My payment was not sent to the shop

I bought a product on zara app and my payment was made and confirmed via citrus solutions pvt ltd but zara has not recieved my payment.

Please check out the details i have attached in the image below and provide me with a refund as soon as possible!

Money deducted from account but Zara says payment has not been received.

I was placing an order on zara india online on 4th October 2020 and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through phonepe for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via state bank of India
and money got debited from my account but zara did not receive the amount. Transaction id AXI7180918aae894f369716ee9a9f158c5e
So zara cancelled the order from their side.

Money deducted but order not placed

I have placed the order on Zara Online via UPI of Rs 7670 but the order status still says payment not made.

MEP Infra Toll charges payment

We had made an payment for Vashi Multi toll for Rs. 1500.00 on MEP Infra website using Citrus gateway through our bank. The money 1512.39 is debited from our bank vide transaction no. SOL/[protected] today at 12.03 hrs. However on MEP Infra website it shows payment failed....

I have paid property tax on 25/09/2020 of Rs. 1329 but have not received any receipt. Nashik Municipal Council website shows tax is still unpaid. Amount has been debited from my account. Please either complete the payment or refund the amount. Transaction details in attached file....

zara failed order

I had placed an order on the zara app with the payment option as upi. The payment gateway was directed to citrus pay and the payment was successful and the amount for the same was debited from my account. But the merchant zara did not receive the amount in time and cancelled the order.

I have not received a refund from citrus pay and any confirmation for it. Attached are the screenshots of the transaction and cancelled order...

I placed an order from Zara for ₹2990 on the 23rd of September and chose upi as the mode of payment. I was then redirected to citruspay payment portal where I put in my upi and paid for the order. As soon as the money got deducted from my account, I got a message saying that the payment had failed. The order was not processed at zara and the money was sent to citruspay. transaction dispute - failure of upi transaction via citrus pay on zara.com

Hi i had placed 2 transactions of 4770 each on zara mobile app via upi on 20th june 2020.

Unfortunately both the transactions had failed but the amount was debited from my account.
I checked with my bank on which they told me that money has been credited to the beneficiary.
I have got a refund for only the 1st transaction and not the 2nd.

I checked in with zara.com and they have shared the proof...

Payment successful but booking not done

I tried to book my arrear paper for cargo stowage and handling on 22nd sept. The fee deduction was successful bt form is not submitted successfully. As indicated on form fillup page that only book after 48 hrs if fees is deducted but form not submitted successfully.

ghmc property tax, money debited from bank account but still showing as due

I request citrus solutions to shut down your payment gateway as it is useless and stressful. I used couple of times and same issue. I tried to pay my property tax through upi, payment was successful but still my due reflects same in govt app. I request and demand immediate refund of my money.

Also request to have proper customer care or atleast a single phone number to contact you for smooth resolution....
