I tried to apply for online application with transcation of 800rupess. Two time i tried to transact the amount but total amount of 1600 rupees debited from my hdfc account. Next day, i found that online application got success. But the amount of remaining 800 rupess not credited back to my account.

As checked, both the transactions are successful at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant "eazypay". Request you to connect with the merchant directly regarding Cancellation/Refund of any one of the transaction or you can raise the chaegeback against anyone of the transaction.

    I have done payment of 5000 in my kotak bank account from yes bank debit card but the money is not reflected in my account but the status of payment is successful and my transaction id is INVad7aE76f17B5

      Yesterday evening i transfered rs. 684, 710.00 from my hdfc account. Transfer reference no. Is[protected] and its narration is - [protected]-citruseazypay

      The payment was transfered as deposit money as part of application of industrial plot of yeida.

      I am worried a lot. Kindly look into it and update the payment at the earliest.

        I made a payment of inr 4, 280 on august 4th, 2020. The payment was successful on google pay using citrus payments solutions (Screenshot attached), but the payment was reflecting as pending on the original payment location (Zara - screenshot attached).

        Waiting to hear anything from citrus.

            Could you please refund the money in to google pay.
            Please find the attached image that payment done.
            But my transaction is failed when i paying the property tax amount through ghmc app. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                I have remitted rs 664 on 23/7/20 to the debit of my account with unionbank of india towards coimbatore municipal corporation but not received by them or the money not returned back to me. I have lodged a complaint to you but yet to receive any solution. Now 12 days crossed.
                Please bring solutions to my problem as I lost money
                Please find a solution immediately since payment blocked for more than 15 days
                No information or reply from your end so far. Please let me know whether you received payment or not
                No reply from you sir for all my messages. I want to know whether you are having my money or not to enable me to proceed further legally.

                    Fraud transaction from my kotak bank debit card to citrus pay wallet. Transaction details as below taken from my savings account statement.
                    This transactino was done on 30th july, 2020. Please refund the money back to kotak bank account. One transactino of inr 39, 000 done.

                                I have paid my college fee on 26/7/2020 rs one lakh forty eight thousand one hundred and fifteen rupees to my college portel (Srm ap amaravati) my college was directed to my college was using easy pay which redirected me to citrus gateway.
                                I made my payment through andhra bank, money was debited from my account gateway shown me transaction was also sucessful and i did not get any message from my college or bank. And college gave information that they did not receive the amount
