My money was debited but the payment was unsuccessful according to the app.
Can I please get my refund....

The amount ₹2990 was debited from my account through citrus pay but the payment was unsuccessful.
I need my refund....

My name is Ravindranath. For new ACT Broadband connection I paid 10620 through my PNB/OBC debit card.The amount was debited from my A/c, but no confirmation from ACT, please credit my amount to my A/c asap.

Hi made a payment of Rs 3560 via net banking on Zara website using your payment gateway with my SBI net banking facility. Money was deducted perhaps Zara did not receive the payment and has cancelled the order. Could you please check. Thx for INB txn of Rs.3560 frm A/c XXX5 to Citrus Pay... Ref#IGAJUHUQR0 on 08Nov20.

My account balance is deducted against INB/[protected]/CITRUS But zomato order is not successful please check this and let me know when I will get my refund....

Money got deducted from my Bank account but it is still showing as due in GHMC app.

I ordered from Zara app and did the payment via citruspay using UPI. The amount got deducted from the account and i got the message from the bank as well but as soon i got redirected to the Zara app it is showing pending payment option. After i faced this issue I immediately googled about it and got to know that there has been a lot of cases where Zara app users faced problem paying via citruspay. Requesting you to please refund my amount...

I placed an order at the Zara app on 1/11/20. I selected GPay as an option to pay. Money was deducted from my account but order was still pending at Zara app. I have seen this happening to EVERYONE that selects UPI as an option to pay at Zara, still Citrus is least bothered about it. Anyway, I want my refund ASAP.

WE Have Done the Payment of 1413.64/- ON 29/09/2020. Here we attached the our bank receipt & bank statement proof also for your reference. We send this proof on [protected]@airtel.com but they said we have not received payment. TRANSACTION ID IS :- S47215764 & Reference no is :- [protected]....

I was placing an order on zara india online on 30th October2020 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money (Rs 3260) got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side.
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

The amount has been deducted from my account but Zara hasn't recieved it.

I made the payment twice both time it deducted from account but not shown in dashboard....
