Hello,
I have an issue with one of my payments.
I payed ghmc property tax oft ₹12, 228/-
Money has been debited from my bank account.
But it is still showing as due on the ghmc site.
Please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible.
I have raised a comlaint via email and havent recieved any responce.
The ticket number assigned to the case is 05732307

      I booked my hp gas cylinder through easy suvidha dated 30/06/2020.6.40 pm and payment successful through citrus pay and cylinder booking successful and amount 637 ₹ deducted from my bank account but hp gas not received. I paid cash amount to hp gas 641 ₹
      So please take action and refund my amounts quickly. Thanks

        I've been filling my exam form of rgpv university bhopal and made payment through your citrus ubi. The amount of 1300 rs has been deducted from my oriental bank of commerce bank account but it has not been paid to rgpv yet. I've filled my form through another bank and now it's been paid. Please, refund the amount back to my bank account as soon as possible. And after transaction it is showing duplicate record

            Where is money hanging then?
            I tried to make that payment to Zara app. But they are saying that they have not recieved the payment. And you are saying it was successful at your end.

              I placed an order on zara.com using GOOGLEPAY and the amount of ₹3880 got deducted from my account but the vendor (zara.com) did not receive it. Hence my order got cancelled but I haven’t received the refund yet. I will attach my bank statement and screenshot of the transaction to further vouch for the transaction. Kindly look into it and do the needful as soon as possible and update me on the same.

                I have booked hp gas through ezy suvidha app and payment option was citrus, i paid 597 and money debited from bank and didnt get the gas still
                Once i contacted the gas agency for the booking they said its not booked and they doont have any other information. I have my bank transaction id where the money got debit.

                    I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use paytm. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.

                    Kindly address my grievance and refund. Attached is the transaction screenshot for the same.

                                        Iam v. Surendar i have paid a property tax through ghmc app by ur citrus solutions pvt. Ltd through phone pay upi, transaction details are transaction id :[protected]
                                        Citrus solutions pvt ltd. Paid upi is
                                        [protected]@axisbank and amount was debited, but the tax was showing due so please i request you to solve my problem and refund my amount to same upi id as soon as possible. I will provide you additional information personally
