFSC Code: IDIB000M157 and oblige the same.

                        I have paid fees for heritage college of technology kolkata on 12.08.2020. My iob account has been debited but the transaction was unsucessful. College has not got the fees.

                          CITRUS EAZYPAY :- money got deducted from hdfc bank but did not reach to another party

                          To Concered Persons,

                          I have make a donation of 4000 to Delhi sikh gurdwara managment comitee(DSGMC) on 11-August-2020 through HDFC netbanking. my money got deducted from hdfc bank but did not reach to DSGMC as there no message received by me that they have received the amount.

                          I placed an order on Zara app recently and tried posting through your payment gateway. The amount of 6070 got deducted but the order never got placed. The money was deducted from my back account but it was not against the zara order. Kindly help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              I had brought a product from acer and they have given me offer for the product to claim the offer an amount should be payed so i have done the payment through citrus via google pay the money have been deducted from my account but the transaction was not succesful in my account the cash has been deducted.                                   I recently was shopping online on zara.in

                                  I was authorizing the payment through phone pe and the gateway used was citrus pay. The money 2990/- was deducted from my account as well the phone pe transaction was shown as successful and paid to:

                                  I did reached out to my bank to check regarding the same, they informed me that they checked with NBC and its a successful transaction. Upon informing about your previous reply to them they asked to check with the gateway how the refund was inititaed using which mode?

                                    I had booked GoAir Flight Ticket from PUNE to DELHI and amount of INR 5881 was deducted from my account on 07-AUG-2020.
                                    The Bank through which money was deducted has declined to support saying its airline issue. Airline states that they have not received the payment from CITRUS PAY.                                       Using my ghmc app i paid propert tax to ghmc through citrus pay but its not reflecting to ghmc that i paid. I paid through google pay of amount 13, 154 and that was successfully credited to citrus solutions pvt ltd on 11th feb 2020. But its not credited to ghmc they have raised penalty for this. I request you to look at this matter and let me know whats the issue if the amount is credited to ghmc please forward me those details.
