        Hi made a payment of Rs 3560 via net banking on Zara website using your payment gateway with my SBI net banking facility.               Why is the customer service so poor?!

                    Order placed on on 26/10/2020 for a dress on Zara India website, opting for in-store delivery. Amount paid using GPay, and debited from account. The amount has not been received by Zara and order was not confirmed (later got email that it is cancelled). Called on Zara helpline and they said the same. Request the payment portal to refund the amount IN FULL at the earliest.

                      I ordered from Zara app and did the payment via citruspay using UPI. The amount got deducted from the account and i got the message from the bank as well but as soon i got redirected to the Zara app it is showing pending payment option. After i faced this issue I immediately googled about it and got to know that there has been a lot of cases where Zara app users faced problem paying via citruspay. Requesting you to please refund my amount of 4170/_ as soon as possible.

                          I have ordered a product from ZARA India website on 1st nov 2020. The amount was paid using UPI, and debited from the account. The amount has not been received by zara and order was not confirmed.
                          Request the payment portal to refund the amount in full.
                          I have already mailed you regarding this twice and still not received any response .
                          When can i accept my money back ? I have already mailed the details to you but haven't got any response from your side

                              I placed an order at the Zara app on 1/11/20. I selected GPay as an option to pay. Money was deducted from my account but order was still pending at Zara app. I have seen this happening to EVERYONE that selects UPI as an option to pay at Zara, still Citrus is least bothered about it. Anyway, I want my refund ASAP.

                                    I was placing an order on zara india online on 30th October2020 and had opted for payment via upi. I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                                    I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money (Rs 3260) got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                                    So zara cancelled the order from their side.
                                    I haven’t been initiated a refund.
